Essential but needs work.
I love my Willow Go due to the lack of tubing and wearability of the pumps, but the app needs a lot of work. 1. The battery icon is so small, it’s hard to tell if the battery has fully charged and how much is left—it should have a % option rather than a dinky little icon. Or the icon could also be green or yellow based on how much charge is left. I know the light on the pump shows this, but it would be easier to see it all in one place. It does show red in the app when you’re critically low, but then it’s nearly too late. 2. There should also be an option to press one button to double pump at the same time and same suction. While it’s nice to be able to have two different suctions per side if that’s what you need, if you just want the same suction you have to strategically press start and increase or decrease suction at the same time. If you don’t do them at the same time, the pumps are out of sync and completely annoying, sounding like they are echoing each other. I can’t get them in sync through pressing the buttons on the pump itself, so the app is essential to get them going at the same time. 3. It would be nice if the connectivity didn’t take so long. I get it, you need to be in range or the machine. But if they’re sitting right next to each other with the phone barely 4” away, they shouldn’t take so long to connect. All in all, I like the app so they I can get the pumps sounding like one pump, but needs work.

Willow go
I love the pumps but the app is not great. It will randomly have my pumps show I pumped at times when my pumps weren’t even near me or turned on at all. There should be a way to delete these extra sessions that pop up. The app is definitely on the slower side as well.

Not the greatest
I feel like I’m generous to give this two stars. The app is for information on how long you have pumped for the current session only. Not your last session. Or how much you’ve pumped. Nor can you run anything from your phone. Just the timer, which you can only do 25 minutes, that is not changeable, how intense it is, and if you are in expression or simulation. That is it. I exclusively pump and my daughter falls asleep on me often. So I have to move her if I want an additional 5 minutes to reach down my shirt and press buttons. Then I have to watch the app to turn It off after the five minutes, on the pump. Which that does come up as “how was your 5 minute session” but won’t ask me about my 25 minute session. There is no detection either. So if your cups are getting full, you will just leak out all over the place. You don’t need the app to use the pumps, thank goodness it’s free otherwise I wouldn’t use it at all.

App Can Be Improved But 2 Days Going Strong
By all means, this app could have so many more improvements, but I haven’t experienced any issues while pumping. Some pet peeves if anything. First night after charging, the pumps would not pair at home, but they were fresh out of the box and under a microwave, next to toaster and kitchenaid. Brought them into work and instantly synced. Gave me not issues pumping at work or at home. Instantly update when I change setting via the app or the pumps themselves. A few sessions, app has forgotten how long this current pumping session duration has been but shuts off at 25 minutes. I wish it did log the sessions and times overall vs the last duration and time. I would like to be able to read an article while controls are accessible in the app. A widget and watch controls would be amazing, but not a deal breaker. I saw the app rating before buying pumps, but felt the pumps were greater for my life and app can always update. Overall, my favorite pump for work and daily life. Hands down would recommend and hope to see app improvements!

Great pumps, the app NEEDS more features
I have been a faithful Willow Gen 3 exclusive pumping customer for 9+ months. My Gen 3s have been amazing but I’ve been hard on them (pumping 6-8 times a day for 9+ months) and they were wearing out. I decided to get the Willow Go and I love the new features of the pump but I am disappointed that the Willow Go app has fewer features than the Willow app. I’ve always wanted more data (not less) about my pumps: volume comparisons, tracking volumes graphically from day to day, stacked bar graphs to see when my production is the highest so as to maximize volume, etc. I loved the ability to adjust suction on the Gen 3s from the app. I was very disappointed that even the older features were not included with the Willow Go app. I imagine the lack of features is due to the change in pumping mechanism from the Gen 3. The Willow Go app NEEDs a volume tracker! Even if it was just the ability to manually put in by the user (by breast and/or total session), you could offer so many useful features to aid the pumping journey. I look forward to updates—hopefully quickly.

