Best fitness app ❤️
I am never that person who submits any types of reviews. But this one is definitely an app I recommend for multiple reason’s and why not share my experience? To start off the app lets you select different meal plans ex: vegan, gluten free, vegeterian, family meals, healthy diy snacks and different standards versions. And as we all know to lose weight and maintain the weight off it starts with eating a more healthier. They also have meals that you can buy already made and gives you a detail in regards carbs, protein, calories and more. This has definitely helped me stay more consistent to my goals, also I am not vegan but I do love some of my meals to be vegan and the app lets you view all types of meal ideas. Now when it comes to workouts I definitely believe this is the best app on the market. You get to enroll into challenges for specific body parts or you can join programs that will allow you to plan your goals. In addition it has gym and at home work outs and due to the pandemic or having gyms close you will never miss out your trainings. And those are just a few things I fell in love with and of course customer service they respond asap and they don’t stop until they resolve your issues. Great and has potential
This is by far my favorite workout app. I was using Sweat by Kayla Itsini, and I switched to this and am glad I did. Tammy is hot. I wanna look like Tammy. *So, after looking at the review before mine, I decided to give a little more detail, because I agreed with the previous reviewer, and I like this app, and I want it to be successful. First, I really like that the developer seems to respond to every review with a paragraph. It seems like they want to improve and see what people think; and that’s why I’m going to be more specific. I REALLY like that I can watch Tammy doing the exercises. I will actually do them with her. I believe she does them in a loop. I think it helps my form, and almost makes me feel like I’m working out with her. I would like more home based workouts. I hope they extend the selection. Also, I’d like more information given in the app about what pound of weights to use. Another thing is my app is not marking the workouts that I complete: maybe it’s just a glitch in the app. I’d like more information about what Tammy does specifically. After all, the reason I chose this app is because it’s Tammy’s app. For example, what size weights does she use? Does she do HIT everyday with her workouts? Is it okay to do the whole body workout plus the home booty workout at the same time. Just little things like that would be very helpful! Thanks!! 😊

Overall good app
So let me start by saying the reason for only 4 stars is due to the lack of complexity in the app but I’ll get to that later. For starters I just recently took the plunge of deciding to try Tammys app. I have always watched her on insta and thought why not? I originally used the app BBG and I did truly like it but it got boring to me as I wanted something more advance and focused on weights. Going from Kayla’s app to this app is probably why I feel like the layout of this app could be more organized and a little more sparkle so to speak. I find it bland🤷🏻‍♀️ As far as the workouts go, like I said I just recently started it but I do enjoy what I see. I love that there is no timer and it allows you to focus on form and you can track what weight your lifting to see progress! Another pro about this app for me is that the meal plan is simple and stuff you can buy at your local Walmart. Some cons I would say if you aren’t already experienced in the gym then this isn’t a beginners app and you may benefit from learning the basics prior to starting. I feel like in the future some improvements can be made such as beginner weeks for people learning, organizing the app a little more as far as the workouts go, and also the macros... I used a calculator online and I feel like it’s more accurate than the app. No way I could consume over 200 carbs in one day! Regardless I love the app and hope they will extend the 8 week program to a 12-24 week!

This is the first time I’ve consistently worked out since high school
I’ve been following Tammy on Instagram for awhile, and I’m constantly saving her booty pictures to my “Fitness Goals” bookmarks. You can tell she has put in some hard work to get to where she is, so after saying dozens of times that I was just going to breakdown and buy the subscription, my boyfriend gifted a year to me for my birthday. I didn’t really start using it until COVID-19 quarantine started, but in the few months I have been consistent, I have made huge progress. My boyfriend is constantly telling me how proud he is and how big of a change he can see in my body. I can’t wait until we’re allowed to use our apartment’s gym again so I can really make some gains. But even just doing the home booty workouts 3 times a week and abs and arms sporadically, I feel so much stronger and my booty, while somewhat thick before, is now muscular and toned. I will definitely continue to use this app for years to come, and I’m excited to see what updates you all bring us. I’d love to see the option to edit/rearrange your calendar. Sometimes life gets in the way and I get off by a few days, so I wish I could just pick up where I left off rather than feeling like I’ve skipped multiple workouts.

