Can’t use radar as I use to since latest update. Have to click future radar and loop it to view weather radar. All this started about time of update release 2 weeks ago.

The App will not open if “Location Services” is turned off, which is used to prevent the App from tracking your location. In the App Privacy section, the App acknowledges tracking your location. The App denies collecting any identifiers from your device (that’s questionable). Note: the other local television news app does not insist on tracking your location. Not sure why the App insist on tracking your phone’s location other than to collect information in order to sell to advertisers.

The Newest update isn’t working. There is only a blank screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it’s still just blank. I use this app everyday and love it but the update needs to be fixed.

I have used this everyday for several years, and it has been very good! Especially for checking weather forecast and radar. Now, when I click on the icon it just goes to a blank screen, for the past 2.5 days. I have tried it on WiFi and off. It is the only app I have that just Stopped working, so I don’t believe it is settings on my phone. It has to be something with your update?!?!

The app freezes almost every time I try to get into it.

Lost the local weather & important radar. Now have to add their Weather App. No - go back to previous system. I don’t want to add another app.

After the last update my microphone does not work when you’re trying to upload Weather photos when filling out the forms

You send out an alert or breaking news flash, but if I miss catching all of it , why can’t I go to your app and see it so I can read it again ?? Very frustrating! Don’t like your system at all

Locks up when tries to open. Says allow location tracking but doesn’t go to next screen 😫

Every time I go into the App it kicks me out! Everything is updated my phone the app everything please fix!

App was fine before ads. Get rid of the ads

I understand the need for advertising but the ones they show are misleading and negative. Complete turn off, I want weather, not spam.

The WJHG app appears broken...much like watching the news on WJHG. I deleted it.

The App worked fine until I downloaded the latest IOS operating system. Since then it won't open. I've deleted and reinstalled a number of times with the same result.

This app crashes almost every time it is launched... When I actually do get it to load none of the videos play and within about 1 minute the app has crashed.

App opens to main screen, but when you try to navigate to news it crashes every time! Very annoying.

National news way out of date. Hate when I click a local story, it takes me all the way to the top when I go back.

The current conditions page shows the temperature throughout the day, it just fails to tell YOU what TIME of the day.
