Was working great then...
The app is such a nice idea, when it’s working... Deadlines are a thing and I had to get a last minute health thing done before the deadline, I paid with my TASC card and provided all the info needed. It processed and then the following month came out of my new benefits. During this time the app was acting really weird. It has been TORTURE getting ahold of someone trying to fix my account and reimburse me this years benefits and take from last year... like it was supposed to. Customer service is not great and to get anything done has been a hassle...

Mostly great, couple of ideas for improvements
This app is great but could use a couple of improvements for user ease, in my opinion. I get reimbursed by the same providers repeatedly but I have to type their long name in each time. How about once I add them, they show in a drop down box so I can just choose them again. I thought I had this happen once, but have never had it work like that again. The only other thing I would improve is a clearer connection between the individual reimbursements and my cash moving to my checking. The lists are so long and include every single transaction of everything that it’s overwhelming. I want to be able to easily see that the total moved to my checking was from the copay on date x, y and z without a ton of clicks or keeping track on paper. There must be a way you can break that out or break it up in the long list. Otherwise, this app is great and requesting a reimbursement is made very easy. Thank you!

App does not work (Updated)
I am not able to log into my account through the app. I called Customer Service and was told to use the Chrome browser instead. Update: The developer did reach out to me and, via email, we figured out the problem and fixed the issues. I am giving the app another star for this, but only one more star. There is no email customer service link available on the TASC Universal website, so I was only able to get assistance because of my poor review of the app. There is an 800 number you can call, but they have limited work hours and each time I called, I had to hold with about a half hour wait time. When it comes to medical spending accounts, there are hard deadlines for when the funds must be spent and when reimbursements must be requested by. Because of this, having an app and/or website that works is crucial. Having apps and websites that do not work well, give little to no indication why they aren’t working, and only having limited, time-consuming customer service does not really work in this type of situation.

Very frustrating!!!
I uploaded a wrong file for a reimbursement request and it doesn’t have delete option to remove it. I went for a specialist visit to day and paid copay with the Tasc card. It asked for a verification for the transaction. It’s not like i swiped the card randomly at a grocery store. Another transaction at a dentist office. They don’t just want a receipt but they want the detailed/breakdown of the services, name and amount of charges. This is my FSA with TASC and if you don’t use the money at the end of the year all the money will be forfeited. Wonder if this is the purpose of creating all the hassles for Customers to go through and to stop accessing their account. Go figure! I have an HSA with Fidelity, never ever had to go through this pain like i have to go through with TASC, just simple a receipt and you can just withdraw your own money. Fidelity lets you manage your own account responsibly. Here you have to show all kind of proofs including your medical privacy just to access your own money. Very frustrating!!! I won’t put my money in here next year.

Worst service company ever!Keep away of their service!
The new version of the app is even worse than the old one. Not only about the app, it’s the company issue. When I submit the medical reimbursement receipt they ask for verification description of service which Is my privacy. I visit the doctor regularly from last year, even my medical insurance company approved their portion of responsibility every time. When I call TASC, they said the receipt should include the date of service, patient’s name And total amount, which are normal and shows on my receipt. They also said my reimbursement cannot be approved because the missing of description of service. Did any one get the receipt like that? What they ask for is not a receipt but a medical history info. The receipt is from a national hospital. I think what they want is the costumer can use their card directly. Their master card is awful too. It even denied at CVS pharmacy when I pay my prescription. It’s NOT OTC!! It’s prescription!!! I’m not the employer nor the HR, so I have no choice. If you do, please keep away!! It’s good for both of you and your employee/colleague.

Runaround
We just switched to TASC this month. I set up everything online and through the mobile app. They just informed us every transaction that every single charge has to have a receipt or detailed information to be approved or they will freeze the account. The previous company we used, you could take picture with your phone and upload them easily. However, I just went back to update with some receipts and it says my user is no longer valid. The only way I could get help to log in was call the 800 number and they sent me to benefits. Benefits told me to go online. I can logon online to the website version but not the app and the login information from the 800 number was wrong. I’m stuck trying to figure out how to upload of the receipts through the computer now. It’s not user friendly and customer service didn’t help at all. Hope this isn’t what the rest of the year will be like.

