The app overall is a little clunky and not intuitive, my biggest gripe is the lack of a back button with the videos. After finishing a video, or god forbid selected the wrong video because the descriptions are not always helpful, you can’t get back into the app. I have to kill the app and then go back in and navigate to the section I want and cross my fingers I’m selecting the video I want the next time around. Also would be nice to have some guidance as a new user in terms of how to engage with the content. I felt blind signing up and then going into the app and not knowing where to start. I read some reviews and suggestions online that helped. Overall, my rating is purely on the app and user experience. The class content is great!

This review is for the app ONLY, not for the actual TA Method which is fantastic. However this is probably one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used. There is no excuse for this app to be as buggy and glitchy as it is especially with the obscene price of this subscription. This app is so bad that it freezes my entire phone. I have to access the workouts from her safari web browser platform on my iPhone and mirror to my TV. That technical experience is also glitchy but more bearable than the app. Regardless, the technology is out there and it must match up with the price. TA needs to get onboard with the times, especially since so many people are reliant on home fitness, now. There are PLENTY of workout apps out there with flawlessly performing apps at a FRACTION of the price. Have respect for the time and $$$$$$ your TAMily is investing in this method; UPGRADE the user experience and please fix this app or even better, please launch an Apple TV app. Nobody mirrors or screen casts anymore and we will be forever grateful!!

Great moves but the audio in the classes just isn’t there, sometimes it’s like she has an iPhone in the studio with all the echo and it sounds awful. Since there’s no speaking it shouldn’t be too hard to add the music in after or at least publish the playlists so I can play on a different device. The music is a big part of the workout.

I love the actual workout/TA method. However, for the price of the subscription, the app simply does not match up. It is very difficult to navigate and very impersonal. For example, doesn’t keep track of classes I’ve taken, doesn’t record history, etc. If using just a phone as the streaming device, the videos in class are extremely hard to see and not great quality. I am debating keeping my subscription simply because of the app which is shame because I love the workout.

Bummer. This doesn’t show any of the videos you’ve purchased. For example, if you’ve purchased any metamorphosis or continuity videos, they don’t appear in this all. Can we please add this function! I wish I could download those videos I bought, or at least view them in the app.

The content is great; however, although there is an airplay icon, there is no casting icon (yo cast to a TV - standard with any app that streams content). Please consider adding this for iPhone - small screen are challenging so it makes a huge difference when on the road!

This is a great app, but there’s no back option. Like if you start watching a video and want to go back to the main menu, you have to completely exit/close the app and then reopen again.

Signed up for free trial but material isn’t active for me, keeps promoting me to subscribe… try to subscribe then says I’m already subscribed… endless loop. Also font isn’t visible on login/ settings page so you can’t read the navigation options. Definitely needs so works and some UX help.

All my apps steam with apple play on my TV but this doesn’t - can’t use it till this issue gets fixed. Please fix and don’t ignore app issues otherwise you’ll lose users!

The app really needs to be updated. I can’t find it in Apple TV. It glitches on my phone making it really hard to complete workouts. Does the TA team realize there are programs that are $20/month with excellent apps! I’d rather do TSS at this point. I could do free workouts on YT! Hello! This product is way overpriced for what you get!

App is ok, but advertised on social media as having an Apple TV utility which I cannot find and I know I’m not alone in this inquiry. That enhancement would make this a 5 star review.

Every time you enter or click on a new video you have to close the app and reopen it. There is no back option. Besides that THANKYOU TRACY FOR CREATING AN APP! TAMILY

Not sure if the app updated or what, but both downloads and favorites are now gone for good. The method is great, the app is terrible and glitchy.

Anytime I try to full screen the video so I actually can see it the app freezes and crashes. So frustrating especially when the membership is so expensive. Please fix!

Hi, Ive been trying to cancel my subscription and the app doesn’t appear on my subscriptions, I also contacted you via mail and you said I hace to do it through the app store but it’s nowhere to be found, please help me.

The app should be perfect for the price. Every time I work out there is a glitch. I’ll change my review when the app actually works.

This app is awful. Very glitchy. I have to restart the app constantly. Sometimes the audio will play over its self, like 2 different audios.

Tracy, please invest in a better app. The app freezes and it’s impossible to close out the screen. Had to cancel your membership as it’s too frustrating.

Terrible customer service - I got charged after cancelling and they will not refund me. Do not recommend

TA is a great system. Works so well in theory // when it works. But streaming from an iOS app, airplaying to a TV is truly archaic in 2022. Updating the app to support direct Apple TV use would not be a great deal of work. The app stutters and stops - and fails and freezes when airplaying. I will then switch over to Ted Lasso or Youtube (to test the stream) and everything plays 4k instantly with zero issues. The Tracy Anderson Online Studio is a missed opportunity and a broken system, because nobody wants to do this lovely workout while staring at a tiny little iphone, or “airplaying” to a TV for a frozen, jittery, laggy experience. Do better TA!! We know you can afford to fix it!!

Rating is a reflection of the app not Tracy’s content which is amazing. Can’t get back to first page. Had to just Google and go through there.

Customer service representative Meg was more worried about making a quick buck rather than relations being maintained between TAM and the public. I emailed back and forth with this company and explain to them that my download of the app was accidental and they would not refund me my $96.30 which was the difference between my account being overdrafted or not.

I currently don’t have a space to do this workout other than the Zumba room in my gym and was hoping I could follow this workout from my phone. You can’t expand the workout so when I lay my phone against a chair, I can’t see Tracy because she’s also far away from her own camera. I can only do the mat exercises. The app also freezes when I try to skip toward the mat exercises and I didn’t even get to do the workout. Very frustrating when your motivated to workout and can’t even utilize a 100$ workout program you just bought. The quality on her Instagram is way better than the app. Unfortunately, I’ll be cancelling this subscription. I’m not sure why you can’t expand the screen. It’s meant to be hooked up to a smart TV. I’ve followed many workouts on YouTube or even Instagram, like Ashleigh Jordan and can actually see the workout.
