I tried logging into my account with the new update and nothing shows up and I try logging in again and nothing. I personally love the app because when I forget my card I just pull out my phone!
Website downtimes are frustrating, but the app isn’t pointless to me
I can understand some of the frustration I read in other reviews (the website downtimes are really frustrating, but that makes the app more useful to me). That said, when you need to find out if your health plan has been renewed (and, consequently, whether or not you’ll be able to pay for your prescriptions ... tomorrow 😳😳🥺) it’s kind of an essential app ; ) Maybe not all people have that need, but I certainly did tonight. So I’m really thankful. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 There are sections of the app that direct you to the website, but that frustration is with the website, not the app. There are other sections of the app that still give you information when the website goes down. Just - as someone who knows: the website maintenance schedule isn’t likely to be the fault of the app developer. The developer almost certainly does not control that. Could the app go further? Sure. But the fluctuations in federal insurance policies have left states with a LOT of work. The fact that they have gotten this far in the amount of time they’ve had (while undoubtedly having to prepare in case things go a different direction) is pretty impressive. Tonight, I thought I might be uninsured (which would be a nightmare). I was incredibly thankful for this app tonight!
So far so good, but just stared using. Would really like to see optional TouchID feature so I don’t have to keep re-entering my password. However, when the account password is changed, for example through the website, then the app should require authentication with new / changed password before re-allowing access via TouchID. (standard security practice)
The app doesn’t work, every time I’m trying to open it up its crashing. I tried to uninstalling and installing again , but no luck. Useless, deleting for good .
Can’t use the app to pick a new plan so it is basically useless. And the website has scheduled maintenance everyday during the easiest time for many people like myself to use it to research plans. Y’all have all year to do maintenance and we only have a few weeks to pick so if you can’t do online from 10pm to 3am then you should at least be able to use the app. But the app just redirects me to the shut down website. That’s stupid and pointless.
So far I have been able to do everything I needed including scanning documents and submitting right through the App. It is very user friendly and robust. Great job.
I have never been able to get this app to work. Every time I try to log on, the error message “Oops, something isn’t working, try again later” comes up. I’ve tried deleting and the app and reloading but never works! The Health Pathfinder web site is frequently offline for maintenance, so I’d hope to use the app but no luck.
Every time I open the app, I asks me to enter my password to login. Why doesn’t it remember my password? If I’m logged out every time I close the app, the app won’t be able to send notifications so basically the notifications won’t arrive.
Only version 5.4 is available on the App Store, but the app won’t open, saying you must upgrade to 5.5 and recursively bringing you back to the App Store which only has version 5.4. Really guys? How hard can this be? You haven’t even had one person test this?
It wouldn’t even let me log in & instead directed me to use their website instead. The whole point of me downloading this app was to make something difficult & stressful less aggravating. Instead, I’m stuck on the log in page. I do not recommend downloading this app at all.

Such a nightmare to navigate that even the live chat could not get me anywhere other than running in circles. Nothing is intuitive. Keeps making me log back in.
I have tried to download this multiple times and every time it fails to work. I can sign in but that’s it. There is absolutely nothing but a blank white screen once signed in and there’s no way to change or fix that.
First I couldn’t get the keyboard to disappear to press the button to proceed with the password reset after typing in my could. Finally get it and the app crashes while trying to log in. I’ve never had any trouble on the browser webpage.
Terrible to navigate keeps sending me in a circle. I have been trying sign up for insurance for several months, so frustrating. I can’t stand this system. I can’t send a review because it’s keeps returning it just like the program.
I was told I needed to make a change on my account and the site has been down for maintenance for 2 weeks. It has said it will be done in a few hours the whole time.
I continually sign in and get a blank page then go to the menu and it says to sign in, I keep signing in and I’m never signed in. This is beyond frustrating when you need to upload documents, horrible
I went to log in and it said my password expired. I set up a new one and when I try to sign in it says incorrect password and locks me out after 3 attempts... 3 times!! Ugh...