Absolutely horrible
Getting reimbursement is like climbing Mt Everest in the worst conditions. Plus why the need for verification when we are paying our doctor, who’s a specialist their copay thru them whether over the phone or in person in need of verification???? As I opposed to seeing a primary care showing on the app under transactions not in need??? I think you need to review our insurance plan for this year thru employer and update app immediately! We’ve been with TASC for years and never had a complaint until now!! TASC remember it’s OUR money and you are not the insurance company nor the doctors. And remind your senior customer service representative to never threaten a customer again saying that if she audits we would owe you money??? When to begin with it is our money we put in! Please explain that?! I’m not the only one experiencing this and upset over it so expect more complaints. Plus navigating through it is even more confusing!!!

Total nightmare!
If I could give zero stars I would. I send in the same exact documents every month and still they deny my request. I consistently have to waste my time calling, speaking to a supervisor to get it approved, and even with the supervisor notes and a note from me stating to read the notes, they still continue to deny the request. Different procedures should be put in place because every request is different and not all doctors work and supply us with all the information that is requested by TASC. I’ve become a nuisance to most of the doctors I go to because so much is asked of me to get from them. It’s just not working out and wish they’d do some of the legwork and call the doctors office themselves and get the information they are asking us to get. Let them deal with the responsibility.

My employer leaving tasc
My employer is leaving tasc. In fact they’re DUMPING tasc because of bad service. Tasc presents itself as being cheaper than the competition, which is why they were given a shot. But I’m glad that after numerous hiccups and issues, we’re going with another company. Horrendous “upgrade” within the tasc company- lots of negative impact to the customer: from the app, to not getting paid, to just bad customer service. In general, they question my purchases even after a receipt, demanding “more substantiation”. They question my pediatric copay receipts, saying “you could be buying candy or gum, so we need a better receipt.” They question my pharmacy purchases even when the receipt says “health item” and it’s for a prescription type drug like an antibiotic. When they don’t pay, no one notifies me like a text or app notification I have to keep looking into my account to see where the claim is at in the process. Then if I see it as not paid, I’m on the phone wasting more time trying resolve it with a rep who is obviously from outside of the United States. You may or may not get a rep on the phone with a thick accent. Good riddance tasc. I hope you go out of business. You don’t deserve anything.

So easy to request reimbursements
I have a new wellness account through TASC (started on 1/1/21) and it’s always been a pain in the past to submit reimbursements through my employer. I just received and paid my gym membership bill, so today was my first time submitting a reimbursement. ITS SO EASY. I uploaded my gym bill, selected my account, added the date, and I was good to go. It took longer to find my bill in my email than it did to submit the request from my phone. This is a much better experience than what I had in the past for any sort of reimbursement for employer contributions.

FAST, EASY & CONVENIENT
The TASC app in my opinion is so much more convenient. The ability to view remaining funds and Also view past transactions. It’s very user friendly even for the individuals whom aren’t tech savvy, you’ll catch on to the flow of things quickly. I rate this app at a 5 star. It’s a newer released platform and still seems like there hasn’t been any issues causing users delays or inconveniences.. so I’m eager to see what the future brings and what kinda upgrades will be added to this well built app.

Does not work
When I first used the app and logged in, I’d always get the error “Error fetching data” but I could still see the MyCash balance and transactions. Now, within the last week, it quit working - no data showing for MyCash balance or transactions. I had hopes for this app but I think I’m ready to remove it from my phone. Contacting customer service by phone takes a long time and to receive an email response takes even longer. This app requires more R&D and testing.

Very simple and intuitive
I’ve been using this app for a while now. Everything I need to manage my FSA and Home Office Account is right here. Reimbursements are a breeze, submitting backup for my expenses, that I use the card for, is just like taking a picture with my phone. I was even able to order a replacement card from the app without having to call in. Reimbursements have sometimes been complete in under 10 min.

Horrible! The company is horrible!
Don’t do it! Run!! The app appears to be user friendly but the system is flawed tremendously. Every single time I attempt to use the money in my HSA account it is declined and I have to call repeatedly about it. They place the blame on our HR saying they did something and the entire company is disabled (it was a flat out lie) and then say it is all cleared up, when it is in fact not and it happens month after month. It happened again today and the office was closed at 3 pm! I was not able to get my medication again!! If you’re thinking about going with TASC for a HSA plan run as fast as you can, you will never be able to use it.

