It would be helpful if they had an English version. But putting that part aside, I was unlucky enough to have one segment of my journey from Argentina to the USA on this airline. It was my first segment so I had to check in with them to get to my next flight on Delta. That was an absolute fiasco. Tried for 2 hours to check in on the app. Finally figured out how to check in on the website. Had to take a screenshot of my computer screen to have a boarding pass as the app never displayed it. Then, day of flight I try to use the app for flight status. The app didn’t recognize that the flight existed. As I am boarding my flight now; the app still has no record of the flight. What??!! This is crazy! I don’t speak Spanish so was hoping to use the app for flight status, gate info, the usual stuff every other airline app on the planet has. But, nope. Total fail.
This has to be the only airline app that doesn’t allow you to add the boarding passes to Apple Wallet. It is awful. When you need the boarding pass, you have to open their app and remember where it was. It is terrible. If it’s an iOS app, it should benefit from all Apple perks.
The absolute worst experience both of the app and the airline. Stay far and away, their system is absolutely in the 1990s and their records don’t update in real time.
Developers of this app are so stupid that they can’t even make this garbage work the basic functions. Ridiculous an air line let a garbage app like this available for download. You can’t check-in, if you can(after 2 hours insisting) then you are unable to mark seats and impossible to add boarding passes do wallet. This app is worse than the company website. Things of the third world...
I like Aerolineas. So it’s sad to see an app this poorly designed. I travel a lot. Have used about a dozen airline apps. This is easily the worst. Despite being signed into my account, I had to enter my info when making a reservation. Plus all the passport information, etc. spent a good 20 minutes. Hit “purchase” and the app says “oops. Please close the app and enter agin.” Of course, nothing was saved. Lots of other bad details. Someone can’t even build a basic database, apparently. Unfortunately, the website is equally bad.
There's no option to login to Aerolíneas Plus and check your status there, which I consider one of the most important things for downloading an airline app.
Aerolíneas me pedía de todo para comprar. Jetsmart al contrario me vendió el ticket y después de vendido entre detalles como DNI ETC aparte la web mejor diseñada con botones grandes de continuar a colores. Luego de varias veces llenar todo y saltear los “errores “ en AR formulario eterno me dice que era muy tarde para booking . Jetsmart lo medio igual con misma salida desde Bariloche ! Así aerolíneas pierde! :(. Aerolíneas no te deja comprar si estas a una hora de salida o dos no se . Jetsmart te vende igual!
Es una app muy limitada Al ser del Estado, siempre fue un desastre Ahora que va a ser de los empleados y sea privada, seguramente va a funcionar perfecto
Es increíble q no se pueda utilizar el wallet de apple y solo a través de la app de aerolineas. Solo las aerolineas mediocres no son compatibles con la billeteras virtuales.
It is unacceptable in 2024 for this App to not have English or Portuguese language support. Airplane apps are mostly useful for three things: 1. View the status of my trip 2. Online Check-in 3. View my boarding pass The app is terrible at all three: -in the ‘mis viajes’ section, I wasn’t able to view the status of my trip after completing online check-in (it worked fine before check-in). -Online check-in was clunky, as it threw some strange errors, which I think was related to the seat selection step. It took about 3 times before I could -After closing the app, I was unable to re-view the boarding pass in-app, or send it to my apple wallet
Le metieron un navegador adentro de la app para zafar, no es nativo. Sigue siendo vieja y no la actualizan a teléfonos nuevos o grandes, se ve muy fea!
Mejoró pero sacaron al acceso a Aerolíneas Plus.. increíble!! siempre todo x la mitad... Lejos de ser una aerolínea de Bandera comparada con la de otros países
No sirve para nada. Realmente pienso que es mejor no tener aplicación que tener esto. Si no tienen presupuesto, ahórrense el sueldo de los “desarrolladores”.
Comparada con cualquiera de las líneas aéreas internacionales que operan en Argentina, es realmente un desastre. Es increíble que levanten una aplicación tan mala. Sacaron la funcionalidad de AerolíneasPlus que era una de las pocas cosas útiles que tenía antes. No se puede seleccionar o cambiar asientos. Por qué los que desarrollan no se fijan cómo son las de otras líneas aéreas (American, LATAM, United) y aprenden un poco cómo hacer una aplicación buena?
