I like this location because it’s a great a atmosphere to accomplish all of my goals. The staff is friendly, warm and extremely eager to assist with technics. As a new beginner I’m comfortable with mostly every trainer. I mix up the classes so that I’m getting a variety workout. All levels are welcomed, just come try it, I think you’ll encounter greatness.
The amount of time that it takes to book a bag and add it to my calendar has dramatically increased, and that should be the easiest thing to do. I do appreciate the fact that you can see what spots are booked in the class even after you book so you can decide to switch bags if need be, but that’s really the only positive that I get from this new update. I’m also seeing a lot of notification bugs, including canceling a class days in advance and the event still showing on my personal calendar and getting a notification that they’ll see me for the class, even though when I go to “manage bookings”, there are no classes on there. Overall, I miss the simplicity of the former app and I would love to UX test because this update is… a lot.
My husband and I have been avid title boxers since 2020. We loved going to the classes in person and transitioned to title on demand. The on demand option started off well but for the past year has seriously declined. They took a bunch of workouts off the app, they no longer allow you to go directly to the website to watch workouts—you have to go through your phone, send a magic link to your email and then access the link on your computer. No one is watching these boxing workouts on their phone as it would be way too hard to watch the combos. Bring back the old title on demand and the old set up for workouts! Now we continue to have login issues with little to no help from customer service. This is such a shame because we have loved these workouts and will now be looking to subscribe to boxing sessions elsewhere.
Have been a happy Title on demand user for last 2 years and the service has progressively went downhill. The tipping point for me is the new app will not allow us to sign in or stream on multiple devices. I had to cancel subscription and restart a new one and it still won’t work across multiple devices. The new katie awful and not as easy to search as before. Whenever a trainer leaves, they remove all their content from app. Most of my favorite workouts have been deleted and they don’t add enough new content to justify staying with the service. I absolutely loved this service at one time and highly recommended it to many friends and family, now I can’t tell people enough to go find a different boxing app. I am going to try out fight camp or punch.
I like that you can book classes but it’s not very user friendly. Would be easier if it kept you logged in so you can easily access bookings. Once I’m logged out I have to change my password every time to get back in. There isn’t an easy way to just “book class” you have to search everywhere. Once you find where to book it doesn’t give you a confirmation before submitting (if you accidentally click a number you’re just booked without warning). Compared to other facilities apps I’ve used to book class this is one of the worst ones.
My Title location now uses this App to check people in as we arrive for class. When I get into the building I have to log in to the app (I don’t have to do this at home) and then I do not have the option of checking in to the class. This seems to be an issue only for me, but it is annoying because I have to have the same conversation with the staff each time and they have to manually log me in. Are there any suggestions to fix this problem?
I have actually no idea how this app has such a high rating. It is absolutely AWFUL to operate. It will not let me buy credits, it is just an endless loading screen. When I type in my login info, it won’t let me login unless I directly choose a location FIRST before typing in my login. The billing info button does not work. The whole app just doesn’t work, there’s got to be something wrong with the software and linking. It’s awful to navigate and you literally can’t use it to book anything, which is the whole point of this stupid app. I would give 0 stars if possible. Very frustrating.
The Title app was basic but decent in its previous version. This update might be the worst app update I’ve ever experienced. As an app designer and developer I’m shocked at how poorly the UX design was executed for this version. Please take the time to do user testing and a heuristic analysis of this new version for your backlog of items that need to be addressed. Here’s a few for your consideration… Login flow - non standard and different from the previous Forgotten password - no longer works for our accounts Forgotten password - need to scroll through a ridiculously long location list to select your location… how about using device location services?! Landing page - what is a button and what isn’t? Form needs to follow function in mobile best practices. Everywhere - design inconsistencies in card designs, list designs, font usage, spacing, view titles, headers, button styles, off-canvas patterns, animations, micro-interactions, modal dialogs and toasts.
