Thank y’all for helping me and my husband without QMB It would b terrible just to go to the dr .I rather do all the documents and renewals online it was much easier for me Especially the way I stay sick all the time 😊
It’s the most complicated app I have ever seen. There is to many of the same letters dated on the same day coming in my physical & my app mail box. Saying the same thing but asking you to do what seems to be it over and over again. I submitted documents after documents,but I still get letters and request stating I haven’t. I call they tell me everything is good. Just wait on my certified letter about my appeal’s dates and time.. It’s sooooooo confusing! It literally gives me a headache to deal with it. Be completely honest I can’t tell from the app or calling what the heck I am doing. So no sign of any progress … I feel Like I am running in circles and chasing my tail….
This is a terrible app. They ask you to take a pic of a document they want yet it never lets you upload it! I go to the website and try to do it there and it takes me 45+minutes and I’m still not done because the website makes it almost impossible to upload one photo! And yes I use my iPhone versus a computer because I don’t own one, so if it’s a matter of ‘using a computer is easier and more convenient’ no. I don’t have access to a computer, that’s why I own an iPhone, so I dont need to purchase a computer. Update this and make this user friendly geez!
I downloaded the app and signed up. Went to login in immediately after & it said my password was wrong. Where it asks to enter your birthday, there are no numbers to select from. Tried uploading documents and received a message about “system error, try again later”. Tried 5 times then the app crashed. If I could I would have given it zero stars
What is the point of having an online portal if you can’t even use it? I downloaded the app a week ago and half the time it won’t even open. The times it does, I can never submit my uploaded documents without getting an error. I’m having the same issue on a computer too! People count on your portal to complete approval for services! I haven’t received a response via email and it be phone service has been just as useless (I was told to “keep trying” 🙄). So frustrating!!
Downloaded because I was unable to view letters using mobile device. Once downloaded, app told me I had no coverage and that it could not link my account because my PersonID was used for another account, which was the same email I used to access the system. Unsure of who their developers/engineers are but please have them properly test the application before releasing. No one wants to continuously have to utilize a laptop/computer just to view docs.
You would think taking pictures of your documents and uploading them on the app would be the best and easiest method to send in stuff and it would be; however when you are sitting there take the same picture for the 50th time and praying it’s good enough for the app you start to get annoyed. It should not be this hard to upload a photo to the app.
I have had many issues trying to get the requested information downloaded. Also the documents are difficult to access. Not all of the information the has been requested can be uploaded because not enough tabs are provided. It times out frequently and you have to stop and come back later constantly.
It took me two days to upload all my form. It would take one or two and it would not let me upload any other images. I had to keep trying. Had to keep starting over. It finally let me upload all my images that I took a picture of. Please fix that.
If I have a case that still needs more documentation from me after I submit a change, I wish it would let me still do this on the app! Even though I still have time to give it, it’s not letting me add on, or if it does, it’s very hidden somewhere. Thank you for making the App though!
I think the app works great, but I’ve received alerts more than once to submit info that I’ve already submitted and can see in the documents submitted tab. Maybe it takes awhile for the updated status to apply, but it’s been over 2 weeks.
I downloaded the app to my iPad Air2; it had been removed since I hadn’t used it in a bit. I open it, a blue screen shows for a second & disappears. I am back on my home page. What are the device requirements to work on an iPhone, iPad Air2, and iPad? Normally the Apple App Store says if an app works on the device that pulls it up. This does not... I need to know ASAP! I will update review once I can see the app.
I appreciate all the info being in one spot but my app keeps freezing up when I’m trying to upload documents or read my letters. It says if this keep occurring to upload through the Tenncare connect portal but the same thing happens
I downloaded to app, then tried to open it and it would not even open, it would flash on and disappear! So I deleted the app and reinstalled it a second time it continued to do the same thing so had to delete it. Not sure what the problem is. Would like to use the app versus a browser but don’t think that’s gonna happen at this time anyway.
Can’t even creat an account,when it asks for your d.o.b there are no dates to choose from nor a place to manually type it out,crashes constantly,sends notifications then asks for documents and when provided won’t let you view your account…honestly just sad,your better off calling and waiting on hold for the hours.
Over the past week I keep getting emails saying I have to change my password in order to avoid my account from being deactivated but I have done so both on app and website with successful password reset emails yet I keep getting emails saying my password is expiring to change it to avoid account deactivated
There’s a ton of bugs that needs to be fixed. I think the health department needs to put effort into making the TennCare app a reliable and accessible app for everyone, there’s a ton of things that needs to be improved.
Whenever I attempt to create an account, it asks for D.O.B. However, there are no dates to choose from at all. There is only a blank column and no way to manually type in the birthday. I obviously cannot proceed without giving this information which makes this app practically unusable.
Won’t let me upload my documents and now it’s saying I’m not putting in the right password to log in, I even changed it and it’s still not working. It’s crazy they want you to use the app or go online but neither of them WORK.. even when you call the tenncare number it doesn’t work!!!!
I’ve been trying to upload documents for two days. And today is my deadline. And I have been working on this so hard yet. It will not except any pictures, scans of my income documents. This is frustrating.
Update no longer working, because I have a iPhone 7 which no longer can be upgraded ! I am forced to buy a newer iPhone because of this!It looks like they did it intentionally!Whom ever have an older model do not update this app.!
I downloaded it because the website kept crashing as I’ve been trying to update my financial status. Now, I made an account on the app and this thing crashes too. Won’t let me get past the login. TN government websites are ALWAYS broken, idk why I thought the app would be any different
It doesn’t work half the time. It logged me out and wouldn’t let me log back in so I hit forgot my password to reset it. It would never send me the email.
I’ve very disappointed and upset with this app. I only downloaded it for my insurance, but it won’t even let me do anything from the app. Waste of time and energy for days trying to get this to work. Must remove app !! not worth it !!
In order to set up an account you need to enter a date of birth. There is no way to do it. You can’t manually enter the numbers and the page is blank at the bottom where the numbers should be.
This app is terrible. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. When I try to create an account it goes the the birthday screen. It’s one of the scrolling types and there is absolutely nothing there. It scrolls… over blankness
I can no longer open the app as it now requires me to download the latest update, but can’t download it since my phone is not on version 16.2. Not everyone has the latest iPhone so can’t update it.

I was using this app due to easier than going to the website but when I go to log in using the same login info as for the website on this app it tells me I’m someone completely different.