Suggestion to pre program power pumps
The app would be 100x more useful if you could not only use it to adjust settings remotely (something that is inconsistently available and sometimes blocked by banner “tips” within the app), but pre program things like power pumps and your preferred settings. I am not the most efficient pumper and have to power pump during the daytime in order to keep up with even 50% of my son’s intake at daycare, and it would be so much easier to do this consistently if I could simply start the program and let it run. There are definitely times when I am grateful for the Willow go bc I’m able to pump during a meeting, but then I’m left using less than ideal settings during that pump bc I can’t constantly be adjusting settings while I’m working on something else. The willow is already a great innovation - it just seems that this next step would truly bring things to the next level and I really hope they can make it happen!

Great Pumps, App is Garbage
Not sure why a product has been designed to be completely reliant on an app that simply doesn’t work. My pumps are great (when they work). Twice now, I have had my pumps stop suctioning mid session for no reason. I’ve contacted customer support and was informed that this was likely due to my pumps needing an update and that I would simply need to connect them to my app and the update “would automatically download”. This is anything but true. I have done hard resets on my pumps, unpaired and repaired my pumps to my app, I have turned my phone off and on again (actual advice given to me by the customer service team), I have even gone so far as to uninstall and reinstall the Willow app completely. All of this in an attempt to force an update to my pumps that will (hopefully) allow me to express successfully again. I’m still waiting for that to happen. Incredibly frustrating when you’ve got a hungry newborn. I wanted to love these pumps, but they’ve been ruined for me all because of a faulty app. Do not buy!

Lots of room for improvement
There is so much opportunity in this app for more and better features. I wish there was a history of pump sessions. I wish I could save a program for the pumps. I wish the pump control buttons were more responsive. Another nice to have feature would be the ability to input the volume of milk pumped. It might be nice to add an alarm or reminder feature to remind users to pump. I frequently am interested in the pop ups of information when I open the app, but most of the time I dismiss them and lose access to the link because I am trying to get to the controls for the pumps. Update: after this latest update to version 3.0, this app is so much worse. It is even less responsive and takes forever to connect to the pumps. Very disappointed.

This app is terrible
This app is awful. There are 4 different sets of instructions in it for how to pair your pumps. I’ve used all 4 sets and my pumps still aren’t paired properly. So basically the app is a glorified timer because that’s the only thing that shows when I pump: how long I’ve been pumping. It won’t show if I’m in stimulation or expression or what level of either one I’m at. It won’t show the pause or start button so I have to press them on my pump. It won’t show if the left or right pump is being used or what the battery level is. It’s terrible. I’ve contacted willow support multiple times and the beta they’ve done is ignore me or tell me that that they’re aware of a bug with storing the pumping history, not something I reported to them. So good luck with ever getting real help. I can’t get anyone to fix the issues I’m having. This was an expensive pump. It should have a good, functional app that works with it.

Not Very Responsive
When connecting to the app, the page takes a long time to load. Sometimes I’ll be 3-4 minutes into a new pump and it’s still showing my old pump info on screen. Since the app doesn’t give you a place to track your pumps at all, sometimes I need to go back into the app to see when I started pumping and one from the previous day will load and stay. I’ll have to force close the app and reopen it, then wait minutes for it to load again. The buttons are also not very responsive. It’s annoying. The pumps themselves have buttons but it does defeat the purpose a bit to have to dig into my shirt to adjust the suction. There is so much potential for this app that I feel isn’t even being pursued. The pumps are great, the app not so much.

Ok, ideas for improvements
This is my go to pump, and as that I am generally happy. The app is where other “systems”/pumps far out do this one. Developers if your listening: lyou can add these simple features to your app and then you would truly outshine your competition: option to track the last few sessions (not just the very last), add an option to input volumen of milk expressed, and create a nice visual chart that tracks this, and last but not least add in the option of a customizable alarm for your next pump. You already have the platform and the programmers, I know you can do this! A lot of mommas out here would leave other apps to the side if we could just do those things here!

