Keeps signing me out?
I recently upgraded from my 2.0 to the 3.0 so I have experience with the previous generations of this app. The new 3.0 app has some notable upgrades! I really like that I can see the volume and control the suction from the phone app AND my Apple Watch! It’s a mirror app so I do have to have my phone with me and have the phone app open to use the watch app. Overall, that’s a rather minor inconvenience when compared to the benefits of this additional function. I give it 5 stars. I also appreciated the ease of syncing my pumps. It used to be a hands on task. With the 3.0 app, it was as simple as lying my phone next to the pumps and allowing them to sync automatically. The only thing that really bums me out is that I have to log in every time I use the app. That’s especially annoying if I’m driving and I forgot to log in before taking off. (Usually because I was focused on the GPS). Is there a “stay logged in” button somewhere that I’m missing? Or a Face ID option that I have overlooked? If not, either of these would be a great addition to the software.

Idk if I’d recommend
So I’ve only had the Willow 3.0 with the reusable container for close to a month and everything was going well but about a week in I had my first issue. My right pump wouldn’t suction. After speaking with customer service they helped me reset my pump and it began working again. All was well again. A week or two later my left pump stopped working. It wouldn’t turn on, even with a reset, so I had to contact customer service once again and it ended up having to do a warranty exchange. Since then I’ve had issues with the app, most of my sessions aren’t even being documented on the app like they were when I first started using the willow app. I’ve even had to place a warranty exchange on one of my containers. My replacement pumps battery that is supposedly new, doesn’t last as long as the original pump that I bought. When everything was working I was a happy customer but since all these issues began presenting themselves, I became less of a fan. Oh and another thing that disappointed me is that they only include one willow charger, you have to buy the second willow charger separately which is like an additional $40 bucks. The pumps are already 400 dollars the least they can do is provide you with two chargers. It became a real inconvenience when both pumps began to run low and your only able to charge one at a time.

Heaven sent for back to work!
I have two electric breast pumps and was debating whether to spend so much to buy Willow since the last two I have gotten for free, covered by my insurance. I am so glad I have invested in Willow. Initially I was using the bags and did not like that I had to keep on spending more money on replacing the bags. But recently I got the containers and am happy that I can easily wash and reuse like regular pumps. It is completely hands free and pretty quiet. Set up needs to be done in privacy but once hooked you can get around the house and outdoors with a scarf covering your breasts. The scarf is needed since once the pumps are hooked my C cup breasts look like size G. 😆 Nonetheless I like the fact that cleaning is easy and once you learn and follow the instructions on how to assemble and disassemble, you won’t be loosing any drops of milk. Also I love the Willow app, so easy to keep track of my pumping schedule, duration and amount every time. It also keeps a history for easy access later on.

Great but have a few suggestions for improvements
I have been using my Willow pumps for almost 6 weeks and love them! I rely on them as my main pump because they are more convenient and seem to work better for me than traditional pumps. However, I find myself wishing the app could include a way of visualizing trends and supply changes. It would be great if the developers could include a graph mode, so one can track visually how the pumping journey and sessions evolve over time. Pumping is hard work and we need motivation to keep going sometimes! Also, as an under producer, it would be extremely helpful to me to be able to see at what point during a session my letdown happens and whether it’s worth pumping longer or just cut it off at 25 min. Again, a feature that shows how much milk was collected at what point during the session would be extremely helpful for someone struggling with milk supply issues and trying to troubleshoot! I hope the developers would take these suggestions into consideration, so that their product can be even better!!

Worth every penny!
I love this pump! It allows my to be hands free and do what I need to do while getting the same amount if not more than my medela and spectra. It saved my milk supply and allowed me to be with my baby in the nicu for endless hrs while being able to pump for her. If something were to happen to these pumps I will get another set without a second thought. If your debating on getting them don’t just do it, and if you do not get the volume you want go to another flange size. I am usually a 24mm but with this I am a 21mm. Can’t tell you enough how much I love this pump just make sure you get a couple bras that accommodate the pumps larger stretchy sport bras are great or I use the pumping/ nursing bras.

