The app's brand name lives up to its reputation as I am thoroughly impressed with its functionality. It enables me to conveniently check my schedule, explore other available classes, and provides many other useful features.
App simply doesn’t work. Been at my location since it opened 5 months ago. STILL can’t get into the app cuz the “Reset Password” feature will never send the email (I’ve QUADRUPLE checked that the email is correct, checked all spam folders, etc). Even tried resetting password on the UFC Gym website instead (which worked flawlessly) but that doesn’t translate over to the app (not sure if the website password and app password are different?). So like everyone else in these reviews, I have to always stand in line to give my phone number instead of simply scanning my phone to check-in. I fully understand that things don’t just magically get fixed and there’s more to it than most people know, but LOGGING IN to the app should be the BARE MINIMUM that an app should allow. Can’t even do that!
I’m 16 and I just moved to Florida. I seen the gym and I thought it would be a good gym to start my fitness journey but I was wrong. In the beginning it was good but i thought it was crazy that I was paying 100 bucks a month for just a gym no nutrition plan no personal training. it ridiculous. I’m hella upset. My last straw was when I got injured around personal trainers that were standing around doing nothing and they didn’t even bat an eye and didn’t even ask if I was okay so I’m done bye overpriced and overhyped ufc gym 👍I’m going to a different gym that is 40 a month that includes a nutrition plan
I bought my boyfriend Apple Watch Ultra since October, he has not been able to check in with it. I had the old app and was able to check in with my older version of Apple Watch but, I was asked to use this app and now I can’t get to check in with it anymore now, I have to bring my iPhone in order to.
Just logged out of the app and now I can’t sign back in even though I have my passwords saved through my phone. So strange. This happened before and after waiting a day or so, I was able to log in again. I also tried setting up for my kids but an invite is not sent to their email addresses. The app I think is not fully developed with lots of bugs. Seems there is no urgency to address any issues.
I haven’t been able to use this app a single time. I’ve been checking back in periodically since signing up at UFC Gym ~3 months ago and I still do not receive an email when trying to set up my account using the resend invitation link. I checked with the front desk to confirm they had the correct email on file, and they said this is happening to a bunch of clients.
I’ve seen that there USED to be a feature where your barcode was presentable from your smartwatch… why isn’t this available anymore?! it would be such a nice feature and would be worth a 5 star review based on that feature alone.
I have never been able to log into this app. I never received the “invitation” after signing up with UFC gym and none of my credentials have allowed me to log in or even “password reset”. This has been pretty frustrating as I have to give my phone number every time I visit the gym. No one at the gym or through the UFC support email has been able to assist me. Please help!
Every day since this app launched I’ve had to wait on line and check in to the gym with my phone number. I’ve left several messages at the front desk. Emailed managers. Haven’t even received one response. You pay all this money to go to this gym and can’t get the simple customer service you’d receive at a discount $10 a month gym. So disappointed with this app and this gym.
Overall I think it’s an ok app. Like some of the other reviews, a check in history would be nice. My main complaint is that I can’t update my information. Whenever I try, the app stalls. I have to exit the app just to get it running again. Please fix.
The only thing I use this for is my gym card. However, I recently changed my membership and i cant sync the new membership to the app. Theres no option anywhere in the app to change or edit your gym card leaving it stuck rhere from the initial set up.
It would be nice to have checkin history, would be nice to filter classes and what about all the point accumulated for checking in? Is there not a point system anymore? The old app is more user friendly. Hopefully this new app catches up.
This app is pointless. Doesnt work for half of the gym members and many more across the US it looks like. Staff don’t know how to fix it, membership services dont know how to fix it. Idk why i have it if i can’t sign up for sny classes. Also NO way this app has a 4.8 reviews for unless its paid for bots writing bogus reviews.
I used to be able to check in with my Apple Watch. With this new app that functionality went away. Unfortunately, I have to bring my phone in with me when I work out.
Just signed up and was told by the employee to use the app. What he didn’t tell me was that the app is garbage that doesn’t seem to work for anyone. Reviews a year old and the same problem persists? Awful service.
Its asking me for email and pasword and i never created an account, when i ask it to send me a link to re set my password i never get it, i simply cant even make an account
I can’t pay my membership. It keeps saying it’s not valid like excuse me? So what is the app for? It’s not doing anything, fixing bugs but it’s not doing anything for anyone. Fix the membership payment part
I have never written an app review in my life and I came on here specifically to ask — What happened to the older, better designed UFC Gym app?? There is one whole devoted ‘calendar’ section that guess what? Shows you the day of the week and the corresponding date, in a list form. Why? For what. You can’t see a class schedule or book anything on it, you don’t see your check-in history there, it’s literally so you can look at a list of dates. Zero function. You can only see the last 90 days history of check-ins, again in a list form. This was actually the only function I used in the old app, but it was far, far better. You could compare month to month, and year to year, you could see on a calendar which days you went. It tracked stats for you, unlike this ridiculous app. If you want to check in thru the app, the bar code Smaller than in the previous app, so that it’s harder for staff to scan you in. In this app, if you click on basically any icon, it goes to something useless (like the list of days/dates) or it’s a link that opens on your browser. The whole Existence and Utility of apps is so that you don’t have to be on a website and wait for crap to load or sign in again. If you can’t tell, I hate this app. It offends anyone with an IQ and gives the slightest about UX, which we all clearly do these days with our smart phones. UFC— You all decided to rebrand/redesign this app and make it a really useless experience instead of updating an app that was well thought out, intuitive to use, and actually practical. Sort it out.
After almost three months in the gym I haven’t been able to use it. I keep using my husband’s to book classes. You would think they would solve the issue fast but still waiting.They don’t even know when is going to be available to members. Until I can have access to the app the rating will be one.