Our local Title has multiple locations that we can visit. Punchpass had all three locations schedules listed on one page in order of time of the class. It made it easy to decide what class to attend based on who was teaching at what location. With the new app, I have to tap through multiple menus to view classes at all three locations. Just a user experience downgrade from Punchpass from a scheduling perspective. While I can appreciate all the extra things the app is trying to do, I do not use the app for anything but scheduling.
I love being at Title Boxing Alpha Park! I’m the oldest person there I just turned 70 and I having a blast!!! I bring my anger and rage every time when I’m striking the bag!! I visualize what I am destroying!!! Excellent staff,Kevin and Brook are very motivating I’ll be back!!! Brady Howard Jr
This “new” app is absolutely horrible and clunky. I have to click on the following just to be able to book a GD class: Contact Us > Class Schedule > Click on the day I want > Click enroll > find out that the app has once again signed me out so I have to sign back in and then realized that I already signed up for the class but didn’t see it because I was signed out so now I’m double-booked Also, when I cancel a signup, it still shows up in my bookings and I have to actually CLICK ON IT to see that it’s a cancelled booking. Why can’t cancellations just… go away?? The old app was simple but very easy to use. I liked that I didn’t have to sign in every single time I went into the app. This is probably the worst app update I’ve ever experienced.
I have had to reset my password for every time I went to log in (I believe 6 times). When I called my location to sign up I was quickly told I should do it on my app and when I said I had issues with it they quickly cut me off and said they would talk to me about it when I get there. I’m extremely frustrated with how I was treated by title at that moment and how the app seems to be hardly functioning for me.
I’ve been to a couple classes and it is a great workout, but the app isn’t very clear regarding the booking process. It seems that you can book classes more than 6 days in advance (which is a bummer as someone who loves scheduling), but it doesn’t tell you when you try to schedule one. The app takes you to a blank screen and have no idea why you can’t book anymore classes.
Revolving door of trainers and not the quality that they used to have. Many of us feel like some of the trainers are bored and don’t actually look around to see if people need help. I used to go consistently 3-5 days a week (usually 4-5) and now I’m not motivated to go and tend to opt out on many days. The music is almost painfully too loud. My brother is nearly deaf, even with hearing aids, from listening to loud music as a kid. It’s a real issue.
I just love this new app. Makes booking, purchasing and referring friends so easy. Love all the information to on what to expect in class. Way to go TITLE🥊
I’m on a monthly subscription to titles on demand and every month that it renews, the app asks me to start a new trial even though I am already subscribed as a user. Then I dismiss the notification that I am already subscribed and get an internal server error. This happens every time so I have to ask cancel my subscription and then start it again.
This app has never been very good, I have been using it to schedule and check into classes. This last release removed the ability to check in to classes. The new release has increased the number of clicks it takes to schedule a class, and the performance is horrible.
Too many clicks to accomplish each task on latest version. Needs better user experience and I miss the ability to check into classes on my phone. Overall design is clunky and distracting. Took me a while to figure out how to use the new version.
At first look, the app is fine, but you can only book a class in some undetermined time frame. I couldn’t find anywhere in the app to explain the booking guidelines. My only recourse is to contact the club over the phone. There are no online tools to resolve simple problems. Not a fan of developers that don’t anticipate problems.
Ever since I got the updated version of this app it’s been an absolute nightmare to use. I can no longer view how many credits I have left and the UI is just horrible, there is no easy way to find the information I need. The old version wasn’t great by any means but a heck of a lot better than this. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. This needs some serious work.
This used to work OK when I had this for one location. I’ve since moved and I had to create a separate account for a different title (which is weird). The app to sign in never works and says the email and password is wrong, but it’s not since it works on my laptop. Just overall super buggy and not good
When opening the app, my music pauses. Kind of annoying but behind that, it works fine and does what it needs to. UI is clean and easy to navigate in my experience
I have the unlimited package and it is going to waste because I am unable to effectively schedule classes. I go to schedule a class and when I push confirm class, nothing happens and I am not able to secure a spot. Wish it was easier to schedule classes because at this point I am just wasting my money.