Convenient when works
I’ve used Willow pump for about a month. I loved it at first, hardly any complaints… Unfortunately after a month of using it daily, I’m pretty annoyed because of issues with incorrect amount of milk recorded on the app. First of all, there is no way to manually correct the error. Second, it automatically pause the session saying it’s full when it’s not, so I have to empty the container and reattach it to continue to pump which becomes a huge hassle if it happens often. I washed the containers with vinegar, boiled them, rinsed the valves thoroughly, did everything EXACTLY the way it was suggested by Willow but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Containers are recommended to be replaced every 3 months, mines are only a month old… I gave 3 stars only because it frees me to do things while pumping, but to be honest, I don’t think I would’ve spent the money to buy these if I’ve known how much hassle I’d deal with anyway because pump & app don’t work the way they’re supposed to…

Its alright
The app itself is ok. Sometimes my left pump will not register and i have to restart it by pressing the tiny little hole on the bottom right next to the R or L which indicates which pump is which. First off you cant assign the pump yourself they already come marked Left and Right. I noticed if you forget to switch your valve from 2 to 1 then the app reads as of you are collecting milk when you arent. There is an adjustment protocol for thw willow pump if you feel as if they dont empty your breast from the start. There is an online guide for this. It took me about 2-4 days for my body to adjust. It sucked because I wanted to just throw them on and go. Which at first i was able to but then my breast werent being emptied and i didnt know why. Anywho i did the adjustment protocol and all is well now. I still use my spectra gold synergy at my 5am and 10pm pumps (first and last of the day) to make sure the willow is saccurate.

Inaccurate but still great for working moms
I love and hate this pump right now. It has been wonderful and I can pump so much more often with it since I can hide it and be mobile... but for the past few days it has shown me an inaccurate amount pumped through the app. Since that is how you see what you are pumping at a time when you can’t peek down I am left pumping blind. It also will tell me the pump is full and the container needs to be empty when it is only half full. So I’ll have to stop my session halfway through to empty 2 oz and then relatch. It is very frustrating to stop midsession and disrupt my flow and have to make extra trips to the bathroom at work to empty it. I have had this pump for a month and this is just now becoming an issue. That’s why I am giving 3 stars. I’m hoping whatever is causing this to happen can be resolved. Fingers crossed because I spent way to much money for this to not work well! My left pump is now hardly working. I barely get an ounce per session but it says I got way more. My Madela is getting much more per side when I use it.

Great 90% of the time
This is the second child I have used this system with. With that experience I have learned that most of the time it works fantastically! The flip side, a couple of times the app has told me that I pumped over 100 oz on one side, not sure what happened there. But they may have fixed it, since it hasn’t happened since this baby yet. Also for those of use that are well endowed, which is most of us during breast feeding, shopping, or being in public with these machines is not a possibility. It makes them look huge! They are also far from silent, and you would get weird looks as you walk passed somebody sounding like a robot. That being said, for the purpose of pumping in a private office, or at home, there is no better pump system!

Mixed Reviews
This pump has an awesome concept and has worked great at times offering me the freedom to multitask instead of being tied to the wall. There is a learning curve on this pump and/or mine is defective. One of my pumps has to be reset every other day for my phone to connect with it through Bluetooth. At first I got a lot of assembly errors but after an update it now tells you exactly what the error is. I’ve had issues with it saying it was pumping more than it is. Otherwise battery stays charged for multiple sessions, it holds a decent amount of milk and I haven’t had issues with it leaking unless I did something weird. It is painless as long as you’re lined up correctly. All of the issues I’ve had were with the technology of the pump not the pump itself. I would have given it 4 stars but with a $500 price tag I would expect these issues to be resolved.

So bad that I’m reviewing it.
This app is absolute garbage. It glitches DAILY. The fix to most things is to log out, force the app to close, then reopen and log back in. This seems like not a big deal. However, when it’s 3am and you’re pumping, and all you want to know is how much you’ve pumped and for how long, but the app says it doesn’t have a log of the session….. it makes a momma want to scream. Usually upon the initial log out dance, you get some success…. But right now I’m on attempt 5 or 6…. And I can’t even convince it to go past the log in screen. Luckily there’s a fix for that too. Uninstall the app and then reinstall. I’ve done this twice. Their tech team is garbage… just like this app. For a pump that costs so much, you’d think the company could create a decent app instead of this absolute public embarrassment.

