Not able to see you trips in app. No schedule information No location services Only useful to buy a ticket or watch movies - missing all the stuff that makes a native app better than a plain browser.
Online barely works. App can barely show trips and can’t even purchase, not sure if that fits the old looking display that can’t even work correctly. How can an app for booking trips be unable to book trips. It’s obvious work needs to be done to even properly work and that there is no concern or care with that
Once I click on a schedule one to book it just freezes and nothing happens. I try online and on the app and both do the same thing. I called customer service to Book it on the phone and no one answers