Card number
You guys should update this app to where we able able to view full card info “cc #”. My card was misplaced due to moving. Since then I’ve requested new card that still hasn’t arrived and I’ve had doctor appointments which I had to pay out of pocket. I submit my receipt and it’s declined!!! Why I don’t know because I’m in-network and everything I get treated for is covered. Most company issue emails via email. They itemize it in email so it’s visible to see but still gets declined. Smh!!! Please update to view card number incase someone else is in this situation.

They will not release my money
I have submitted numerous reimbursement requests with pictures of the receipts for the dependent care, 1 declined and 2 have been pending for weeks. So not only did I lose money from pay deduction to put into the TASC account, I’m still paying oop for child care. So I’m losing $142 every 2 weeks with almost $600 just sitting in this account. I used the card at the eye dr and they want proof that’s what I used it for even though the transaction clearly states the name of the office! Our job just switched to them in June and I’ve already submitted a form to cancel my tasc account! It’s bs! We should never have this much trouble accessing our own money especially when I’ve provided all the necessary proof! So bye bye tasc!

Simplicity
I was impressed with the simplicity of this app. It asks a lot less questions than the other Flex providers. It would have been nice if we could see the attachment after attaching it to double check for accuracy. Also, to have an option to always transfer the balance to a designated bank account without having to do it each time would have been icing on the cake! Dr. Sawaya

Terrific, mostly
Generally works great. Some odd distractions: not clear where in the app you can request a replacement card. If you try the Support page, the only possible answer to “What topic can we help with?” and “Tell us more” is “Update my file” on the drop-down menu. (Is it a ‘menu’ if there’s only one possible selection?). And if you fill out the feedback survey, there’s nowhere for detail or explanation. It’s just one of those How satisfied/How likely to recommend surveys.

Reimbursements went well!
After some dental work, I forgot to use MyCash card - so I submitted two different requests for reimbursements - one for the dentist and one for the pharmacy. At first I was a bit concerned after reading the latest negative reviews. But...... as has always been my experience with TASC, I had a great experience with my reimbursements. They were paid within a few hours of submitting them. Good job TASC!

Worked fine until
About a month-month and a half ago, when I try to sign in it says “user profile not found”. I log in on my work computer and everything works just fine. So I don’t understand why it does work on my iphone app. Called customer support and they told me I was using the wrong username/email and I tried explaining how I can log in just fine on the computer. Didn’t seem like he was listening so I tried what he suggested and when I use the other email that I have on file (I think it’s my back up one?) it says incorrect email or password. Anyone else have this issue and get it resolved?

Incomplete
When I got my card, I was in no way informed I still needed to e-verify and that my card wasn’t active yet. I had to call customer support who told me to use the app… which also didn’t tell me anything about how to fix the problem. I had to call again to learn to use the website to create a support ticket to submit my documents. Leaving the whole broken process aside, I expect this app to be able to tell me there’s a problem with my account and have an interface for fixing it, not some backend solution. I really hope they make this change.

Depend care
I was able to pay for my child after school care no problem. Tell they changed and “update” it . And I was not aware of it tell my card declined for childcare. Now I can not pay for my child care after school cuz it’s religious. I have had to paid for it and go negative. I tried to get my money back and it would not let me. It keep asking for verification. When I have already attached the information and receipt. I have also called the 800 number. they are no help at all other then say sorry for the inconvenience. I will not be doing this ever again. I used this for a back up. And it turned out to be just throwing hundreds of dollars away.

Straight up does not work
Update: Some improvements (I can now log in), but still major issues. But I’ve bumped this up to 2 stars. Need to add a dependent? The option is there, but the request fails every time. I think as able to request a reimbursement, which is a big plus from previous attempts to use the app. I can’t even review this app correctly because it won’t even let me log in. It says to use the existing email and password from tasconline, but it just says user doesn’t exist even though I’m logged into my online account without any issues. So, back to the drawing board, engineers.

Not a professional computer user
The changeover to TASC uba has been a nightmare for me, causing financial hardship via overpayments, late payments, and now no payments. I cannot download forms anymore as the changeover doesn’t support Apple products well. I could barely navigate the old processes, and find the new, including the ap, to be ridiculously complicated and completely incomprehensible, with red and green monetary figures flying about and “my cash” incomprehensibles rampant. You have ruined my monthly budget. We are not teenagers, technology isn’t easy to grasp and you have made life far more difficult.