Willow pump
I am very happy with the willow pump. I only pump partime and breastfeed the rest of the time with when I’m with my son. I work as a nurse and I was hoping it would be more discreet, but they stick out of my shirt like Dolly Parton. However, I am able to complete my online classes and pump at the same time. I bought the reusable milk containers as wel to avoid spending so much money on bags and it’s so worth it. I’ve been using the pump for two weeks and they work great. The app is easy to use and I like that the amount and time I pump for is recorded in a history log. So far I’m satisfied, STC based on how long it holds up for especially since it is very costly. P.S. there are 100$ discounts for healthcare professionals and other professionals and the approval for that discount is super fast and easy.

Long Term Track is Wonderful
Willow 3.0 is the only electric pump I’ve used so I don’t know how it compares to others. However I do like the historical pumping log feature so I can compare how much I got each day to monitor consistency. Every now and then it will glitch and have double the amount pumped recorded but I’ve found closing and opening the app usually solves this and resets it back to the accurate data. If I were to improve the app, one feature I would love is an optional widget to put on my phone’s Lock Screen that shows volume pumped so I can quickly glance at my phone to see. Or optionally a bar in the Notification Center similar to the clock snooze countdown that shows that information.

No longer dread pumping
I feel like it goes without saying but, I have a baby which means I need to be able to move around to hold, care for and love on my little one. It also means I have limited amounts of time to be putting pumps together and cleaning various small parts. Willow is a total life saver. I no longer dread pumping. I am able to continue to give my baby breast milk bc of how easy and effortless this product is. I can still tend to my babe while pumping and the clean up is quick and easy. THANK YOU for creating this pump. Absolutely love!

Convenient but app needs work!
The pumps take a learning curve for sure but I love the convenience. The app on the other hand, crashes constantly and logs me out. Everytime I log back in, the amount of milk pumped doubles for some reason on all the past sessions and makes the daily pump total incorrect. It also doesn’t work well with the watch, it won’t open on my watch unless it’s open on my phone first and then it crashes, making me log in again and making pump session total incorrect, again… both app and watch are up to date. I feel like this is such an easy fix but has been an issue for six months. Pro- the app is good about telling you what is wrong when the pump won’t start. (Valve, flange, issue etc)

Garbage
These pumps are absolute garbage. They never work and they leak all the time. I know that I’m doing everything right and setting them up properly, but they still won’t work. It keeps giving me the orange flashing symbol even though I’ve cleaned them out and dried them, put them back together, and recentered them so many times. Also, you can’t lean forward or backward in them unless you use the bags, but they don’t tell you that until you’ve already bought the reusable containers. So that was a waste of money. And the switch to open or close the valve pops off with barely any force so it’s completely useless and makes it leak all over the electronic part. I absolutely hate these pumps and I’m so mad that I can’t return them. How convenient for the company to make something so incredibly awful and nonrefundable.

Portability and function in one
I’ve been using my willow for about four months now and have found while it doesn’t live up to its hype, it is very instrumental to my pumping journey. Here’s a list of my pro’s and con’s: Pro’s: Convenient - life doesn’t have to stop to pump Discreet - my older kids have yet to catch on that I’m pumping and no one on Zoom has asked “what’s that noise?” Portable - makes drive time pumping time Comfortable - not just for me either, my LO doesn’t fight it when I’m nursing and pumping like with the traditional pump The App - tells you how much you’re getting as you go Con’s: I have had no luck with the bags It doesn’t pump as much as my hospital grade pump over the same course of time It’s hard to clean It sometimes says I’m producing really well and there is hardly anything there It’s pricey Bottom line, I’m not sure I’d still be pumping without this pump. I use it in conjunction with my traditional pump and use both multiple times a day. It’s new technology and isn’t perfect but it’s still so much better than where pumps started.

Edit feature
The willow pump is great. It has a couple of things that would make it better, but as far as the APP goes, I would love it if it let me edit the amount of oz pumped. Sometimes the pump itself is what causes these issues (when the valve is not clean, it’ll keep gulping air abs counting it as ounces pumped). Issues with these pump end up making the app itself not work to its potential. So to make up for this, it would be great if we could edit the amount of oz. pumped that way I’ll be able to know what my baby drank instead of me having to log it elsewhere. Convenience wise I agree with another person who said it would be great to be able to adjust suction level through the app as well.

