Nice

Seems like i finally found an app that actually ask questions from the cdl book. I’ve been taking practice test from other online platforms and was thinking i was going to straight pass the test with ease. Well when i took the hazmat test, the question never revolved around anything that I practiced for and i wasted $100 dollars thinking eventually they would give me questions that matched up to what I practiced. Nope lol. People at the dmv gave me the book. Then told me to leave online stuff alone cause none of the material on the net is on the test. Everything in this book is what you get tested on. I then also went and compared what i was practicing to what’s in the book. Sure enough nothing on the practice test was in the book😅 This app though is way more accurate to the book though. Probably not fully accurate but it’s a good amount of stuff here that you can find answers in the book. Give it a shot

Great test prep tool!

I would highly recommend this app to anyone studying for the CDL written test! Recently I was hired to drive school buses in my district. One of the first things I needed to do was pass my written test to get a learners permit for class B with passenger & school bus endorsements. I’ve never been real great at “read the section, take the test” so I looked for practice tests so I’d know what I did / didn’t still need work on and found this app. I used it in the free mode for 4 days, practicing a different section each day, then on the 5th day I reviewed the question bank and took the tests (4 sections: General knowledge, air brakes, passenger safety, and school bus) and passed with flying colors! All 4 sections were passed in under an hour. Out of all the questions combined I think I only ran into 3 questions I opted to skip because I had not practiced them on here, didn’t know the answer, and felt I’d rather skip it than to get it wrong, but overall I knew that I knew my stuff.

Was 99% verbatim accurate to my actual tests

I went from 0 knowledge to passing my air brakes and combination tests in 24 hours. Had my general knowledge down in a similar time frame. I didn’t even have to open my CMV handbook, this app covered every single thing. It is as close to cheating as you can legally get; it’s amazing and the best $10 I’ve spent. All i did was go through each lesson plan when i had downtime, anything that wasn’t obvious to an outsider i didn’t know. Learning from mistakes, i just finished each section one after the other and by the time i had finished all sections, i was able to get at least a 90% on the first 3 practice exams. If I had more time I would have done more practice tests, but turns out 3 was enough! With that method, i passed the test for my Air Brakes, Combination, and General Knowledge all in one sitting with ease.

Great App!

This app helps to make it easy to study but not all of the questions present themselves in the test. Math questions are introduced in the app which are not done at all in the exam because you can’t have any calculator or anything on you. Also in order to come in contact with all the variety of questions you have to do every single part of the sections and extra tests which is a little annoying. I wish you could just see the questions and answers in a separate part. Otherwise the app is functional and helpful if you have read the CDL manual. Don’t rely on the app alone. The app does set up a good function to get through all the material by the time of your choosing.

Guaranteed Passing Score

I recently concluded my ELDT training course for Hazmat endorsement. While taking the course I needed an app that I could use without having to go online and logging in every time I needed to study. I have a busy work schedule so having an app to easily access was a must for me. This app fit the bill. I studied hard every opportunity I got. I went through all the test phases this app offers for my particular endorsement. Come test day, I got all 30 questions correct. This app definitely help a lot. If you are going through an ELDT training course to get your cdl or adding an endorsement this app will be of great help. Highly recommend this app.

So far so good

The app is pretty simple to use. I like that if you get an answer wrong it gives you the correct answer with a brief explanation of why. I wish the explanation had more info though. If I were to improve on the app I would incorporate all the learning styles into the platform (visual, auditory, kinistetic). I think this would only improve the success rate of each user. Have some audio files in the tests to play for people with auditory learning style, and some more interactive questions for people with kinistetic/hands-on learning styles. I’m a kinistetic learner with auditory as my secondary, so just reading is hard for me. Once I’m in the CDL course I know I will be able to retain way more material. But overall the app is pretty good.

Guide Works

When I set out to obtain my commercial permit I started reading the book, only to figure out that the book was confusing and very time consuming. Guys at work told me to download this app, and when I had down time at work and home I would run through a bank of questions. Within weeks I felt ready to sit for the test. Anyone in PA knows that going to the DMV can be very discouraging by the way they do things. You wait two before your number is called, it’s very frustrating to see people who came in after you being called. Anyway first try at the test and I passed, overall it took 40 mins from start to finish.

