For all those having trouble with this site. I have been dealing with the problems of password changes for a long time. Could never get logged in. Then I noticed on the emails that they don’t use the full club card number. It’s NOT the password that needs to be changed. Drop the first two zeros from your club card number. Then put in password. It worked! Yeah!
I’ve played at the casino and my points are more than a thousand. When I look at my app on phone it still shows 533 and hasn’t changed for a few months. My offers are never available. It used to work and I’ve tried deleting and and logging in. Still no change.
With all the money that casino makes, they should be able to afford a somewhat decent app. Registration was super quick and easy. Too bad it doesn’t work. No matter how many times you change your password, it won’t let you log in. Great idea, horrible execution.