Invest in your wellbeing
For everyone upset claiming this is too much money and to just get a personal trainer, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Personal training (good and effective ) can cost you upwards of $300-$1k vs an app that gives you a daily breakdown of everything you need INCLUDING recipes, grocery lists, and measurements on top of your work outs. 1 year for $75? That’s cheaper than 1 month at my gym. Invest in your well being. $75 and then not worry about it for a year? Done. As for the work outs, I love that I can filter gym based vs home and there’s video on exactly what I need to do. My only hiccup is that if I started the program on a Monday it doesn’t readjust itself based on what day you started which confuses me at times. Also if there was an option for meal plans that were without seafood (not vegan or vegetarian but I cannot have seafood due to allergies) that would be amazing. Honestly I’ve been working out for a min and this was exactly what I was missing, I’ve been so sore which I haven’t felt in ages and really been able to take the guess work out of my days. Thank you Tammy and team, don’t listen to those who want everything for free. People need to make a living off the work they put in too.

Love working out with Tammy!
I just finished the 8 week at home booty program and let me just say that my lower half felt sore for the entire 8 weeks! If anyone doesn’t believe her when she says “made not bought” then try her app and you’ll learn real quick that that physique is achievable. The app has you do the same workouts for four weeks in a row and it was actually very refreshing knowing what to expect; it made me push myself every week with heavier weights because I was confident in the motions and the videos for each workout taught me the correct form which was very helpful. I will say that my booty did get a surprising amount of gains within the 8 weeks. The meal plan options are great as well. I didn’t follow a specific plan but there are lots of recipes to browse through and the ones that I tried tasted amazing especially for how low calorie they are. The only problems I had were a few glitches with the app ( it froze a couple of times) however the developers were ready to absolve the issues quickly. Overall I’m very happy with the app and will continue to use it!

We love TF!!!!
I’ve been using Tammy’s app or a little over two months now and have had used it in the past. First off it’s super user friendly. I have an iPhone and this is by far the best fitness app I have ever used. The app doesn’t only update work outs and give you work out plans to follow but it helps you with cooking meals and staying healthy. There’s a plethora of different meal options, depending on your kind of diet, but I LOVE the vegan meal plans. I want to say about every three weeks they rotate the same meals, but they’re definitely tasty and have helped me loose and tone. I’d have to say that’s the most difficult thing for me when trying to better my lifestyle, is choosing what to eat. But Tammy’s app makes it super easy for you. It also gives you a grocery list so you know exactly how much and what to get! So to say the least, I definitely recommend this app because it keeps you on track without worrying if you’re putting the right things in your body as well as doing the right work outs at the gym. I go to school and have a job and still have plenty of time to conquer my fitness goals!

Amazing programs in one app!
I’ve used the Tammy app several years now and always come back to the programs because they have provided meaningful results. While the app is known for its signature booty program and a thousand glute exercises variations so that I never get bored, it also has an excellent full body program and hosts challenges that build a sense of community. I’ve also completed various Pilates and Ab workout variations to spice things up and keep things interesting on off days. Most importantly, I love the structured programs, how to videos, which make me more confident when I’m going to the gym because I know exactly what I’m doing and I have a plan. I’ve seen great body recomp results and have built a nice back “shelf” only three weeks into doing a curve building challenge program, so I know it’s working. The icing on the cake is the well stocked meal plan, including for for vegan diets, that provide meal high protein meal ideas essential for building muscle. If you’re a beginner or just looking for some structure in your gym routine, I highly recommend this app.

Game Changing
I never write reviews because it’s hard to really impress me when it comes to apps. But!!! This app is game changing for me! First let’s start off with the fact that when making my account, there was an option for “Transgender, non binary or other”... this was exciting for me as a trans woman to finally feel included in a fitness app! I love fitness but sometimes over think my workouts, meal plans etc... and this app covers everything from daily routines with videos, food/workout diary, to my vegetarian diet (which a lot of apps are not custom to) with a grocery list!! This is huge for me because I don’t have to be overwhelmed with planning and trying to figure out what’s best for me. It’s all done for me here in the app. And to only pay $75 per year?? I was paying $80 per session with my trainer and I felt that I didn’t get what I needed from it. This app is worth so much more to me. Thank you for putting so much detail, equality and for making this part of life so simple. Happy girl with happy results!

Disappointed
I’ve been on an 8 week workout program for 8 weeks now. I paid the full years subscription and I was really excited to start. The workouts are great no complaints there, but the meal plan needs some serious revising. The portions would sometimes be huge and I would ask the support group on Facebook to double check and it would turn out to be 3 portions instead of 1. If you count your calories and macros you can see how this would be frustrating and set you back from your goals. Anytime I would check the grocery list I would get everything on it but would get home and my dinner would be completely different and would have to go back to the store to get what I needed I have waisted countless things because I bought it on the grocery list and never used it in the recipes. The app has loading issues and will sometimes show you week 1 of a meal plan and your actually on week 3 and you end up eating the wrong thing. Yes you can just skim the recipes and pick what you want but for me it is hard to stay on track if I don’t have some kind of structure and why am I paying for this app if it’s not giving me what I need. I plan on canceling the subscription and finding a different app.