Update the app

The app itself is great and has plenty of potential but you guys need to work on your subscription plans 5$ a week for what the app doesn’t even actknowledge that you have a premium every time you finish a course it prompts if you would be interested in premium and once you agree it it finally registers the account but that’s not it after that you’ll get another prompt stating congratulations for your subscription then it’ll lag and you’ll repeat the process all over again. Not to mention every time you close the app you need to repeat the process over again as well can you guys please offer an update for that because the apps pointless to have.. it takes 5 mins to finally start anything plus cmon now 20$ a month for the subscription please fix the problem I feel like all I’ve done is waist my money.

Practice tests aren’t always graded correctly

I would give this app five stars if it weren’t for one issue. I’ve taken at least ten of the practice tests and on nearly every one, there are questions marked incorrect. When I go to the review, it shows that I answered differently than the answer I know I selected. Also in the learning modules, I had to stop at a point because I select an answer for the question, but it won’t move on to the next question. It tells me to select an answer, even though an answer is already selected. A bit buggy, but for the most part is helpful for going over the material. I may update this review after I’ve taken the real test.

Helped me get my CDL permit in less than a week

This application is amazing for me and I’m glad I found it when I did because I was going crazy trying to study the physical manual, but after just one week with this I passed all three of the tests I needed and am well on my way to getting my full CDL. The repetitive style and explanation after every question not only helps you fully remember what the questions answers are but why they are correct. Would definitely recommend this application to anyone interested in getting their CDL. Will most likely use it in the future if I choose to go after any endorsements.

Only 20 minutes then passed.

I’ve only heard about hazmat stuff here and there, but never got the endorsement throughout my 15 years driving professionally. When I got a new job offer that required it I scrambled to find an easy way to learn. I used this app for about 20 minutes, really just playing around with it. Then I figured I’d take the test and see what I was weak on, study, then retake. To my surprise I passed it and all the question on the DOT test were similar to the app. Can’t say I aced it, but I did pass. I’d recommend this app highly.

Tests after mastering

I don’t know if this was the same for anyone else. But after mastering the general test portion. (Very helpful by the way many questions similar to that of the test and helped a ton). But when it came to testing afterwards (whether it was easy or challenging; the timed versions) each test after unlocking the next one was the exact same questions as the one previously. I mastered the general of several hundred questions just to have the same 50 test after test? Where these supposed to be randomized and there was an issue? Or where is the benefit to unlocking several levels to the tests only to take the same one again.

Best CDL Prep app out!!!!

I recently obtained my CDL class A in the state of Georgia. I got a job offer from a company and they insisted that I get a Doubles & Triples endorsement. So I went to the DDS(DMV) thinking I was going to fly through it. I failed & instantly became puzzled because the exam had questions that I wasn’t familiar with. After trying this app and seeing the same exact questions that was on the exam. I knew that this app was what I needed. I studied with this app and passed with flying colors!!!!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 I now have a T endorsement ( doubles & triples) all thanks to this app!!!!! 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯

Good application, but it does have an issue that needs to be fixed.

I love how the questions are set up and let you see the explanations wether you get the questions right or wrong and that it brings you back to questions you miss. I have previously used this application without any issues. Unfortunately I quit studying and never went to take my test. It’s been about a year since I used it. In the week now that I’ve been back on this application, every section that I have gone through has had a at least one question that is a long series of letters, numbers, and symbols instead of an actual question.

Generally good app with some frustrating errors

This is a great App overall that has been very helpful for my test prep. However, there are several mistakes by way of questions that are being marked as "wrong" when in fact the correct answer was selected. The answer explanation even matches the answer that was selected. There are several of these in Part 6 of the HazMat chapter for TX. For example, "When loading hazardous materials, you should do all of the following EXCEPT:". The correct answer is "use a hook", but it is marked as incorrect. The answer explanation even confirms that "use a hook" is the correct answer. Please correct these issues as they ruin an otherwise great App.