Money we can use on
I do have an issue that I am not allowed to buy a oral B tooth brush or go to a plastic surgeon. I will no longer use task and same the money myself. I am having trouble spending the excess money not used. I should be refunded and just have to pay the 25 % save on taxes. Not lose 100 percent of the money. So again I will just save the 100 dollars in a separate account and use it for whatever I please. Those of you that use TASC it can be useful if money is needed upfront. But it long run not so much.

Horrible company
This company is so bad. I have to submit receipts 3-4 times before they work. Their hold time is insanely long. I used to own my own company and used Health Equity for my team. It was so easy. Just upload and done. If I had questions friendly people with Texas accents helped me out quickly with little hold time. Now with Task I have to upload, and reupload everything. I call and am told everything "should" be all right. It seems like they outsource their approvals, and instead of contacting you if they have a question they just reject things without a comment, and when you call the people who you talk to can't fix anything.

Medical dispersments
I have had TASC for 5 years now and I have had issues with my monthly disbursements every year. This past year ‘22, almost every deposit into my checking account was a 2 separate deposit transaction, each on a separate day? Now this year I found that in the past, some of my funds were not sent to me? So now I have to look up past insurance premiums and prove that my funds need to be forwarded to me?! What gives with this business, it is totally impossible to talk to a real person, it doesn’t happen, it’s a circle run around on the phone/ recording. Very disappointing!!

Who knew medical expenses could be fun!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say that this app has been very easy to use. I can quickly and easily submit medical receipts that are almost instantly approved and can easily transfer the balance back into my account. It is so nice when technology actually works the way it is supposed to! 👍

Worst FSA/HSA I’ve ever had
This is hands down the worst medical account I’ve ever used. My card gets declined at my doctor’s office. My reimbursements get the third degree on review, even to the point of requiring an explanation of benefits for a copay reimbursement! And then my reimbursements go into a special TASC account instead of my bank account. I can then request a transfer into my bank account, but I would like the transfer to occur with the FIRST request that takes 7 days to process. Essentially, I would like access to my money. Previous HSA/FSA companies allowed me to use my accounts when it made sense.

Debit card and reimbursements not working
I am extremely dissatisfied with the current situation involving my daycare FSA debit card. Despite having sufficient funds, my card was declined twice. When I called for assistance, I was informed that there are ongoing issues with both the debit cards and the reimbursement process, with no estimated date for resolution. This is entirely unacceptable, as deductions are being taken from our paychecks, yet we are forced to pay out of pocket without any certainty of reimbursement. The lack of a guaranteed reimbursement option is particularly disappointing and adds to the frustration.

I am now able to use the app, and in my experience, it is very helpful and easy to use. Submitting reimbursement requests have never been easier using my mobile phone. Unusable
This app is practically unusable most days. Generally I have to just get on my laptop tablet in order to use the website. The app crashes when I attempt to upload my bills and receipts and if I use the app to attach them as verification they never actually attach to the transaction. I have to go to the website to attach the verification documents to the transaction. It is super frustrating and a waste of time. About the only thing this app is useful for is quickly checking my current balance. If it matters, I have an iPhone 11 that I keep updated.

So far so good!
I called customer service and the representative suggested I use the application since it was my inaugural foray with TASC. So far it has been easy to navigate and reimbursements have been done quickly. I’m in the process of transferring money to my bank hopefully that is as smooth and fast!

This app is irritating and so is the process
The app is difficult to use from time to time and when you use the card at a doctors office or dentist office you should not be having to turn in extra receipts. I show on my app that a bill has been paid and I continue to get the bill from the medical facility. The 800 number closes at five most people work till five. I can’t find a straight email for help. It wants you to choose a multiple-choice answer that doesn’t fit. They want to be a service they need to be available.

App Bug
I’ve had this happen multiple times, but I will request a reimbursement. The request is approved, I then request the cash balance to be transferred to my bank account. I get a confirmation screen that says the transfer request has been successfully submitted. A day or two goes by and the transfer never shows up, so I go back out to the app and the balance is back in my cash balance. It’s like the request to transfer to my bank account never took place. I even have a screenshot that shows the request was approved.

Not easy like the old system was
So far, all of my submitted reimbursements, for before, and after care have been denied. First I was told I didn’t provide a description of what it was for, but I did. Second I was told that the photo I submitted was unreadable, but I have no trouble reading it, and always used to the same type of screenshot, but the old system. This has taken considerable time and been stressful. I am on a third attempt that required me to use a bunch of computer paper. Hoping these photos are easier to be read.