This is a great app!
I would recommend to anyone that is starting their fitness journey or currently on it. I’ve done 2 challenges of Tammy’s now and I’ve been using her app as well. I see and feel so much better overall than I did before. There’s recipes that can help you if you have trouble with finding out what to make to eat. Even without getting the challenge for the duration, this app has other amazing programs that I use on my rest/stretch days!! It also has daily affirmations that remind you to love you inside and out. Which I absolutely LOVE. & there’s TammyFit community on Fb that helps everyone stay connected and can communicate with one another. I like how everyone on there and the tammyfit team is so up lifting and helpful. It’s such good energy & to have in my life as I’m going through this fitness journey or for anyone else’s. Awesome app!
I love this app! It is very well thought out with the options of weight gain/weight loss and the options for a vegetarian and vegan diet as well! I started the booty program and am now moving on to the booty v2. The workouts have amazing variation and the short clips for each workout really help me work on my form. Another amazing thing about this app is the macro calculator. It takes away a lot of the calorie counting for you! The only thing I wish they would do is add more recipes for the vegetarian diet. Some of the recipes are really bland and hard to eat when you’re trying to gain weight 😵 as a vegetarian I also like to incorporate plant based “meat” such as boca crumbles or Morningstar patties etc. just to add a little more flavor to my food.. also being able to delete a meal off your plan and replace it with another meal of my liking would be very helpful 😃 other than that I definitely recommend this app to anyone trying to achieve amazing results! 🙌🏽 I’m already seeing so much progress!

⚠️WARNING⚠️ MOST ADDICTING FITNESS APP!
Be careful getting this app! I downloaded it 5 years ago and I’m absolutely obsessed. If you want to get yourself into a healthy lifestyle, you’re at the right place! Meal plans, Pilates, Gym workouts, at home workouts, post-pregnancy programs, HITT…do I need to go on? All for such a cheap price! The level for just one of these programs would be the same as in-person class at the gym. Not only that, the amount you would pay for a month in any in-person gym class is more expensive than a whole year of the app! And it’s all available in the palms of your hands! The meal recipes are absolutely delicious and so healthy, you won’t want to stop making them. And most of the recipes include most of the ingredients you have in your pantry at home! Make the right choice for yourself, are start with TammyFit. Enjoy the addition to the healthy lifestyle!

Best fitness and meal plan app
I’ve tried numerous fitness apps that start out great but after a week become quite repetitive. This app is never that! I’m constantly trying new meals, new exercise routines, learning new ways to stretch and relax. This app truly offers everything you would want! I’m a working single mom and don’t want to put 2 hours of my day into the gym, Tammy’s workouts are effective and usually have me done in an hour or less. And don’t get me started on the grocery list! Knowing exact amounts of what I will need to buy for a week has saved me so much money and I rarely have any food left that I’m throwing out! This app is life changing! Even if you don’t workout daily, it’s just refreshing to open it up and know you don’t have to think at all, it’s all there and ready to go! Thank you Tammy for thinking of it all!

used to be perfect but the recent update needs tweaking!
i’ve had this app for years and have always loved it! however, after the recent update/revamp of the app i think the devs or tammy should take another look at the app. before it used to be so simple - i could easily find a program, gym or home, and easily know where to start based off their names (gym booty v1, gym booty v2, etc). the versions also got progressively more difficult which made this naming scheme even easier so that beginners knew where to start. however, the recent revamp has changed all of this where now some programs are no longer clear whether they’re for the gym or for your home (unless you open it up and take a look through) and all the names have changed! no longer is it easy to say, okay i’ll start with v1 and work my way through all of the other versions. now i don’t know which program is better for beginners and which is more advanced like before. the aesthetics are great but the functionality has unfortunately taken a hit as it’s become more complicated to navigate. please reconsider the update to these programs, with their new names and (seemingly) different workouts! everything was great and simple the way it was before 🫶🏼 also, you’re able to filter the workouts but not the programs - please add filtering for these as well!