This app is AWESOME!

I’m currently studying to get CDL and this app is the best thing I’ve seen as far as prep! It takes you through sections and gives you multiple choice to choose from in the learning section and if you miss one, it will ask question multiple times until you truly understand before it moves on to next section- it also has a test section to let you test your knowledge before taking real test- if you really want to learn, this is the app! I downloaded the book in pdf format but, this REALLY helped me to learn easier

Awesome app!

I’ve had a CDL Class A for 16 years I used a cheat test to pass my Hazmat in 2014 for my company. When my license needed to be updated they told me I tad to retest I said just let it drop off no biggie. This time I’m actually learning the questions and answers instead of just memorizing the answer like last time. This time around I’m getting Tanker, D&T, Hazmat hopefully I can figure out a way to get my passenger and bus also. Definitely will open up a lot of opportunities for the future. I appreciate y’all for this app! Thanks.

Great education

This app really educate me. It was more than I thought it was going to be. It is easy to understand the questions...even though I got some of them wrong The app will save them for later and come back to them... to make sure you get all the answers correct. Basically it gives you all the answers you need to pass your test... just practice and practice. And if you want to do it all over again the app allows you to do that .I’ll give this a 10+. Thank you.

Really recommend this app

I read the book once a long time ago and not much stuck with me. I was looking through apps and had used another one that only had the GENERAL SKILLS questions. I love this app because it has questions for the different CDL classes. After about a week of using the app to review and take the sample tests I went to the DMV and passed all tests within the first try. There were only one or two questions on the actual test that weren’t on the app but the questions are very similar if not the same. RECOMMEND THIS APP FOR ANYONE STUDYING/ PRACTICING FOR A CDL PERMIT

A solid resource for practicing your cdl exams!

I got my CDL in September 2020 thanks to using this app! Used in combination with your state’s CDL handbook, if you put the time in to understand the concepts and take the tests, you’ll have no problem passing them! And yes I totally took a break between tests to go outside and do one quick test in the app before taking the real one! The app is a great value for what it provides. And as I’m about to get back in a truck it serves as a great way to refresh your memory. Thank you!

This app helps out big time and gives us all the questions and answers that it will show up at your DMV... NO EXCUSES!!!! Back then all we had to rely on was most likely books! Also internet’s where some scam you to spending money to get all the answers.. THIS APP GIVES YOU ALL THE ANSWERS FOR FREE!!!! Where only catch is the Ads other than that ITS ALL THERE!!! My only complaint will pretty much be the fact that it freezes after the test where we’ll have to close the app and restart it. But not a big deal because this is a new app after all.

Passed my CDL written test!

This app is awesome!!!! I mastered the passenger, air breaks, general knowledge and school bus sections on this app and passed my Georgia CDL written test… Not to mention I passed only using the free version so imagine the odds if you purchase the full version… Definitely life saver, the questions in the app were worded pretty much the same as they were on the actually test as well…. I am also not a great studier don’t really like to read so I only skimmed through the manual book and used this app as my major studying tool.

Amazing app!

I don’t rate apps very often but I felt like I really needed to with this one. I was able to pass all my CDL exams today (Airbrakes, General Knowledge, passenger, and school bus) on the 1st try using solely this app. You can even set the app to alert you with random questions when you’re not even in the app to keep you polished. The questions in the app are pretty much identical to what you’ll see on the real exams. This app was able to get me prepared with everything I need. You cannot go wrong with this app and I highly recommend it. A+++

Passed Class A CDL Written Test

This app really helps you. I go to a trucking school in florida. Studying through the app, and having some brush up at the school has really helped. Just make sure to READ the questions slowly, and make sure you comprehend the question. Also choose the best answer that makes sense for each question. If you are studying for Class A Cdl like i did you need to look over General Knowledge, Air Brakes, and combinations. then after you get the permit or your actual cdl k on getting some hazmat endorsements

Great App!!!