App is easy to use but inaccurate
The app told me multiple times I had pumped more than I actually had which is frustrating. I also don’t like that I can’t manually switch between stimulation and expression modes. The flip to empty method is clumsy and leaves milk in the tube and makes a mess. There should be an “empty” button or something, not such a delicate, messy option. Not to mention there are too many steps to remember, I always forget one, leaving me covered in breastmilk drops. Frankly l would expect better from such an expensive device. It did get a lot of milk out which is good. But the inaccuracy in measurements needs to be fixed.

Asked for my money back
I basically spend most evenings covered in sticky breast milk hitting every button on my pump and the app to see how to make this thing work. Like many others: - the app is constantly incorrectly capturing the amount pumped, which you can’t edit or change. This means that the app will randomly decide that my pump is full when it’s not and make me pause to empty it - the thing leaks like a sieve once you remove it from the breast. I use the 1 and 2 air things at the top correctly; that’s not the issue. The issue is that the milk leaks back out the flextube and into the area where the breast goes into the pump - the pumps and/or app are constantly pausing for some issue, usually suction. I have the correct size and some days it’ll work and then some days I’ll spend 40 minutes trying to get suction - the bad experiences started after a few weeks of good experiences, leading me to assume that this product just has the world’s shortest lifespan - troubleshooting is wild. It can actually tell when some of the pump parts aren’t in correctly (which is wildly helpful) but then today I was using the app and I got a pop-up that told me to… download the app… that I was already in…

Logs Out Every Time
I love my Willow pumps. They work great and are perfect as a teacher. The app is user friendly, but the last couple of months it has started logging me out after every session. Since it does that, I have to log in every time, and if I’m using my Willow instead of my primary pump, I’m likely limited on time. It sounds like not a big deal, but it becomes inconvenient when it’s every time. Additionally, it doesn’t auto save my log in on my phone, so I have to fully type my email and password. If this was fixed I’d probably be more likely to use them more, but until then I avoid using them because I can’t connect and start my pump quickly.

Wanted to love it, but...
I LOVE the pump, don't get me wrong... It's the app I don't love. I was super psyched about a pumping app and the Bluetooth capability.. But not once has my app correctly calculated the amount of milk I've pumped. This morning I pumped after my son nursed and it said I was at almost 3 oz on my right side after 20 minutes. Score! Of course, since you can't see inside the reservoir while pumping, I had no idea. It turned out to be less than an ounce. This has happened every time. If It says I pumped 6oz, I got 4. It would be fine if there was a way to adjust this after the session, so that my history would be accurate, but there's not. I'm still using the app when I pump, but it bums me out.

App Errors (will update if fixed)
I am an exclusive pumper with lower supply. I love using the pumps, and I have had good success with them. I have the Willow 3.0 pumps and I’m using the milk containers. The frustration is that when I do a pump session, my volume output tracking in the app is correct…but the app crashes every couple days or so, and I am forced to re-login. When I do re-login, ALL OF MY PUMP SESSION DURATIONS AND VOLUME OUTPUTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED (ie 5 oz for one side instead of 2; 40min duration instead of 20min). This makes it hard for an exclusive pumper like me to keep track of my output (it would be a different story if I could go back into the app and manually edit the sessions back to normal). For the amount that we have to pay for these pumps, and because there’s no way for the user to manually edit pump session information, it’s ridiculous that this issue should be occurring. That is the reason for my 1-star review. I have already been in touch with customer service, who vaguely told me that they are aware of the issue but have no timeline or info on when/how this will be resolved. I’ll update my review if the issue does become resolved. Willow, please make this right.

Handsfree
Glad to not be tethered to a wall. This pump is expensive and not intuitive. Also the there is a good chance you will have to buy adaptive pieces to ensure the pump works most efficiently for you which makes it even more expensive. However the customer service is fantastic as well as their honoring of their warranty. Once you get the hang of the pump and all the components that make it work well such as inserts and bra, it becomes a very useful tool for pumping on the go. I do wish the pump came with two chargers and part of the purchasing process involved getting sized and getting the right inserts all at once. This’ll make for less troubleshooting for the buyer.