Great app!! Worth the $$. A guide to shape your body
Pros: - meal plans with TONS of recipes. Easy to track calories if you just make the food - the food is healthy but tastes GREAT - lots of workouts for both home and gym This is very helpful for people who want to lose weight, gain muscle, or just be healthier. A lot of times when trying to get in shale we don’t know what to eat or what workouts to do, but this app is a guide for both. Worth the money!! Well designed. Customer feedback is very good. I have already recommended this app to people! Planning to continue using it for maybe even years. Things to improve: - recipes a bit confusing at times. Someone should proofread - recipes take too long to make. Sometimes it says it takes 10 minutes to cook but if you add preparation it takes over an hour, but I’m a new cook so maybe it’s just me. The recipes taste very good though- I don’t feel like I’m eating “healthy” or on a diet - I wish you could rearrange the meal plan (besides just the diary). Like if you could switch the food for Thursday to be Tuesday. Or if you could delete meals or swap them in the plan and then it would adjust your grocery by itself without you trying to figure it out. - in the standard meal plans, I wish it would show “alternative” meals for anything with seafood because a lot of people don’t like seafood or are allergic. It’s still good you can change it in the diary though.

This is my favorite workout app!
I go and explore other workout apps from time to time but always come back to Tammy’s. The previous comment is absolutely right about the feeling as if I am working out with her when using the app. I like the simplicity of the app and how it shows your macros depending on your goal. The price is very reasonable and I think it’s absolutely worth it. Love the recipes. They are simple and delicious. There is of course always space for improvement like adding some warm-up exercises maybe but that’s where the app is also great: you just write to the team through the chat and they are very quick to respond and appreciate your feedback. If you want to be included/in touch with other users there is also the Tammy IG page where you can also see a lot and chat with others... Definitely worth checking out all that Tammy and her team has to offer.

IN LOVE WITH THIS APP
I’ve been following Tammy for years and used her original program that was just a pdf and the transition to the app made the workouts so much easier! It truly has changed my lifestyle and I’m so happy with my results. I love all the different workouts and meal plan options! I love that you can actually see Tammy demonstrating the set on the screen and each step of how to do it below. Within the past year I have lost almost 40 pounds and my gym habits are so much better. The app motivates me to go and want to complete my programs! I love tracking my progress with photos and seeing all the workouts I’ve completed throughout a program. I’ve recommended it to all my friends and they tell me how much of a difference they can see in me! I can’t express how much I love this app and how much Tammy motivates me to be a healthier and happier person. So much love to Tammy and all of her team! Xoxo

The best fitness app!
I’ve had a few different fitness apps and I’ve done my fair share of fitness challenges. But, i absolutely love that this has your grocery lists for the meals you’ll be having each day. As a busy mom, that helps soooo much! Sometimes we have the right idea of what foods are healthy to eat but then we buy it and have no clue what to do with it and/or food goes to waste. With her meals you have exactly what you need on your grocery list and you don’t have to worry about wasting food. I also love that the meals are so delicious and fulfilling! Not to mention she also has the food tracker so you don’t need a different app to keep track! Oh and I love that all I have to do is follow the schedule for my workouts and the follow along videos help me so much! My kids even jump in and work out with me!

I am coming up on a year and a half of using the TammyFit app and it has enriched my life SO much. I am currently doing my 4th challenge from the app. The results it’s provided mentally and physically are what keep me coming back for more every single time 👏🏽🎉 I am a new single-mom so having this app has allowed me to save time and money by not having to go to the gym to get my workout in. Outside of the challenge, I utilize the Yoga program and individual workouts (there is literally everything booty, arms, legs, core, etc.) and I’m telling you right now, I genuinely love the person I’ve become FROM USING THIS APP. It feels unreal that I can experience this AND for an affordable price 🥲 Thank you Tammy and especially the TammyFit team for everything y’all do within the app, community, and for me personally! I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!

I recommend this app!
I subscribed to tammys app bc if she can have two kids and have THAT body I want to do what she’s doing! I worked out already, had a baby then stopped for about a year of working out. Getting back into it I really wanted help in exactly what to do to grow weight and loose weight in all the right places. For starters this app includes really good workouts, you can keep track of what you do the days you do it, and I absolutely love that it gives you meal plans that you can easily follow. I really enjoy the fact that it tells you a whole meal plan for the whole day. That really helped me get structure in what I should be doing and eating daily to reach my goals. And your meals are based on YOUR body goal which is awesome. I would like if they added more ab workouts with weights, but besides that this app is great in helping you reach your body goal.