Aced my 4 part CDL with no schooling or dreadful huge books. This app is word for word every question and answer on the CLP and endorsement test! And their way of repetitive assortment of questions teaches you in a unique way!!! So happy I came across this app. It took me exactly 30 mins to sign into the dmv computer verify my id and pass 4 exams because this app prepared me so well I was able to fly through the test and retain so much info because of their style of teaching!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I never leave reviews but had to on this

Practice!!

I don’t usually make reviews but I had to for this one, if you’re practicing for your CDL definitely study on this app as much as you can. I studied on my GK, Air Brakes, and Combination vehicles back to back till I got it embedded in my brain. I passed my air brakes and combination vehicles 1st try but my GK I missed it but on the second try I passed it. Some questions won’t be on here when you take the real test but like I said study hard and you will pass guaranteed. This app is good for a free cdl app unlike other ones that charge you, take advantage and study hard. Good luck to everyone on your journey!

I downloaded this app when I started my new job the required me to get my CDL’s for The State of Tennessee. I tried to get my CDL’s back in 2014 and I used the book the DMV gives you to study. I can’t tell you how many times I read that book. And I could not pass my test. So I gave up. But once I used this app and took all the practice tests. And I went over them all at least five times each. The first time I went to test I passed and got my permit.

Inaccuracy

Currently studying Texas handbook by actually reading it cover to cover since I have time. I am really good at taking tests and having a good sense of what the correct answer is without studying. Fast forward I took test on app and failed multiple times, so then I got the updated handbook and read 80 pages into it. I decided to retake test and still failed with same amount of wrong answers. I clicked on review test and compared to answers in handbook and lo and behold answers I selected were correct but the graded as incorrect. I like the app however I’m skeptical and second guessing the Texas version of the app.

Works for everything but doubles and triples

I would have wrote a 5 star review because I used this app to pass everything including hazmat & tanker endorsements. However at least in Texas, the Doubles & Triples section on this app WILL NOT help you pass the endorsement test, there were a lot of questions on the test that weren’t in the Doubles & Triples section, this was the first endorsement test that I have ever failed and I only used this app to study for it. Not to mention I paid $5 to unlock the 2nd section of the Doubles & Triples section only for it to fail me when I took the test. Good app but wasted my time and money because their Doubles & Triples section isn’t up to date, now after waiting at the DPS for 3 hours before I can test I failed and have to take a day off to come back and sit 3-4 more hours to take it again!!!

Very helpful and accurate

If you are wanting to test your self after you have studied, this is the app to use. The questions are the same as the ones they choose to use on the test and it is helpful in making sure you understand by explaining the answer you chose whether it was the right answer or wrong answer.

Wow!!

I’m not the kind for reviews but wow!! I didn’t know much about how trucks worked I did maybe 9 parts GK, 2 parts Air brakes & 3 parts combinations and two weeks later I passed my CDL A with flying colors. I was told and recommended not to take all the at once but I didn’t. Great app. Thank you to the creators of it. (I’m reading my own reviews and it sounds like I work for them lol) 100% recommended!!

I have tried all the CDL apps, this is the only one that has the advanced accurate questions that you will see in the test, takes a little bit longer to read but it’s better than going with the illusion that you know the content and finish the day with a different face, this is the one!!!

Best way to study with my phone

I tried two other cdl practice test apps and one felt dominated by ads it was distracting. the other felt like it kept repeating questions non stop for different test. this one right here is perfect it explains why the correct answer is right and if I’m not it still shows it to improve where I went wrong, I will keep using this until pass the test.

Shut Up and Take My Money!

Why is there no way to pay the developers?! You all have a solid product that I can’t say enough nice things about. Even if you don’t want to change for it, put up a link “buy a cup of coffee”. Seriously, the value I received from this app is absolutely worth $5 (probably more like $20, but that’d be a hard sell to a lot of folks). Thank you, developer team! :)

Great App

I have issues reading books because my mind cannot really focus on all of the texts. I’m also slight dyslexic, so it makes it a little harder. But this app has made my life a lot easier. It’s much easier to concentrate and to focus on the questions for the test that you’re taking. Would highly recommend it!