Update is awesome
After the update, my left pump connected to so much easier, latches without the dreaded orange light error. I’m a full time ICU nurse and i often don’t have time to fiddle with this thing when it isn’t wanting to latch. I’m so much more happy and relaxed with this pump which means more output! My only wish list item is I watch compatibility. Sometimes i leave my phone at my desk, it would be amazing if i could see the time/output amount at a glance on my I watch instead of trying to guess/remember the time i started my session.

Best hands free pump I’ve owned.
Honestly I’ve been through so many pumps from Medela to momcozy and i have to say this pump is so discreet it’s perfect you can select different suctions it’s great. One bad thing is it only fills to 4 oz and you have to change it out if you want to keep pumping but other than that i love it. I work at a hospital and I’m able to put them in and still attend to my patients.

Prepare to be frustrated and waste a lot of your time!
This app elevates stress associated with breast pumping. From the crashing of the app, wrong milk measurements, crashing of the app, not identifying your pumps, crashing of the app, unable to control the suction levels of the pumps, crashing of the app, randomly logging you out of the app, crashing of the app, pumps not connecting to the app and did I mention the crashing of the app. When the app works, it's great, however, it rarely works. When the app isn't working it like the pumps can't remember you're pumping habits and goes haywire on your nips and it's make it hard to drain your breast completely. It's a shame because the pumps and the accessories needed are very pricey.

Inaccurate, Frustrating for Busy Moms
I echo some of the other reviews that this pump/app are buggy in ways you wouldn’t expect for a $500 device. Both the reusable containers and the bags have pros and cons, but the most frustrating thing is the inaccuracy in the app/pump stopping your session too soon and saying the container or bag is full before it actually is. Not only is this frustrating from a user standpoint having to stop, empty and restart when you’re already a busy mama pressed for time, but it can actually cause clogging because it’s not fully emptying the breast. It’s a good idea but from a reliability and accuracy standpoint, my older Medela and Spectra pumps are easier to deal with overall.

Love my willow but app could use some improvements.
My number 1 complaint about the app is that there are times when by user error my pump is saying I pumped a lot more than I did, I should be able to edit this to the correct amount pumped. I would also like to make notes, for example maybe that day I had great output, I would like to note what I did that day to increase it. Number 2 complaint is I should be able to change the suction level via the app. When this thing is locked down in my bra and I’m at work so I can’t just lift my shirt up it is hard to get to the buttons.

Willow makes pumping a breeze!
I really can’t say enough about how Willow has given me a great pumping, and therefore breastfeeding, experience. It has genuinely helped me keep my supply up and avoid the stress I experienced of a low supply with my first child. I’ve use in bra “on the go” pumps before, but the suction wasn’t as efficient. I also love that Willow tracks my output and I have the option to pump directly into the milk bag or into the container for storage in another milk or direct feeding. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that there are occasional leaks and flip to finish mishaps. Besides that I rave to anyone I can about this pump!

Hate pumping but love my Willow pump
This is my 3rd baby and I have hated pumping with traditional pumps since baby number 1 but Willow makes it so much easier and convenient. I love that I can track how much I’ve pumped. The only thing I wish the app had was an option to tally up how much you’ve pumped from different time ranges and all together. I am exclusively breastfeeding my LO but pumping to donate and so far after 12 weeks I have pumped over 800 Oz using my Willow pump. I just wish there was an easier way to keep track other than adding it up every time.

Not impressed
I do use the app to check my progress during pumping and I also like that I can bite it from my watch too, as long as I’ve opened the app in my phone first. I don’t like that I get logged out of my account often and I don’t have the option to “remember this device” To keep my password saved. Also when I look back at past pumping sessions my pump times are different along with my amounts. It seems like it doubles whatever I truly did pump making my amounts seem outrageous! I would like to be Annie to see the true numbers that I’d previously pumped.

