I do not want to login and find my store again every time. Face recognition on iphone? Way to advanced for these people I guess. HEB app is way more superior.

Seriously- shop on HEB and get it together. This is garbage. How did I lose my order histories and also can only book a week out? I can get other deliveries by your competitors today. Get it together and make something functional. Pay someone to actually create an app that works.

The app is too slow to load, doesn’t remember store or notices that you are in the store. Doesn’t work with saved passwords in IOS. Needs to use native biometrics.

This app is hard to use. Have to login in every single time you want to use it. There not a scan for using there digital coupons.

Even dollar general has a better app than this. This is the most frustrating app for groceries ever. The search bar is a JOKE. The app doesn’t want to load or work 99% of the time. Most Worthless app I’ve ever had.

Latest update renders this app unusable. Where is the search bar? Shop by department? What were you thinking?

Search for store shows me the world not Texas! Then search does nothing!

This app used to be good, but it’s useless now. I hope they fix it but I’m not holding my breath.

is management even testing the app to see how crappy the digital coupon selection is? where is the quality control? this app is rubbish

Best grocery store ever!

Brookshire Brothers well bless your heart. You have a nicely remodeled store in my hometown and I thought what would be a nice new app to go with it. Did y’all get the summer intern to put this thing together? It’s pretty much worthless as others have mentioned, but appreciate y’all trying to stay up with the times. Please get some developers that know something about UX and bug fixes for the next round.

App is trash, service is even worse. After checking in for curbside pickup nobody shows. you have to go inside and get customer service to find someone to figure out where your order is. It’s literally faster to just go inside and shop. Defeats the entire purpose.

Don’t bother with this. Totally worthless and one of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune of installing. Took me less than 15 frustrating minutes of trying to use it productively before I deleted it.

This app is totally ridiculous/pointless. What’s the point of providing an app when the services tied to it only apply to a small fraction of your stores. You don’t learn this until after it’s installed.

This app is poorly developed. Search engine is awful. Screen is tiny and does not expand. Have sales items listed after sale is over.

You aren’t able to view each item under the “department category” drop down arrow. It only shows you approx 4-5 butters and I know they carry more. This app is pointless.

This is absolutely the worst grocery store app I’ve ever used. It is not user friendly and difficult to find what your looking for. I like to shop at Brookshire’s but not through this stupid app!
