TalentLMS is very informative when it comes to fulfilling our obligations and building a skillsets as a Lead Coordinator. From the various styles, pitches and presentations from the top Industry leaders here at Ion definitely is a great introduction for new recruits and season veterans. This tool will also ensure that reps will stay within the proper guidelines to becoming and maintaining their success here with Ion. Wendy’s WHY, offered Purpose and Drive! This part of the app allows individuals to connect with there personal WHY’s. It also allows one to get a more deeper connection other than just financial stability. This emotional attachment will go so much further where no amount of money can take you! When you move people, people will move product/production.
I appreciate the fact that I can pause and return to lessons and that it holds my place if I exit the app. I do wish that there was a way to print the chapter test in order to use them to retest so I can study more prior to being tested on the info from throughout the entire course.

I do continuing education materials for work via this app. It’s convenient because I can use it on the go or whenever I have a free minute. I love that! It would be very helpful if there was a feature to speed up the video replay because often it’s information I already know and I don’t need to listen to it slowly to understand. Other than that, the app is great! Thanks!

Quick tips, do not expect a detailed how-to course
The Cabinet Repairs course was my first course. It gives some useful hints / tips on how to fix common problems with certain cabinets. It does however not provide an in depth course on cabinet repair. Its also not a course in fine woodworking. So, calibrate your expectations. Its geared toward the DIY beginner and does that well.
Loved the Module because it had visuals, typed words and a place to feel in the blank with multiple choice answers. Then it let me video myself speaking to allow me to put practice into play.
tbh how i feel about each course depends on the teacher. idk if they’re supposed to reply or not but every time i reach out nothing happens, but i just figure it out on my own. you can look up certain topics in the search bar so then you don’t have to scroll through each week which is definitely convenient. the courses are pretty easy so i use my own curriculum along with it.
It's a great educational tool. I'm in charge of making sure our employees complete their TalentLMS. It's an undertaking but I try to make sure they know it's educational.
If you’re watching a video or trying to read the app won’t stay lit on your phone but for a few seconds, and then you have to go back in to wake it up every few seconds very very irritating pretty hard to use because it’s so irritating

The concept of this app is very good, just executed poorly. It’s difficult to rewind training videos and correct answers are often marked as incorrect during quizzes.