This pump is amazing! The only reason I did 4 and not 5 because I truly think nothing is perfect. You really need to make sure alignment is correct and remember the 1-2 switch. It took me about 2 full work weeks of pumping to master all the steps and placement. Highly recommend this product for the working mom. They are discrete enough to do a bathroom break or leave your door open for a quick chat with someone. You can notice them but your completely covered up and I’m all for normalizing breastfeeding!

Best Pump Ever !!
I switched from the Elvie to the Willow and it was the best decision I ever made. The Willow had amazing suction, is more accurate at measurements than the Elvie and give me just as good if not sometimes better output that my Spectra S1. It is a little pricier in the long run but we’ll worth it in my opinion. I do wish it came with more than one charger but other than that no complaints. Portability and being able to move in any position I like without worrying about spilling is amazing as well. Hands down my favorite pump I own.

Not worth the hassle
The pumps are just okay. When they work they are amazing, however, I feel like most the time there is some type of malfunction that ends up taking 15-20 minutes to fix… which is a waste of time. They also constantly say the containers/bags are full when there is barely 1 oz pumped into them. The app is okay; it does the job, but the amount pumped is not accurate due to the pumps constantly having issues. Overall, when they work, they are amazing, but they are mostly just not worth the hassle. A traditional medela pump will at least work every time I need it to.

Cost way too much for all these issues
I have plenty to say about these pumps but until I can sit and write a detailed review- the app. This app needs an update ASAP and perhaps the pumps as well. Volumes are constantly measuring incorrect and wish there was an option to measure in ml and correct your inaccurate measurements. Also half the time you go to look at your session and it’s not even showing up. If measurement tracking is important for moms which it is- do better. Fix the app. Until this is fixed I need a whole separate app to log my measurements and I have to measure them out after pumping.

Waste of time and money
We’ve spent more time trouble shooting these pumps than actually pumping successful. Obviously when you’re new parents you have oodles of time, patience, and money, so what else would you rather be doing then fighting with technology you paid a ton of money for? Wish we had never heard of the willow and had just stuck with tried and true pumps. Buyer ABSOLUTELY beware. I feel we’ve been tricked out of $500 and have nothing to show but frustration. Oh, and their customer service is really substandard (I’m sure they’ll reply telling me to contact them… again). Which is nuts considering this is an non refundable medical device.

App needs update
I’ve recently joined the willow family and after downloading the app I realized the app needs some improvements. It would be very helpful to be able to control the suction of the pumps from the app as you could with other pumps. For the most part If I use the bags the oz recorded are not far off, but it would be nice to be able to adjust the output recorded. Besides the app needing some changes the willow has been a lifesaver and I can’t believe it took me this long to purchase. If you are breastfeeding this is a must have for all moms. The 3 stars is for the app not the pump itself.

App crashes all the time
I would give this app 5 stars if I didn’t have to keep deleting it and reinstalling it every few days. It works fine and then it will just refuse to open and crash… no fix other than to delete and download again. Another reason I won’t give it 5 stars is because it forces you to sign in every time you open the app- super inconvenient when you are pumping for 25 minutes multiple times a day and on the go. I need this all to work and be easy to use !!

Five star pump, three star app
This pump itself is absolutely amazing. However, I wish some of the app features were different. Sometimes the reusable containers aren’t accurate with the pumped amounts but you don’t have the ability to edit the amount in the app. (Eg - one pump session showed I pumped 11 oz but I only pumped 4 oz.) I also wish there was a way to adjust the pump settings on the app instead of having to reach into my bra. It takes away from some of the discreetness of the hands free pump.

Mostly good app
I love that the app allows you to track pumping and see everything as your pumping. But I wish you could turn up the intensity from the app instead of only on the pumps. And I wish it would let you turn up the intensity of the suction way sooner. I’ve gone entire pumping sessions where it hasn’t allowed me to turn it up and so as a result I haven’t pumped much. I am one who needs a high intensity suction to pump well and these limitations can make pumping frustrating. I’ve ended up pumping two full sessions (a total of 50 minutes) sometimes to fully empty all of my milk.

