I don’t understand why I don’t get advertising from our area. I support our local economy. I get adds from everywhere but Dothan and the surrounding area. Why do I get adds from Oregon?

Seriously, this app seems to be better focused and designed for generating advertising revenue instead of what is more important, like breaking news and emergencies within our communities. With the tornadoes that tore across Alabama yesterday killing more than 20 people there was only 1, ONE, singular form of an article relevant to the disaster. And that thoughtful gem consisted of 4 substance lacking paragraphs. I’m sure a 5th grader could have done better.. Bottom line, I’m constantly disappointed with the lacking content, lack of relevant timing and lack of proper management of this platform.

Early 2023 full page ads started popping up when you opened the app, when you click the X to leave, it opens up a link to an advertisement. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The ad is impossible to close making the app unusable. My device is an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I’ve never had issues before they started putting ads upon opening the app.

There’s such a drastic difference between what’s posted on here and what’s shown on the tv channel. There needs to be more up-to-date postings here to match the news stories that are being broadcast on air.

Would be a great app if I could turn off the NFL! They dishonor the flag and I do not care to watch them anymore, funny the flag stood for equality durning the civil war, now it's not good enough to honor!

I really only use it for the weather radar. Overall ok app.

I’ve used this app for years, but the addition of annoying ads at startup has caused me to delete it. Some of these ads don’t even have a way to close them making the app unusable.

Rarely updated with useful information. Wiregrass area has lots of crime but it is rarely shown online. The app crashes often (currently down)

The app doesn't beep for an alert. What good is that? Try the WSFA app to see how yours should work. I'm signed up to get everything but I get nothing Me too. WTVY App. nor icon will open or download. Major problems. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

Had the number three on my app icon for notifications. I tapped the icon and it didn’t go to the notifications.

Does not work most of the time. Can not even send in a complaint!!

It is a great app for your local news where every you go!!!

How about actually using the breaking news notifications. I mean what's the point in having the capability if you don't use them? Look at WSFA for a model...not hard.

Installed this in case of bad wether. There were tornado warnings in the area last night, but nothing at all on the app. Even this morning, there is nothing on the app about the storms. Useless when needed.

It want let me open the app it just keeps going back to my home screen every time I try to open it!! Would give a five star but fix and I will!!