I am amazed at how easy it is to use. You can study anywhere. I hope when I say this it comes across the right way. Best Free CDL App I’ve found

Besides the downside of having to go through each chapter in order, otherwise there is a short free trial. The questions are accurate and helpful, there are explanations to each and every questions answer! You can see your progress, better than the 4 other apps I’ve tried as well as anything I’ve found online. There’s an occasional add but I mastered a whole 20 review questions before I saw a single ad.

So Far

I'm only about 15 minutes into the practice test part of the app and so far it's very informative, the answers are easy to memorize; since they ask all of the questions more than once whether you've gotten it wrong or right, it also breaks the questions down into sections so they aren't just cramming them at you all at one time. So I give it 5 stars for now!

This app is super accurate!!

I just downloaded this app probably about a week ago and just took my written test for cdl class A in new york state and passed all three test general knowledge,air brakes and combination like it was nothing. I highly recommend it if your trying to get your cdl it works. Super accurate cant get better than this!!!

This CDL practice app is above the rest!!!

This app has helped me pass my permit twice. Because of this his app it started my journey to driving a B-class and now an A-class CMV. Highly recommend this app. I’ve tried other ones and I found this one a mile above the rest. Purchasing the pro version is definitely worth every penny.

Best CDL APP OUT IN THE MARKET!!!

This app helped me pass my Cdl test yesterday December 3rd 2019 , I was suchhhhhh a hugeeee help all the questions I got asked at the dmv I had mastered it on this app already so it was a breeze when I took the exam , finished general knowledge, air brakes and combination vehicles in about 30 mins. If anybody is trying to get a cdl license I reallyyyyyy recommend this app you will pass the test I guarantee it. Thank you to whoever made this app haha

The study group I never belonged too.

This app is amazing! Today I passed my WA knowledge test with a 90% and earned my permit. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to get their CDL license. I have quite the test anxiety, beat myself up, with a pinch of CAN’T. This app let me fall on my face, so to speak, and provided the explanations rather than just the answer. Bravo and Thank You!!! Hold on your journey is beginning.

Great app

Only had to take the combination test, but I studied for 2 days and passed. Only had to get 16 out of 20 and only got to question 17 cuz I skipped one question only bcuz it was just a little different wording. I believe I knew the answer, but I skipped it to come back later and didn’t even end up having to do that. The other 16 questions were pretty much identical to the app.

About the app

This app is pretty good actually gives you some pretty awesome questions tells you to answer if you’re wrong has a lot of great things and doesn’t charge anything and has very few commercials or advertisements. Whatever you wanna follow them but actually is a very good.

Literally the best study tool for kansas CDL

The learning and tests on here are exactly the same on the cdl test at the dmv in kansas helped me tremendously. 10/10 would recommend over other study options. No need to buy the pro either unless you wanna view specific stats of how you did i think.

Perfect!

I passed my permit on the first try, the questions on the general knowledge were exactly like on the app. The combination part had similar questions and you could easily make a reference to the questions on the app. The air brake part was also very accurate on the questions and answers. Great job devs A++

Hazmat test

I had to take my hazmat test. I studied for about two weeks until I could answer every question. When I went to the DMV, there were 4 questions that were not on the practice exam. 2 questions were close enough that I got them right and the other 2 I got wrong. I passed!!

Great App!! I Passed 1st Try!

This is an extremely helpful app! I studied questions everyday until my test day. On my first try I passed the CDL A General, Air brakes, Combination, and doubles/triples. Later I will be testing for tanker and hazmat and I will absolutely be using this app again. HIGHLY recommended to anyone who is looking to get their commercial drivers license!

Accurate and helpful

I was able to get my California cdl permit test passed easily thanks to this app. Yesterday, I decided to add hazmat endorsement to my license after repeatedly practicing with this app. The questions and answers are very similar to what you would find on the actual DMV test. I highly recommend it!