Terrible app
The idea is good but the app is complete trash. It freezes constantly. It always says I have an update but after HOURS of “downloading pump update” nothing has changed. It’s forever downloading. Never mind one of my pumps stopped charging after only TWO months of use. Their customer service is great and tried sending me a new one. I got sent a pump part instead. I called and they expedited a new pump.. again.. this time I actually got the pump but low and behold IT DOESN'T TURN ON! “Have you updated it through the app?” Well I cannot even connect it to this terrible app because the “new” replacement pump doesn’t turn on nor charge. On the phone again with ANOTHER new replacement to come. Third times the charm? My worry is that the app is the key to fixing these crappy pump problems BUT THE APP DOES NOT WORK! Totally frustrated with this. 10/10 do NOT recommend this pump.

Last upgrade was a total bust
The app had the bare necessities but it paired every time when you opened the app, after this last update I not only have to repair but it doesn’t even find one of my pumps nor does the timestamp work. The only thing that works is the start/off and suction levels. I can’t tell when the last pump session was and since the time stamp doesn’t work most of the time I have no clue how long I’m pumping for meaning the app is basically useless. I’m so sad because I just started pumping two months ago and the app was fine! With this upgrade the numbers got bigger which I thought was a nice touch but everything else seemed to break so not worth the upgrade. Please fix the bugs!!

Love the pumps, hate the app
I’ve had the Willow Gos for about 4 months now and I absolutely love them! However the app is TRASH. It always takes forever to load. Forever to connect to my pumps. With the most recent update the start and stop button from the app doesn’t even work with my pumps anymore and the timer continuously runs or resets in the middle of a pump session. On top of all the slowness, lag, & connectivity issues; I have to use a completely separate app to log my date, time, and volumes that I’ve pumped. Which is crazy that an app for breast pumps didn’t have that! think the newest update made tracking a feature now, but I can’t even use it bc it runs so slow and the pumping time is always off (since start and stop don’t work). The pumps are amazing and a good app could be a game changer to make Willow the best wearables out there.

Worst downgrade in an app EVER
Their precious app worked great, but due to an issue I was having they recommended I switch to this one. It has been TERRIBLE. It never updates my time when I’m pumping, so I’ll go into the app to see how long I’ve been going and it won’t automatically connect to the pump. I’ll force close the app and go back in, and it still won’t update! It messes up the start time frequently, it’ll randomly add the previous time on so it’ll say I’ve been pumping for 23 minutes when I’ve only been pumping for 5. Issue after issue after issue, I am so frustrated with this stupid app that after a month of this I’m going to delete it and go back to the old one!! Why on earth would you have people switch to this new one in its current state?! Get it right first and then re release it!

Just a few tweaks
I think just a few tweaks will make the app so much more functional. I wish the pump session info was stored somewhere so you could access the data later. It would also be neat if they added time in addition to date. I know it tells me long long I’ve pumped for but knowing what time I started and having that to refer back to and saved to plan out my next pump would be super helpful. I think also adding features where you can turn on/off the device from the app or adjust the modes will also truly make it hands free. I agree, the battery life is short so I just leave it on the charger after every pump. The pieces are there for this to be great but not quite there yet.

Update made it useless
Ever since the update, my pumps struggle to connect. It takes SO LONG and frequently they never do at all. It’s made the app completely useless. I called Willow to work it out and the customer service agent was nice but basically like I can’t fix what the developers did to mess up the version and you can’t go back to the previous version when it actually worked. These developers did a TERRIBLE job. UPDATE: In the response they recommended me update my app and contact customer service both of which are addressed in my initial review, clearly they don’t care about me and my business or (me being one of many faceless consumers to them) you and your business. Strongly recommend buying something else since clearly these developers don’t respect your dollars or your intelligence.

