OK so when I was in school I played it on the computer, and it was ok, but it is still the same. when I came back, I had my tablet waiting for for me in my room so I was thinking I would download it. so I went on the App Store, I downloaded it and when it was done, it haded to load and it took like, 12 minutes to load. so this is stupid, like just load girl, you are so dumb!
Camera permissions are not setup properly. Been waiting months for updates Support is useless telling us to use safari. I ended up creating a web clip of that site and hid the address bar so kids couldn’t navigate to other sites. Fix and test your app. Totally unacceptable everything was working fine till they changed how the kids signed in.
I’m trying to go to the page for school I have to read and I can’t get to it I keep flipping the page but it takes me back to the beginning I think maybe because all my friends at school are using it I don’t know help me pls
This app has the potential to be a great companion to a program that my nephew loves. Unfortunately we are unable to open any of the books. I am giving this app one start because that is the whole point of this program - to learn how to read. Please fix this major glitch and add more games. The videos of all the songs are great.
So frustrating with distance learning right now that this app still does not work. Cannot do the teacher assigned work because can’t login and there is no sound. It is not a device issue as login and sound are fine on every other app.
Sound isn’t working with iOS with this App. We tried even using the web version and still no sound. Not sure if apple has something disabling this option but on PC this works just fine.
Frustrating.....after several attempts there isn’t any audio with the app when using my iPad. The sound works fine with all other apps and on the iPads at school. Would appreciate any help.
Ive checked my password multiple times and it is correct. I log in to the website on my desktop and it allows me to. I try on the ipad and the same password is not correct. So frustrating.
My son's classroom uses the Superkids series. We are enjoying the app, he's even read a few books more than once. We both would like to see the games pictured in the description.
So I logged in to the Superkids online fun on my desktop computer and nothing happened. Decided to try installing the app on my iPad. It won’t let me out of the password selection screen. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
We like this app, however, there is a glitch on the games that I hope will be fixed on newer versions. We are stuck at only 10 stars on the games no matter how often we play. We keep track on the side but would be nice if this feature worked properly. The stars earned for reading the books keeps adding up correctly though. 4 stars because it is a great learning app that my son enjoys.
This is the 2nd year of using this program and generally have had good luck with the app. But this year, we get an error message every time he tries to play a game. The games can be heard playing but a pop error message covers the screen. The games work on the online version but not on the app. No place to find app support.
The transition to the portal was awful in many ways, most of which made logging into the app a pain. I can’t use a keychain password because it requires me to type the password in still. Logout time is less than a day so students need to log in every day. Camera permissions for the QR code haven’t worked. The app has been out since September. How can this not be fixed? It’s a simple update to the app. Our kids haven’t been able to use it to learn because the login process takes too long for the kindergarten teachers to log in 25 students.