You Won’t Regret It
The Tammy fit app is such a great bang for your buck. You get access to multiple types of workouts: pregnancy, post pregnancy , yoga, abs, booty, all of it. With the option of at home or at gym workouts, there really isn’t an excuse as to why you wouldn’t be able to follow the regimens. Besides the workout types, you also have in depth access to meal plans and recipes (which are all delicious by the way). I more recently have used the app to take part in the challenges the Tammy fit team has for anyone who is interested and I got a whole new look into an even better part of the system, which is the community! While a lot of it is about holding yourself accountable, the community makes it easier to feel motivated and supported! 1000% recommend, you won’t regret it!

The perfect workout app
I love this app! It helps me when I go to the gym and when I want to workout at home. It’s so easy to follow and takes the anxiety of knowing what to do off the table. Instead of using my booty program pdf on my phone, this app has made it easy to follow along. It also has videos of Tammy doing all the exercises slowly, as well as written instructions. It’s a fairly easy routine where you can build upon it and make it harder for yourself over time. This app also has food plans that include recipes as well as calorie count. This app is wonderful overall and I think everyone should take advantage of the yearly price. It’s a personal trainer without having to spend hundreds of dollars a month. 10/10 absolutely recommend. Thanks Tammy for all of your hard work! This app is amazing and so easy to use.

Changed the way I workout
The Tammy Fit app has completely changed the way that I work out. I had been following other programs before this one, but since starting the at home booty challenge I have begun to see real results and, better yet—actually get stronger and FEEL stronger over time. The workouts are challenging but you will feel yourself improve each week and you will see your body change over time. The workout programs are simple enough to use and navigate. I used to be very nervous in the gym but the app is designed well so that you’ll feel confident during each set (you can see Tammy herself doing the workout and you can also read step by step what your form should be like). I haven’t used the meal plans yet, but they do look helpful as well!

Absolutely love this app!! Great for beginners.
I recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t know where to start with fitness. Tammy put together amazing and understandable programs for fitness and food and it’s all done correctly. I’m personally not comfortable enough for a personal trainer nor do I have the money and the app is inexpensive. The best part that I love is I do the at home workout due to my schedule and I work in a high stress environment (warehouse, preload shift) so going to the gym is a horrible motivation for me. But her at home workouts are great because then I can come home from work and work out right in my room instead of going out again and wasting time & money. Most of the time I’m drained when I get home so having that little energy left to get it done and rest feels great. Can’t wait to start seeing results I already feel great ♥️.

Great app for at home workouts. Not perfect but I would recommend!
I enjoy this app and find it really useful. It keeps me on track, there’s no denying that. I have some feedback for sure. I don’t like that I have to leave a program, when I finish it to start a new one. Then all of the previous workouts and programs I’ve completed are gone. I’d like to be able to see what workouts I’ve done and what programs I’ve completed. It would be great to see a comparison of the weights and times / progression for each time I complete the workouts and programs. For the circuit workouts, there is only 1 round of exercises then I have to swipe back to the beginning, I have very basic computer programming skills and it would be very simple to just repeat the same set of exercises 3 more times. It seems like a mistake. Primarily I really wish that the app kept better records of my workouts, it’s really lacking in that department. Still though this app keeps me on track and I really enjoy the booty band and Ab workouts. I’ve completed the At-Home Booty Version I program at least 4-5 times and Version II once. The workouts still make me sweat. My booty absolutely looks nicer and more round! Next up I’m going to tackle the gym workout programs. Which I feel will give me much more drastic results. I’ll update once I’ve finished one.

Only Workout App I’ll Use
I’ve tried other workout apps in the past and they’re either too cluttered, don’t work, are full of ads or just plain ugly. This is the only app I’ve tried and have actually used on a regular basis! I’m currently doing my second Tammy Fit app challenge and plan on continuing to do them, as well as getting a yearly membership. The yearly membership costs about two months of my old gym membership which in my eyes is so worth it. There are home and gym versions of the workouts which give me the freedom to choose what I’d like to do that day. Not only are there workouts, there’s also tons of recipes, meals plans for dietary restrictions, and you can log your meals all in the app. Delete all other fitness apps because this is the only one you’ll need!

The 1 star reviews for this app should really be taken off, they all say the same thing, are not reasonable complaints, and made me hesitant about paying for this app until I actually went and read what they said. People don’t wanna pay $75 a year when they spend hundreds on only a gym membership in a year? Whatever, anyway, I have to say this app is amazing. I follow Tammy on social media and her body is so perfect, you can tell she knows her stuff. And this app? It’s loaded with everything you could possibly need, I don’t usually rate apps but I had to rate this one because you can tell a lot of work and thought was put into the creation of it. Workouts are quick and efficient, meals are delicious, everything is explained in detail, what more can you want? Great app, if you’re hesitant on getting it, GET IT.

