We love your crew, I love the familiar faces and their real personality shine thru and that’s what makes you so great. You news is spot on and do not give you crumbs to guess. You get the news right and the crew always said things like “in our prayers “. And I very much appreciate how they make kind comments. I just love the entire team !! 💕🙏

My very favourite TV show is Absolutely Alabama with the masterful Fred Hunter. I grew up with 3 TV channel options until I was 10 years old when Alabama Public Television first aired from Mount Cheaha. I remember going outside next to the chimney and turning our quite tall TV antenna from Birmingham to Cheaha and back again because I simply had to see Tom York and Pat Gray! Thank you so much for these 63 years of service to me.

Per a post that was made saying that their are way to many weatherman/woman on fox 6…. Keep dong an amazing job…Mickie n the morning and Wes thru out the day. I love Fox 6 whole cast from the anchorman’s,sports and the weather team. Yes James spann is the status quo but there are other amazing Meteorologist out there such as this group.

I love watching this news but this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It freezes up and I constantly have to click the play button to restart it. Sometimes it won’t play so I have to back out of the app and restart it. Also a commercial will just play right in the middle of the news. Then they play so long when the news comes back on it looks like it’s already been on and I miss parts of it. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app and tried turning my phone off and back on. Nothing helps so I’m just going to delete this app.

They are too many people telling the weather you don’t need 6 or more to tell the weather there needs to be a change up and lineup You only need a few to tell the weather

If you are going to report on the presidential debate, don't use CNN as a reference. We already know they are biased and report fake news! There was no mention in your article about Biden saying his son has not received any donations from the Russian mayor! Your article looked like it was more biased favoring Biden than anything. It was also mentioned on local TV news about the sheriff in Portland did not support Trump as he said. That was never fact checked. You did not contradict anything Biden lied about on your tv news. Just another example of being biased!

Since the “new” FOX6 app launched it takes forever for the app to open to read a story from a notification. If you leave the app, the notification is gone. Very frustrating. I’m switching to another local station for notifications until the bugs are worked out.

I would rather have the old version of this App and it wasn’t that great! However when you clicked on a notification it actually took you to it and played the video. This App. takes you to the annoying Ad. but never to the news mentioned in the notification. Then you have to hunt it. Almost as annoying as the Weather Channel App. but at least it plays the video in the notification.

I’ve been a cord cutter for 2 1/2 years. I really appreciate the fact that WBRC Fox6 News keeps me informed on my local news, what’s happening in my area, the weather and storm & tornado watches. I can watch Live on on demand on my iPhone , Chrome Book, Roku and Firestick so that I’m informed constantly. Thank you. WBRC FOX6 FOR CORD CUTTERS!!

We very definitely depend on channel 6 and all the wonderful people on staff there. They are very good about giving warnings and getting it right. Please keep up the good work and God bless you all for helping to keep us safe.

When I first downloaded the app a few months ago, it was great because notifications were almost entirely limited to breaking news. Now the notifications come up for promos for things like podcasts, On Your Side segments, and Nick Saban postgame press conferences. Pretty annoying. I deleted the app today.

This app is terrible! The ads are larger than the news stories which makes it impossible to navigate. Plus, when you click on a notification for a specific new story, you aren’t taken to the story. Instead, you are taken to a full screen ad that you have to close out of, only to then have to search for the story.

Mickey Ferguson is, without a doubt, the greatest meteorological mind in the business. The man knows his weather. We rely on his forecasts daily. Around here we have a saying, “If Mickey don’t predict it, it ain’t gonna happen.”

I enjoy this app for local news but the recent update has a huge flaw that will not allow me to open the app anymore. It flashes open then appears to shut down but is still running in the background. When I try to force it up from on my phone, it flashes again. I hope you’ll be able to fix this flaw quickly.

I love knowing I can always count on WBRC for fast accurate news in my corner of the world in addition to what is happening in the rest of the world. Thank you for being the best all around news station!

Thank you for this news app it keeps me informed about what’s happening in our city. I don’t always have time to look at the news so thank you.

The old app was much better. Looks like the new design was just to add bigger more annoying ads. When scrolling it’s hard not to get one of the large ads in the screen. It was much nicer to have a small photo of the story on link. Now it’s hard to read the headlines. I understand they need the ad revenue, but you should not sacrifice quality and readability in the process.

The app is okay, nothing to write home about . Too many mornings it displays day-old news, and takes too long to get up to date. But the worst parts are the poor grammar, misspellings and bad syntax that make so many articles difficult to read. Sometimes articles that tell of an event coming up fail to tell when!!!