Perfectly Functional
The negative reviews for this app do not take into account that the Willow Go pumps are significantly less expensive than the Willow 3.0 pumps. The Willow Go pumps work comparably to the Willow 3.0, so the difference in price has to be reflected somewhere- in this case, the app. Yes, it’s essentially just a place to pair the pumps to your phone and acts as a timer for your pumping session. It does not store any data. The functionality is similar to my transitional Spectra pump, so I have no complaints. If you go into using the Willow Go and its app with realistic expectations then you will be satisfied with the product/app.

Please test and work out the kinks in your apps before he released them to the public!
I was excited to download the new update that allows you to operate the pumps from the app on your phone. I spent about one hour downloading updates and updating the firmware on the pumps. When I went to pump, my batteries showed completely depleted even though they were already charged and my pumps kept cutting off. When I plugged my pumps in they were showing charged with a green light. I am so tired of these pumps and all their glitches. I’m also really tired of having to reset the stupid pumps. I have only had these pumps for a couple of months and they still have not worked very well for me at all. Now I can’t even use my pumps with or without the app. This is very disappointing for $300 pumps.

New update causing issues
I’ve been using my Willow Go for nearly two months and the app worked great. Now after the update I have to reconnect each time I use the pump. The time on the pump never works correctly. Prior to the update the pump would automatically stop at 25 minutes. Now it tends to keep going even after I stop it. Also sometimes my pump will continue running even when I shut it off and runs down the battery. Now I can’t see the time I previously pumped which is not helpful at all. My baby is in the NICU and I track everything I pump along with the time so this glitch with the update is very frustrating.

App is subpar, product faulty
I purchased the Willow Go a few weeks ago and have not been impressed, for a product + software that costs hundreds of dollars. The app for the Willow Go is different from their higher tier product, and barely has any features (ex. Can’t tell you how much milk you’ve produced, doesn’t store precious sessions, etc). I find myself needing to pull my nursing bra down and stand in a mirror to check to see if they’re filling or not, which feels like it defeats the purpose of their “set it and go” promise. I’ve also seen how I only get about 2 sessions on a charge, and when the charge is dwindling, they barely pull any milk out. I also find that my bra sometimes is wet like they’re leaking from below. When it does seem to be working at its best, I only get about half the milk that I would from my Medela pump. To have to wash 10 separate parts all for just a few measly ounces feels like a waste of time. I also can’t fit all pieces in our sterilizer at once because they’re so bulky. Save your money or look into a different brand of wireless pump.

Basic app, but works
I am happy for the update where it tells you the last session, that is very helpful in certain circumstances and bumps my review from 3 to 4 stars. One thing I wish they would address in both the Willow go and Willow apps is allowing more than one pair of pumps to be associated with the app. Why not? I have two sets of the Willow Gos in case the battery is shot on one when I need it. Unfortunately, one set ends up being just a basic functioning portable pump without any guidance on suction level or mode from the app which leaves a lot of guesswork. Please add this feature!!!

Has potential, but is subpar so far
Let me start off by saying I LOVE the ability to control my pumps from my phone. However… That’s about all I like about the app. The control buttons to switch between stimulation/ expression and intensity +/- are so touchy. Half the time I have to tap multiple times for them to take. Next, it tells you the date of the last time you pumped. Now I would love an actual log of your pumps with date and time but the least it could have is adding the time of last pump. Also wish there was a program mode where you could record your own program for the pumps.

The app updates aren’t fixing the issues.
I never know how charge my pump is even with disconnecting the pumps and reconnecting them after the last update. My pumps are always adding 10-15 minutes to the pumping time. Unless I manually turn the suction up or down or switch modes and then open and close the app. I cannot see any of my pump sessions anymore in the logging history. What is the point of even having the app when you have to troubleshoot it multiple times in order to get simply how much time you’ve pumped!!! If I could give this app zero stars I would. Any update something that isn’t even broken!! I got my pump about three months ago and the app worked perfect…. Such a disappointment.