Not only is the app clunky, but TASC are thieves
Wish I could cancel and get a refund on the monthly withdrawals coming out of my paycheck even though you’ve shut off my card and deny therapy appointments without more details about WHY I’m going like wow. Want to be all in our business more than you already are and keep money and not render any services. Horrible. So disappointed in my employer for choosing this malicious company for such an expensive and serious thing as your and your families health. Shame on the industry as a whole too.

Not a good experience with TASC
My employer (School Board of Broward County) switched to Tasc this year from Payflex, they freeze your funds without warning, no communication even though they have all your email, address and phone number. Been dealing with Tasc taking my payroll deductions and not adding them to my account contributions for 4 pay periods now. Customer service gives no information other than a “glitch in software “ . Enough is enough Teamlime or Teamgold whoever is mismanaging my funds. Computer glitches are momentary and usually resolved within a day, this is misappropriation of funds.

Really Easy to Use
I have been using this app for a couple years now and have never had any issues with get reimbursements. Saving receipts and invoices from my Gmail app and attaching them to my reimbursement requests is simple. Then it is easy transfer to my back account.

NOTHING WORKS
Have not been able to access my cash since this program began on October 2020. Hour and half waits on customer service phone and still no $$. App just states “no transactions available” & kicks you off when you hit “transfer” link. Worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Dec 6 & still no access to my $$.

Problematic
There are plenty of technical difficulties when using this app. One problem is when you’re typing a description of a problem that you’re having when you’re submitting a ticket for support it only allows for 255 characters and does not tally where you are in the process. Once you reach 255 your messages deleted. When submitting expenses, sometimes it auto populates from a former merchant, and it is difficult to get that incorrect former merchant removed from the field.

Horrible App and Horrible Company
I retired October 8, 2020. Here we are, December 3 and my money has yet to be added to my HSA account. I have tried to use the app, which says error fetching accounts—apparently because they are sitting on my money. I have called numerous times and sent an email. No response and no resolution. Need better alerts and notifications
It’s generally ok to use, the pay the provider using phone pictures is good feature but notifications are scarce. Really needs some form of email alert or additional settings especially when a reimbursement is declined, the only way to know this is to open the app and login to check if it was approved.

Great App - Customer Service Language Barrier
I found the app to work very well however, when I called customer service for some simple instructions - the agent was difficult to understand and had difficulty understanding me. Sign of the times I suppose. The instructions he gave to me were not helpful and I found an answer online. I’ll know better next time.

The TASC app is easy to use! You are able to completely manage your account, view transactions, check balance and submit reimbursements all from the app. You can also view manage and request new cards as well.

This app is broken and support points fingers back at me?
I reported this issue to their support (won’t log me into app but everything works fine on their website). Support responded saying I needed to delete the app, then online I need to say forgot password to create a new password and then reinstall app. This is still not working. Why don’t you check your product before telling me I need to do a bunch of stuff. This is your product and it’s not working. Please fix it. Thank you!

Wish the App Worked
Wish I could give a proper review based on the app’s use and interface but it actually doesn’t work on either of my iPhones with 2 different carriers. I download the app, sign in and then it just glitches and forces itself closed. Been doing this for months. Idk of it’s just an iPhone glitch…but y’all really gotta fix this but. I should have to pull out my laptop to check my benefits. 0/10 would not recommend…with the condition that I could actually USE the app 🙄

Worst app I have ever tried to work with. Nowhere to see all activity on universal account. Balances on transactions page don’t make sense. No explanation as to minimum transfers or minimum balance required. No call in support as wait times are ridiculous. No online chat or support. Message upon opening app says errors retrieving info but tells nothing about what to do about it. I am looking to see if I can transfer the entire account to another company who is user friendly. Total frustration with TASC!!! Ps. Nickname requirement here is ridiculous!!!

Needs help section
Easy to navigate, has your card info, transactions, etc. But I’m new to FSA and this app. It needs a help section. What’s the difference between MyCash balance and available balance? For me, these amounts are different. Would be convenient to add the card to my Wallet in iPhone so I can use my phone to pay.

Needs major work
Filed for my first reimbursement today after going round and round with customer service to even get my account set up. I had to select a date that a purchase was made from the Calendar in the app. The 2021 calendar had the dates on incorrect days of the week and was actually missing Saturdays altogether. Such a basic error. On a positive note I was able to successfully file for reimbursement.