I found Tammy Fitness on Instagram and loved her vibe and energy so I decided to give the app a try and I will say it is SO worth the money!! You get SO much value for the price as well as awesome support from the Tammy Fitness team consistently. There are so many meal plan options for every type of allergy or preference -and there are also great and QUICK AND EASY recipes. I have not been disappointed only encouraged to continue my workouts and nutrition. Couldn’t get any easier
This app is really well built. They have added some great features and made a lot of improvements since the first time I tried it out. As long as you follow the workouts and meal plans you will see results. I doubled a lot of items on the pre made grocery list to cook for my husband and I. We are actually saving money on groceries by sticking to the foods in the app. Plus we don’t waste food. There are a few errors in the app but they are very small. For example, when I go to add a snack that is not included in the meal plan I have to search for the item in the search bar in order to add it. I can’t just pick it from the options that come up on their own. Again very small stuff. Overall the app is amazing!

Such a good community
I really loved using this after the purpose of keeping up with a six week challenge that I've been participating in. The app is really pretty, it has everything I need, and really provides a lot of workouts of different types. It's easy to add friends and keep up with your challenge along with your nutrition. My favorite part is going through out and being able to see your progress until you get to the end and it shows a checkmark on the calendar! The only critique I would give to the UI of the app itself is that I think there are too many tabs, sometimes I feel like I'm clicking on multiple pages on the bottom of the app to find the challenge or the menu that I want.

New Update is Dissapointing
I generally love this app but the new update just made it 10x worse. It’s now even glitchier than it was before and what’s worse is I was finishing up week 6 of my program and with the update some of the workouts are completely different so I’m having to switch up when I was almost to the finish line of my program. The app was always kinda glitchy before but I don’t know why you would update it to look different and the glitches aren’t even gone. I am so disappointed about this. Wish I could remove the update :(. Always been a fan of this app, I’ve been using it since 2020 but I really wish they would address the glitches and typos. On one of my workouts they put the same exercise twice in a row it’s DB Tricep Extension and the Dumbbell Tricep Extension for the next one…there seems to be a lot of errors like this.

Very effective, brings structure to my routine, much needed.
I never thought I would want to add an app to my workouts- previously did BBG with Kayla itsines 4 years ago and then I continued on creating my own workouts. Been following Tammy for a long time and one day decided to try her at home booty workout and LOVED it. Huge fan of Tammy. Saw her at NYFW and serious body goals (also 2 kids??? power woman + mom at such an young age. So much respect for her.) Pros of this app: •30+ workouts (including at home and GYM) •Timer set in so you don’t have to put on a separate timer. There’s a whistle when timer’s done. (Small details like this, I really appreciate) •workout diary/calendar to track everything you’ve done. (Gives you a routine, makes you look forward to adding one more workout to your week). •simple, effective gifs/photos, clear directions (personally hate reading paragraphs) •Routine I never thought I needed. Excited to add more weights and see more progress. Cons: honestly nothing yet. I have extremely high expectations, tried many apps and would find something I didn’t like or wanted to add but this is on par with what I had in mind. THANK YOU for being an inspiration to many women and a true powerhouse.

These workouts work if you don’t get injured doing them
I started consistently doing the Tammy at home work outs during the inrush shut down in March of 2020. I had already been working out for over a year consistently doing CrossFit. I decided these will be easy workouts to achieve the big booty without the CrossFit craziness. I started to see results when the gyms opened and I was doing the booty V2 and V3 when the gyms opened. However I started having more major back and hip pain doing these movements. Even thought I was experienced with lifting these workouts are very advanced and I’m not even sure if Tammy herself can actually do some of these movements. My physical therapist was shocked at some of the workouts on this app and said that it takes way too much hip mobility to perform some of these and that there are better ways to achieve the same things. There are no alternatives to these movements and if you push though them and try to look like Tammy while doing it you will likely injure yourself. I don’t recommend it.