Has Potential
I was really excited for this app as I am an exclusive pumper and returning back to work soon. So far the app has only helped me to keep up on battery life. I do not personally need to control my pumps from the app and was most excited for the time elapsed feature which I have noticed is very inaccurate. It usually says I’ve pumped for 40 minutes, yet when I turn them off, it changes to a time amount that always somehow seems to be the exact same right down to the second. If that feature could be fixed I think I would definitely like this app more!

Doesn’t work
I just got the willow go pump today and don’t hours (that I don’t have) trying to get the pumps to pair to the app. My understanding is the app is basic/limited to begin with but it’s the only way to see what settings you’re on. I was able to get decent output with the pump so that’s good but I am super disappointed that I can’t get them to pair. Tried reaching out to customer service about it and they were useless, just taking me through all the troubleshooting ideas listed on the website which I had already gone through myself and then finally saying they don’t know what’s wrong. Like isn’t it your job as technical support to be able to help people work through these problems?!

Update is even worse
I had deleted the app due to having issues with it and having to reset and reconnect my pumps constantly and then the times weren’t always accurate or it’d switch the pumps and so the left pump was reading as the right on the app. Saw that it had been updated and thought I’d give it another try. I cannot get the app to update even after disconnecting my pumps from my Bluetooth settings twice. Can’t get my pumps added back on so basically a waste. Gave 2 stars for the potential but just isn’t working for me and over trying to work out the kinks.

Could be SO much better!
I love that you can control the pump on your phone sometimes it’s easier to change the mode and setting on your phone when you are multi tasking with your little one. I wish you could save the pump times for it to create a log of times pumped and then there should be an option for us to enter how much we pumped. Instead I use another app to enter this information as I am trying everything I can to increase my supply. I also wish we could create a pumping setting that we like.

Great pump
I do love this pump, it’s perfect for on the go as well as using at home as your everyday pump. I wish the app would keep track of how many ounces were pumped. It would be nice to see a log of previous pumps & what time they happened at & for how long. Sometimes it takes the app a minute to adjust, when I start a new pump session it takes my old time & adds it to the current time making it look like I’ve been pumping for 50 minutes. Other than that I do like that it keeps track of my time because I get preoccupied & forget.

Very buggy
Since the update in the past month or so the app does not work well and is often buggy. It used to allow you to start your pump from the app and connected way better via Bluetooth. Now I'm lucky if it doesn't take a few minutes to recognize the pumps and often will have the wrong time and will include the timer from the last pump. It used to remember the last pump time and it's a 50/50 shot it will remember it now. I wish it kept a log of pump times for the go but right now I would like the app to just work.

This app is terrible
#1 this app doesn’t show you what time you last pumped which would be helpful since I have to pump every 3 hours #2 there is no place to add how much you’ve pumped. That would be nice for us women that have to pump so much for our child or just to keep track of our supply #3 this app would be awesome If you could control the Willow go from your phone. When I’m working or just out I love to use my app to adjust my pumps so that I don’t have to reach down my shirt to make it stronger or not so strong. Elvies have the Bluetooth option where you can adjust their pumps from your phone, I love that!!! Hope this helps you to make a better app!

Wish I could rate it 0 stars
I’ve been using this app for 8 months and honestly every update that comes out renders it more and more unusable. The most recent update has completely made the timing feature useless, the time elapsed read outs are always wrong. I now have to set a timer on a different app to keep track of the pumps. It’s slow to process and commands for suction, isn’t showing correct battery read. It’s not even worth using most of the time which is a shame, because it was a big selling point of this particular model. I really don’t know how it’s possible that this app keeps getting worse.

Super plain app
Willow go is an awesome product no complaints there. however, the Is app is so dry and plain basically a timer and suction level display with no memory or running record no functionality and almost not even necessary to have in order to use the willow go pumps. The app would be more useful if it stores a log of clock times and minute lengths of pump sessions and the ability for the user to edit and make notations or comments for those sessions such as pain activity diet or output. The other willow app for the gen 3s were so much better even if it doesn’t display volume via flex tubes but the suction type of the willow go is night and day !

