Local gambling at it’s finest

I’m a local resident and really enjoy coming to Treasure Bay and spending my money . I love investing in the local market and I find that the staff is really knowledgeable and friendly . The property is clean and well maintained. I also feel like you have the opportunity to win a jackpot here due to the updated machines and current gaming experience.

Easy to Navigate

Downloaded the app and love how easy to use. Very convenient to have my rewards and offers, everything I need, at my fingertips!

The Blu

Everything was just fine over Xmas until it was time to eat I understand and seen it for myself the Buffet was way to crowded with over an hour wait time. So we decided to go up to the Blu on the 9th floor. That was a terrible decision only had one waitress and others besides ourselves was so up set we got seated and that’s the last we ever seen a waitress. I will not go up there again. They should have never opened it if they had a severe shortage of personnel.

If you like being watched

Always a strong feeling of being watched and followed around by the staff at this Casino. Almost like they monitor what your winning for what reason who knows? More often than not I’ve noticed as soon as I get up from a slot machine, staff will then come open the machine and record whatever they do on a pad they carry around. What’s that about? Sketchy at BEST!

LOVE the app!

It’s quick and easy to navigate... works well! Simple yet very informative- which is exactly what this girl needs! I use it just about every day. The calendar is convenient and enjoy seeing what promotions are coming up. Highly recommend! Cheers.

App isn’t working

App fails to open, just says connection is bad. I deleted it and redownloaded it same thing. It stopped working. When it did work I loved the app.

App does not work

Downloaded App and after logging in on two occasions, it crashed and would not load. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It still would not work. Very disappointing. Had to give it at least one star to be able to post a review. I think it deserves zero.

Not working

I’ve used this app for years with no problems. Starting yesterday I can’t get the app to open. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app several times to no avail. I’m a local that visits TB a couple times a week and bring lots of guests and visitors in from out of town

Doesn’t work anymore

Maybe if enough bad reviews are left they will fix this, been broken for months As an out of area visitor it’s nice to be able to keep track of balances

The app always worked properly then all of a sudden it just stopped opening. Ive uninstalled it several Times and reinstalled it but to no avail it doesn't work. Someone please fix this!!

Would be great if it would actually load

I’m going to uninstall the app because I have yet to see it even open. Everything else on my phone loads at lightning speed. I sure had my hopes up.

It never works so you can’t see anything that you have available to use at the casino

Doesn’t open

Says there is a connection error and to retry. It never opens. I uninstalled and reinstalled, looked for updates, nothing worked.

This app use to be great. I was able to see my points check comps and promotions but now it doesn’t even open.