BEST ALL AROUND APP OF ITS KIND
A couple brief things that set this apart from other plans IMO: Sweat (not the best meal plan options and pricier), FitPlan (good in theory but only workouts which is silly because water, food and other factors are equally important) and other PDF guides (fight with the Kindle app on your phone to access). This app is the first I’ve seen that has your activity, water intake, meal plan AND workout program options all in one - that took serious time to develop. I would honestly pay (and they could charge!) double the price for all of that. Also, for those of you griping about it ‘costs money’ - this is not a surprise. It clearly says “in-app purchases” in the App Store - this is not a new concept and social media influencers and individuals have to make a living too. ✌🏽

The app needs improvements
The are bugs in the app. 1. Switching between exercises sometimes make the video to be replaced with the next exercise video. 2. Completed day not always shows as completed until you actually click on that day. 3. Switching between navigation tabs sometimes make the pages display as empty/with no content. Also, why can’t I do 2 programs at the same time? If, for example, I want to do abs and full body workouts because I don’t like the program for some of the days in full body and would like to do abs instead? Or i would like to do the booty and full body in parallel but app doesn’t have such possibility. Also I would like to have a warmup suggestions and rest time between sets suggestions. Videos and staged photos are esthetics but the overall app usage is not convenient to me.

Loving TammyFit!
Not only do I love the TammyFit App, but I am so incredibly grateful for the community, and support behind it! I have done three challenges with TammyFit and have never seen better results with my overall strength, emotional well-being, and self confidence! The support the TammyFit community provides allows me to realize I’m not alone on these journey! With this supportive group by my side cheering me along I have gained so much confidence in myself! This app provides you guided videos which have allowed my confidence in the gym to take off as well! Although, sometimes I do prefer working out at home and the TammyFit app has that option as well! The guided meal plans have made meal prep fun and easy! Cannot recommend the TammyFit app enough! ✨💕

Best fitness app
Tammy fit is everything you need in one place. It includes meal plans, recipes, programs, workouts for home/gym, plus many other unique data tracking features. The meal plan section is a little finicky as in once you select your type of meal plan (vegan/vegetarian/general/etc) it will sometimes erase the data and you have to restart the meal plan of choice. This app has motivated me in many ways and I always look forward to meal preps/ gym time when I use it. I’m currently doing the booty building challenge and I absolutely love it! When you purchase a program you get access to the full app! I highly recommend Tammy Fit to all my friends and family💖🫶🏻🧘‍♀️

App quit working
As others mention, the app has quit working. I use it daily and love it so hoping this review encourages someone to fix the problem. I have an iPhone 12 with all the updates - no problem with other apps and plenty of storage. The app installs fine but opens and immediately closes. I’ve checked that it’s the latest version, uninstalled and reinstalled countless times, and restarted my phone. I’ve made sure nothing is running in the background and read many webpages on how to fix this. Clearly it’s on the app end. I paid for the year subscription and can no longer use it. It needs to either be resolved or I need a refund.

6+ years of using this and it really is the best
This app is amazing. The time and effort that is poured into this definitely shows. Tammy and her team have built this up so much, with so many different workout programs and with yoga, boxing, stretching, and more in a format that doesn’t feel overwhelming is spectacular. Not to mention the meal plans. The only meal plans I’ve used that satisfy my appetite and don’t have me feeling sad about “dieting” considering the meals are quick to prepare and tasty. There is even a grocery list as if it wasn’t already made to be so easy. I can’t rave about this enough. The diary is satisfying to record your progress and even track your water intake

Perfect workout app
This app is seriously amazing. Her workouts are so simple yet so effective. I love the videos along with the written instructions for the workouts. She also tells you your calorie intake based on whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain. You can follow her own meal guide or you can manually enter what you eat, if you choose not to follow her meal guide. This is my favorite part of the app!! It’s basically like MyFitnessPal and I love that I can use the same app to log my workouts AND my meals. You can also log your water in take. I’ve tried many fitness apps and I’ll tell you, this one is the best by far. It’s an all in one app. I love it so much and I’m so glad I came across it. Price is very reasonable as well!!