I can now control from the app!
Thanks for the update! When I pumped today, I saw that my pump needs update. I updated it and now can control the strength of the pump and start it. Wow! Now, Willow Go is at par with Willow 3.0!!! Thank you so much for this update! Another feature suggestion: Can you add the time when I last pumped? Maybe the start time or end time of my last session? That will be very useful feature.

I Like the App So far
The app is great and helps me time during my pumping sessions. I also like that it shows the battery levels of each pump as well as the mode and level where you’re currently pumping. I really don’t mind that you can’t control the device via phone, since I usually pump at home. The one thing I’d love for the app to add is a log/history of the dates and times (clock time) of pumping sessions, since I tend to forget the time of my last pumping session.

Mediocre App.
For as much money as you pay for this pump, you would expect the app to be at least helpful. The only thing it does is track the duration of your pump. It does not track the time of day, amount of milk, or the modes you changed. If I had a good output and want to go back and see when I switched from stimulation to expression, I cannot. It is not an option. It would be great if it itself tracked how much milk you got out of each breast, but it doesn’t even let YOU put in the information to track it. $350 for this pump and they gave me a glorified timer.

Pumps are amazing, app is trash
The Willow Go pumps are my primary pumps and they have been great, but the app is garbage. I use the app to keep track of what time I start pumping or how much time I have left in a pump session. Both scenarios are now pointless in the app (each pump records a way different start time or the pumping session duration is way off so I have no idea how long I’ve been pumping). Supposedly I’m able to now keep track of how much I pump per session, but each session doesn’t sync in the app to be able to record volume.

Willow go
This app is essentially useless. As seen in the other comments, it only acts as a timer. I have also been unable to successfully pair my pumps since my first session even though my Bluetooth shows they are paired. I know this is the less expensive version of the willow, but I think we still deserve an app that actually works and has some basic functions to help us. I would love to be able to comment on pump sessions and know when they were (time, date, length of time, etc). I am incredibly disappointed especially after being so excited to get these pumps. I feel like I made a mistake.

Do better Willow!
The pumps are amazing! This app is horrible. They released the most basic and buggy app. For such an expensive product, the app should be so much better. I constantly have issues getting my pumps to connect, there is no way to store your pump session settings, you can’t see previous pumps or track collection volumes, it’s all so disappointing. I hate that I have to manually increase the expression level each time I pump and it often doesn’t even recognize my touch on the screen. Even just allowing users to store pump session settings would be a huge win.

Needs improvement
I like the app so that I can see battery life (wish it showed percentage) but I have to use a different app to keep track of how long ago I pumped and how much I pumped I wish that there were those kind of tracking options with this app (I use the other app to keep track of feeds and diaper changes too since the doctors always ask) it would be super convenient if this app did all of that so I only had one app to help keep track of it all.

Great pumps, lacking on the app front
As others mentioned, the app is little more than a timer. I primarily use the app to check for battery life. I use the Nara Baby app to track duration and output. I really wish I could control the pumps using the app so I’m not needing to manually increase suction by reaching into my shirt throughout the session. Since the most recent update a week ago, I’ve been stuck in a pump update cycle. The app is continuously trying to download and install an update for the pump software. I haven’t been able to use the app itself since. The pumps appear to pair, but the download/installation process never progresses. Fortunately, I can use the pumps without the app just fine! If you’re thinking of buying the Go’s, I say go for it! They’re not discreet in size or sound, but they’re relatively affordable and produce the same or better output than my spectra. So nice to have for occasional use around the house.

Love my pump, hate the app
I absolutely love this pump and their customer service. My right pump stopped working and they immediately sent a replacement. This review is purely for the app. It is literally just a timer, which even that is pointless as the pumps automatically turn off after 25 minutes. Definitely needs an update to log your pump sessions, as well as input the amount of milk produced. Maybe also adding a phone notification as well reminding you to pump. With how happy I am with the pump, I’m so disappointed with the app.