It always opens with the same ad that you have to X out to even open to the news. Then the opening page is messy. Too many squares to sort through. Developer needs to look at other news apps to get it. The user is looking to Fox because of their news content. The television version is great…make it happen with the app.

I will probably not be using this app going forward. It offers no current headlines or stories if interest when open the app, just a collection of mini apps that take you elsewhere to actually find something of interest. Poorly designed in my opinion.

This is a great app to use if you’re looking for new windows or interested in gambling. As for the actual news, you’ll spend more time trying to figure out how to close the full screen advertisement (some you can’t, you have to force close the app and relaunch). Same issue with WBRC weather app. This used to be great, but I guess greed strikes again.

I wished there was another way to include the sponsors other than having to wait 60 seconds for the news to load. Often I will switch to another news source for a quicker response. The weather is the absolute worst.

This app, other than the written headlines is like reading a gossip magazine. The advertisements for the race course are annoying. The lists of ‘fake’ news at the end of the news reports (like selling snake oil) are at best non-news at most click bait. Surely, in the state of Alabama there are sponsors who are reputable and news worthy. This would be considered ‘redneck’ news in my home state of Maryland.

Great channel! I love watching everyone 👍🏻🥰‼️ Dub’s dubs is my favorite along with Pet Pics. Great news people all day long! Great other types of shows too, like Kelly and Ryan, Right This Minute and TMZ!

This is a wonderful app on my iPhone and iPad to get caught up on the news and weather. I just wish the app was available for Apple TV .

IWould prefer to see the story that I click on and not be redirected to the Wetumpka casino resort and spa. Stick to the news. I understand capitalism, but keep your ads tucked into the article actually select and do not direct me to somewhere else. I’ll be deleting this app if I don’t see changes soon.

I’ve been watching fox 6 news every since I was a kid. The way I work I can’t watch every day. But this app keeps me updated.

I have always enjoyed this app but the update took a turn for the worse. Miss the trending option for the news section. Top articles in feed are two days old. Link leads to page not found. The newsfeed is also difficult to distinguish ads from articles. Also way too many ads.

The overall design and features are designed well. The issue is the reports are not updated. It's frustrating to get news alert notification, click to read and get the original report posted hours ago. Why give an alert and not publish the details?

It’s very informative and you can see what is going on in your home town and other areas.

I used to be able to watch the news, now I just get commercials when I try to watch live. Same commercials just repeating itself endlessly. After many years, it’s time for me to find a new local news team.

I get several notifications daily from this local news app, nearly every notification is about a murder, kidnapping, fire etc… How about writing some positive articles, maybe some that don’t contribute to the already crappy mental health state of our society. Horrible y’all.

Keeps me informed of weather, news and traffic. Loads fast. Love the live stream. Best local and state news in the state.

This used to be one of my favorite go to apps for news however updates make it very frustrating. There are too many ads, font is odd and layout isn’t user friendly.

The app does not show an option to view National news? (Unless me the older app you could view either or?? Early review is low, search needs to improve or access to all news needs to appear.

It looks like the adds are taking over. Is no longer my go to for local news.

I like the app just fine, however sometimes I’ll get a notice about a news story & when I go to app the story is nowhere to be found.

I absolutely hate the new sound when I get a new notification. It’s so bad I am going to delete this app. Every notification I receive is alway negative bad, horrible woke news! Y’all need to get it together. Falling in the cracks with all media!

This site WAS helpful, easier to read..not sure who changed it and made the print much smaller, but bad move. Finding another local news website easier to see and easier to find the weather and radar. GO BACK TO FORMER VERSION!

Weather that often is very annoying in my view the station is using it as a filler

New app doesn’t work it only shows the fox 6 logo hate I done the update I have deleted and installed several times and still the same problem. Would love to have the old app back

Quietly reading the news in a quiet environment is simply not possible with this app. Also, getting the same pop-up add several times while reading the same article. Looking for another source for local news.

I’m fairly satisfied with the news app during the week. It is too sketchy and not updated enough on holidays and weekends. It would be nice to see weekend posting improve.

I get that your industry is dying, but forcing a video commercial on me the instant I open the app before I can even select the story is a bit too much. I will no longer be using your app.

I used to really enjoy looking and reading the WBRC app. Now, however, it’s just not aesthetically appealing as it once was. I can still get the news from it but I find I don’t look at it as often as I used to. I hate saying that because WBRC is my go to for news!!!

There is not a segment of this station that I do not like. Great anchors with amazing personalities. Keep up the great work.
