Tome Courses has been so helpful for me as I grow in my faith and understanding God’s word! So many amazing speakers! Can’t wait to watch more! Thank you Tome!
I bought a package of classes from the app. After that, they signed me up for an automatic renewal of a membership that I did not want. I emailed in within three hours of the membership renewing telling them that I wanted it canceled. They never canceled it. When I went on their app to try and find, a phone number or a way to contact them I had to dig and dig in order to find any kind of contact information. After sending more emails about how I did not want the membership renewed they told me they never received my first email so I sent them screenshots. I told them that I wanted my membership canceled, but I would still like access to the courses that I did pay for, but none of the new courses or any of their other membership perks. After a month of emailing, I am still not able to access the courses I bought through the app and they have yet to say anything regarding a refund but they continue to tell me that tech-support is supposed to reach out to me so that way I can access the courses I did buy. But that has not happened. This is very disappointing and because of this, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my device and still no change. Since the app has updated - I’ve lost content in my library, I can’t access my profile (I tap on the profile silhouette and just as fast as it opens the side menu is as quickly as it closes), I’m unable to play any of the course videos or add to the library. Is everything paid now? Or are there still free courses available? Where or how do you pay for courses since it doesn’t give an option in the app? It’s like a digital paperweight right now. I hope the bugs can be fixed. 2 stars because when it was working it was great
I really want to use this app, I had it downloaded before and I would click on videos and short snippets would play. Now I have re download this app several times and the peace of mind course will not play. Do I have to pay? That’s fine but I need help navigating the app. Nothing comes up with the menu button