App is unusable with new update
The app was trash before and would only rarely record the correct time of your last pump session or display the timer for your current session, but after the new update, the app is now completely unusable! The screen typically just goes black when you open the app. If you are able to view the app at all, pumps will not pair, a message appears at the top of the screen prompting me to enable Bluetooth (even though Bluetooth is enabled on my phone) and nothing happens when I press the button to pair my pumps. Pathetic.

Doesn’t work half the time
The app doesn’t work about 80% of the time and it basically completely useless to me without logs of pumps. I have to use 3 different apps for this purpose. It would be nice to have it all in one app considering the amount spent on the pump. The controls does work when you click them or it glitches and moves it up like 2 settings and that only if I can get the pump to connect after like 15 mins and but that time, the pump is more than half over. I love the pump but I’m about to delete the app because it never works.

App needs more functionality
I am an avid Elvie user so this is my first try with Willow products. I am familiar however with the Willow 3.0 and the app features it provides. I was hoping for similar when purchasing tht willow go. I love the output I get but am frustrated with the app. Things it needs to make it better: - ability to control suction and mode via the app -start and stop button in the app - pump history tracking (I like to know when the last time I pumped and for how long - pump volume (like others said if but possible automatically, there should be a way to input manually) That’s the bare minimum. Improve on those things and this app would be perfect. Hoping the development team takes these concerns seriously as it is something that is preventing people from purchasing this item. Thanks

Love my pumps app stinks
I love my pumps let me start there. But this app since update is awful. It tells me battery is never fully charged or dead when the light on pumps is literally green. Started to give option to record ounces pumped awesome! App doesn’t remember any of my pump sessions so that feature doesn’t work. Go in to connect to pump again and it says I’ve been pumping for 50+ minutes with the timer still counting when pumps aren’t in use. I know you don’t need the app to use these but it’s a feature that y’all advertise so it should work properly.

Trash app
Pumps are great but I’ve tried for HOURS now to pair my brand new Willow Gos to the app and nothing is working. It just says they’re disconnected and that the battery is dead. Cycled my Bluetooth, forgot the devices, did a hard reset on the pumps and deleted and reinstalled both Willow apps, and charged the pumps overnight. Still nothing works and you have no clue what settings you’re pumping at. Again, the pumps are great, it’s just a shot in the dark as far as your settings. Luckily the pumps shut off after 25 minutes, so you don’t have to worry about that at least.

Pumps are great. App is worthless.
Pumps are amazing. I find I get as much as my spectra. The app is terrible. Didn’t link to my pumps for first two weeks after opening the box. Willow worked to correct and provided good customer service. Since then, the app is constantly malfunctioning. Easier just not to use it. I wish I could use the app to make the pumps stay in sync with each other. At the higher levels, they are quite loud and I have a headache when they are whirling at different rates. Even when I use the app, they easily get out of sync.

Pointless…
For one of the most expensive pumps on the market you’d think this would be a top notch app for it. NOPE! I’ve had nothing but issues with the app. I constantly have to unpair and pair my pumps, it never stops running the clock once I’m done pumping… the timer keeps going. I’d like to enter my oz’s per pump but since the timer never quits I can’t, nor can I look at my data entered from the previous day cause it randomly disappears and that’s only IF I can enter the info. If I could rate the app a -5 I would cause it literally is horrible. Why even have the app?

Lag time and no pump history
I never leave app reviews but this is by far the worst app I’ve had to deal with. For as much as these pumps cost the least they can do is fix the app features. It takes long for previous pump times to load and for the current session to come up. The only purpose of the app is to start/adjust the current pump session. It does not keep a log of previous sessions and this is a huge disappointment for mothers— especially when we do so much and have to think back to specific pump and feeding times.