Glitchy; Doesn’t calculate milk correctly
There are several unfriendly glitches. The startup process could be so much easier. I had to use the manual, startup guide, online Willow videos and app to get setup. This should be much more intuitive, especially for moms who have been pumping for a while. Willow gets your expressed milk amount wrong sometimes. Because you’re unable to see what you’ve pumped during a session this is a big deal. With my Spectra, I average 5 ounces on one breast per session. Yesterday, willow told me that I pumped 4 ounces, but in actuality, I had only pumped about 1/2 oz. This was after 30 minutes of pumping, and I was still really full because nothing that had come out. The pump itself has tons of not-so-intuitive flaws but I’ll save that for a separate review. All of that said, I do enjoy being able to use the app, but if you were able to see your milk volume inside the pump, there really wouldn’t be much use for this app at all.

Disappointing is an understatement
I chose Willow over the other wearable cordless pump because it was leak proof. Barely a month after getting my pumps, the right side was no longer discoverable on Bluetooth. I followed the online troubleshooting protocol and did a hard reset - now neither pump is discoverable. I called into the help center and the best they could promise me was an email from the app team within 24 hours. The left side has completely stopped working, the right side can do a minimal suction without Bluetooth connection. For $500 and only 40 days of use, I am so disappointed with both the product and the support team.

Incorrect info, pumps never work
I have had nothing but issues since getting my pumps- even to the point of needing a replacement pump because it would not work no matter what. First- the fact that if ONE TINY THING is off on the pump it won’t work at all is ridiculous. It takes me a solid 10 minutes just to get the pumps to start working, and thats with the app working. Worse, you can’t even contact help/customer service without jumping through hoops. They obviously don’t want to hear your complaints. The app itself is horrendous. It never gives you the proper oz of what you pumped, it goes haywire and will say i pumped 10oz in 5 minutes when i only pumped 1 oz. It will also freeze and i can’t even see how much i am pumping, or the reason why the pump isn’t working. It won’t even show the pump is on. For something that is so expensive, it appalls me that both the product AND the app is so poorly done.

Do NOT recommend
I have had nothing but issues with this pump and app. I have tried using my willow pump for 7 weeks pp now and no matter what position I put it in, what size flange I use, what setting I have it on it will not work. The most I get out of it is maybe an ounce even though the app says 3-4 ounces have been pumped out. I use my Spectra S1 and have zero issues getting 5+ ounces. I have even let the willow pump run for 30-45 minutes readjusting positions and changing settings and still have the same issues. For the amount of money I spent on this I would have expected it to work properly.

amazing !
Soo I had my willows for 2 years! Using them with my second child ! I absolutely love them honestly but i had an issue with my right one it stopped working but it did have a crack in it so i’m assuming that made it have faulty issues. It was out of warranty so I bought a different brand for the right boob but still using my willow for the left !!

Love the App option but…
Love the app option but it’s not always accurate… sometimes shows less milk having been pumped, sometimes shows more. I would also like to be able to click on “new session” rather than staring at my last session till the app recognizes that a new session has started. Would also like to see battery life before I start pumping.

No reliable pump
The pump will stop working if the containers are not clean or for any minimal residual or sometimes I don’t even find the issue. My breaths are complete full and I urgently need to pump and they just don’t work. It is the third pair of containers that I order. I am not sure if all of this is control by willow so we continue to ordering more and more. Believe at this point I am really upset, and sad because when it works I love it. But once it starts bite working it feels horrible. Just don’t rely in this pump only. Need to have a back pump just is case this one decides stop working. :(

App needs work
I love my pumps so much! The app really stinks. Half the time, it won’t even open and just force closes. When it does open, I have to log in almost every time. I have low supply so I was really attracted to tracking how much I’m pumping.. and my history is ALWAYS wrong the next day. In real time, it’s correct.. but there’s no way I pumped for 105 hours at one time and got over 60 oz of milk from one breast on a random Tuesday when I’m lucky to pump 2 oz at once.

Convenient but very inaccurate
Cons: I use both the bags and the reusable container. Both regularly say I pump 21-22 oz while at work. When I get home, I rebag them into 5oz bottles. I’m only getting 17 oz. It’s off by a lot. I’m thinking I’m making enough for my baby for the next day (20oz) but it’s not. If it was accurate, I wouldn’t have to rebag. Glad I do though, so I know not to send her to daycare with a short supply. Pros: Super convenient to be able to multitask. I even run into Walgreens with them on.