My favorite health app ever!!
I came across Tammy years ago and loved what she was about! When I learned she had finally made an app to help empower others I was all in and have had it all these years since! I love how dedicated Tammy and her team are to constantly improving things in the app for the better and the amount of quick support has been phenomenal with any questions I’ve had. I have never had an issue with this app once which feels so good to have something so reliable! The recipes, food plans, different workouts, stretches and steps to be your best self are perfect! This app has it all, easy to follow workouts, meal plans and if your doing a challenge, a great community! I’ve been using the Tammy Fit app for about two years now and I’m absolutely loving it! I love working out, but I loathe having to figure out what workouts to do so this app is a life saver because I don’t have to think about what body part to workout or what workouts to do, I just follow the workout plans that are available! This app is perfect for not only beginners but advanced gym goers as well! I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to get their fitness journey started or for those who are looking to progress in their fitness goals ☺️

Great but needs a little improvement.
Tammy is a total inspiration. A mom of 2 with a great bod ! so ofc I had to try out the app. The workouts and most of the recipes are great though someone should definitely proofread. I had a situation where the recipe called for 1 person so I doubled it because I was cooking for the hubs too (This also falls on my because I have a bad habit of not reading the full recipe first before cooking 🤷🏻‍♀️) and I was left with too much food and some went to waste. That was a major no no for me. The workouts are great but I question if the reps/sets are right too as sometimes the timed exercises + sets don’t match the total amount of time that the workout was said to be. For example the workout should take 20 minutes to complete but we are given 1 set of 5 different exercises for like 45 seconds each.

Love it!
Tammy did a great job with this app. I see a lot of complaints with the price. I totally disagree. I think it’s absolutely worth the price. (definitely not more expensive than I personal trainer, I saw that complaint in a review.) The workouts are great and thoughtful. They go into good detail and explain well which is great if you are a beginner. The meal plans are great with different options based on dietary needs. The only thing I would appreciate if they added is an option to scan the barcodes on food so you can upload that way. I also would like a better way to track weight loss progress. (I might have missed this somewhere in the app) 5/5 stars. Thank you and this is SO worth the money!

Incredibly easy to use and detailed!
I have purchased a few fitness programs in the past... NONE come even close to comparing to the quality of this app. Not only does it offer you full access to all of her fitness plans, it also shows you videos of each exercise as you move along (which are GREAT for watching as you’re following each workout), but also offers free meal plans and even grocery lists! It truly is the easiest, most organized and unique app I have used thus far. For $70 something bucks A YEAR, I really don’t understand the bad reviews on this. Well worth double, if not triple that price. Really impressed by the quality and thought that was put into this.

Very motivating app but could use a few improvements
This is my first week using the app, and as someone that played sports all of high school, but hasn’t exercised in almost three years, I love it! It is very motivating and the work outs are hard enough that they remind me of when I used to be in shape. I also really LOVE the meal plans because I never knew how to eat healthy before this. Just the first week alone has some really new and interesting recipes I’ve never tried before. I will say I don’t think the grocery list is 100% accurate to the meal plan of the week. For example I ran out of chicken on the first day without know I needed chicken throughout the entire week. Same with the bell peppers and avocados. And the Friday dinner on the first week of the standard meal plan calls for tilapia, but there isn’t even tilapia on the grocery list. Not a deal breaker though because I’m currently eating healthier than I have in years. Lastly, I would suggest a better layout of the workout section because I feel like I can get lost in the design of where all the work outs are listed

This is the app I’ve been dreaming of!! 🙌 I’ve been following Tammy for awhile and was so excited about the launch of her fitness app! I was hesitant on spending the money then thought, “Seriously?? This is way less expensive than a gym membership AND I get her at HOME!!” So yesterday I decided to take control of my health and fitness, dowloaded the app, and here I am today! Home workout complete before my babies wake up!! 🙌I do wish there were more nutrition options for my caloric intake (1250 cal per day) but I’ll try and just take some meals away per plan 😁. THANKS TAMMY, you sexy beast! I want a booty just like you 😜Can’t wait to see my results!

App keeps crashing
Extremely frustrated because I paid for a subscription for this app and I can’t even use it or begin working out with the programs because every single time I open the app it just crashes and closes out. Yes I am updated to the latest IOS, yes the app is updated, I deleted the app and redownloaded several times, restarted my phone several times, and even canceled the subscription and made a whole new account and paid a second time on a different email and STILL the app doesn’t work. Beyond frustrated and just getting rid of it all together. Looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the only one experiencing technical difficulties. For an app that makes a whole lot of money you’d think they’d put more time and effort into their programming to ensure the user has an amazing experience each and every time.

Amazing challenges and community
I haven’t worked out consistently since before I became a mom 3ish years ago. I just had my second baby 4 months ago and have been wanting to get stronger and healthier again but didn’t know where to start. The Tammyfit app has taken out all of hard work for me by providing workout plans, challenges, and meal plans so all I have to do is just show up and do it! I’m doing a 6 week challenge and the community and support form the Tammyfit team and the other participants has been amazing! So far I’m obsessed and want to do every challenge going forward.🤪🙌🏼