Pretty annoying having to add all of my Title classes in my calendar manually. The add to calendar function used to work but now every time you click it, the app crashes. Hope they fix this. Otherwise simple & easy to use.
The app used to let you ‘book a bag’ without having to call the club to book. However, my app is saying late payment and that I’m unable to book, but when I call the club, they told me there’s something wrong with the app.
Good start, I can book classes and look at the schedule but the interface is still little buggy, and some things like adding a booking to the Calendar doesn’t work just crashes the app.
This app is so hard to navigate. I’m a member but it still doesn’t let me log in unless I log in as a first time member. Even then it still won’t let me book classes so I’ve had to called to book. Not sure why there are so many problems on an app that should be very straightforward.
The new update has made it extremely difficult to book class and simply login. It’s not only an issue for members but for staff as well. No one is able to login to their app, book classes, or see credits. Though the aesthetics have improved, the point of the app is lost.
After spending hundreds of dollars on a membership, I can’t even log into the app to book classes. The user experience is horrible. Certain fields are “locked” when trying to add personal info so that it syncs with the local club. Need to make major fixes in the app and the integration with local clubs.
Had issues booking a class and it requested payment event thought I had a paid for monthly membership. A lot of people at my studio say this app is not great to use and just call the studio instead…
My 1st class was not impressive; he was too fast in training. Being away for many years was not prepared for it, as well. I needed more motivation, and more attention. I went ahead and signed mth to mth; and that’s only because i’m curious what the other traininer might be and do.
At first I can’t log in and I had to log in thru the website to sign up classes. Then the front desk set up for me in their computer. After that I wanted to change the password, but I can’t. I have never used a worse app than this one.
The app is so crappy after the recent update. Slow and the login doesnt work and the UI is hard to interact with and the credit system makes less sense and the color contrast is worse Its like they trashed it on purpose
Downloaded this app to try and give my local TITLE gym a try. Had to input billing info to pay a fee for my first class. Every time I tried to input my info, I got an “Update Failure” error. The uselessness of this app has cost TITLE a potential long-term member.
I love the splash of color but the menu screen just seems like an art project more than a functional app. Please reconsider how you display the navigation elements (especially for those that require accessibility features). Additionally, it takes way more taps (like twice as much or more) to book a class than it did on the previous design. Is there any way to get a class booked in 3 taps? Hope this feedback is helpful.
App does the basic signup ok and checkin at club is easy. But crashing the calendar app is very frustrating. My wife and I depend on our shared calendars to help manage our busy lives.
I like the gym, and I like going. Booking a class however is the most difficult and painful process I’ve ever encountered from a gym. Half the time I can’t even sign in, when I can odds are the transaction will fail. I have never successfully used the app or the site to book a class. I always have to call the club and manually do it, wade through the phone menu until I get to a real person. This app is a glorified calendar right now.
This is more of a webpage than an app, with too many links to on demand which is it’s own app?? I guess? I’m not sure how to login and why credits aren’t appearing but when I click on my home gym it’s also glitching a bit.
If you want to lose weight and get into shape then Title Gym is a great place to start. The instructors are very good and clean equipment. Classes are timed and structured perfectly.
Hello , I received and email saying my membership had been cancelled but I still got charged for this month. I’m not sure what happened but was wondering if I am able to get a refund for the month. Thank you, Judy Samuel
I am unable to book a class, ever. The user interface is terrible, and every time I click on something other than "book a class," I receive an "unauthorized" error message.
Really frustrating that, even giving proper access, I can’t add my booking to iCal automatically. Very disappointing. Other than that the app is super clunky and not intuitive to use.
Major trouble logging in, keeps asking me to log in, didn’t retain any of my past data, the design and functionality was much nicer on the older version.
