You can’t search stuff up as far as I know

I thought this app would be just like the website. Search and be able to watch mostly any anime thing on it, right? Wrong. You can’t actually watch anything. At most you just search and get your results. Good for tracking or whatever else you would use it for, not so good otherwise… Honestly disappointing and you’re better off using the website. Also, ads. The ads are constant and you can’t simply click them away or not be bothered by them for at least 10 seconds. Take this as a warning if you’re thinking that this would be anything like the website, or if you just stumbled upon this app, it’s not what you think… Maybe it could get fixed or updated and there’d be hope. But as of me writing this? 10/10 don’t reccomend. Thank me later…

Only reason it’s getting higher than a 1 from me, is because they were accurate. (Just for finding anime, not for watching anime.) It doesn’t mention anywhere else that you can watch this, so it’s basically just to find an anime you’re looking for, but not much else. Also you get an ad every time you tap something.

I thought this was like the website where you can just watch any anime but instead it’s some weird app to track anime? I don’t know why or what that means but you can’t even watch any of the stuff on this. really I don’t care for the ads on the website cause you can just click them away and even if you don’t it really doesn’t bother you but in THIS the ads come basically every 2 seconds it’s so annoying and over all just a stupid app if you are thinking of getting this app DONT

First of all, you can’t even watch the anime in the first place (Not even in description.) Second of all, its a nightmare to search something up. I couldn’t see where I was typing so it was even worse. Third of all, too many ads every time I lay a finger on the screen to click something an ad about something useless shows up. This is by far the worst app I’ve seen on the AppStore and would not recommend.

This app is really good and there’s so much bad reports but if it not working for you try others this app only do good anime’s or one that got taken off but I found a show I was looking for then found it on here it “Madoka mágica “

Honestly, ads are okay since they are a source of revenue however, it’s one thing to see an ad before watching a video or reading a manga, it’s something else when every button you click or anything you type pops up an ad. Total time this app stayed on my phone was less than 5 minutes before I deleted it since it’s worthless.

Terrible app! Probably worse than their website. Also the ‘search’ option just lists a bunch of non-categorized animes, can’t type in a search. Once you FINALLY find the anime you want, once you click play, an actual web browser is opened up and another ad is loaded. Nightmare honestly

I wasn’t aware there was a 9anime app 😱 I used the website before and absolutely love it, perfect for finding the right genre anime’s and in dub version ❤️

based on what the title tells you. I searched up jujutsu kaizen and some other anime’s but tried to watch it but somehow can’t find how to watch and

I’ve been trying to use this app on both my iOS devices and nothing wants to work! The search doesn’t work AT ALL, and streaming any random anime leaves the app at a stand still! Hope this app gets redone. I hear a lot of good stuff and it’s a shame that it’s so non-functional. 😓

First of all if you can’t actually look for what you are looking for then don’t make an add full stupid thing because it’s only wasting time and you can’t do crap, second is so full of adds I can’t do anything other than watch the add of another stupid one

I should’ve read the reviews first because this app is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend it for watching any anime, it took you to this weird website where you can’t even watch anime

In this app there lots of anime’s and cool stuff but I need to pay for something I’m going to wach of a bit and then delegate the app like I just wanna see a demon slayer movie but I need to pay I do not have a card but if you do then I hope you can enjoy this app

Adds come up every second, I try to search something up and all off a sudden there is no search bar for me to time in, I don’t even no why is this app in this store

This is by far the worst anime app I seen. Firstly, there is way too many ads. This is the least of my concerns. Secondly, the screen is so small. Third and most importantly, you can’t even watch anime. At the end, I ended up deleting the app.

Very glitchy and has an ad every 20 seconds, really hard to work the UI and at the end I couldn't even. Watch anything

I thought I was finna binge watch anime I was wrong on top of that I can tap on nothing without being interrupted but an ad do t waste your time unless you really trying to track anime that’s all this is good for

If you try watching an anime all it shows is what’s it about and can’t even search for the anime so I would not recommend this app

Tried to set up a search and gave up when I had witnessed 3 ads before completing the process. It may work for you but I wouldn’t know.

The app is a scam HOWEVER if you search up 9anime on Google there’s a lot of popup ads on mobile but if you use a computer you can watch anime so don’t download just use the website

It’s basically an alternative to my anime list. The name is misleading because people assume that you can watch anime on it due to the 9anime website allowing you to do so.

Nothing but ads AND you can’t even watch anime on it. At first, I thought it was gonna be like a free “anime watching” app because I didn’t want to pay for crunchyroll. Now I’m just gonna get crunchyroll :/

I thought this was a app where i cloud watch anime the only reason it gets 1 stars is because it was a bit Easier to find other animes
