My fav voting app

I am a moa, army, and carat but I vote for txt in this app since they are my ult. I have and use countless voting apps and websites. So far this is my favorite, it’s very fan oriented and if you log in the app a lot and learn all the guides and rules, you can collect many hearts. I have 3 accounts (each in a different device) and I am currently levels 22, 18, and 16. I haven’t wasted any money and I created my second and third accounts a lot later than my first one. Btw I’m happy I got a free AAA ticket :) Love you Choeaedol ♥️

Not really worth the time it wastes

I gave this three stars because it is a good app in concept but the execution hasn’t delivered. The main problem seems to be with the manner of acquiring hearts. The ads fail to load quite often making earning hearts very time consuming. If you can’t earn hearts then the app is pointless. Additionally, persons having multiple accounts also make the results less meaningful. It really should be one account per device at most. It’s nice that you only participate in the conversation feed for who you have as your group/individual but there is still spamming by other group supporters on pages and you have to spend hearts to report them and yet they still keep showing up. It would be nice if they could get some interaction with the actual kpop stars through this app however it seems mostly just people rabidly interested in the game aspect of it and little else.

Best voting app

This is by far the easiest voting app I’ve had to use (though around award season, it starts accumulating errors as more people vote). The prices are pretty reasonable for Ever ❤️ and ♦️, and it seems more sociable than other apps, which I like. The main 2 issues are not being able to log out — having to delete and download the app every day is a PAIN — and the UI: It’d be nice if the free heart refill info were on the My Hearts page because you have to click into My Hearts and then Refill Free Hearts to see how much time is left. I’d also like it if I could see which friends deleted me after I sent ❤️. Plus, knowing how many accounts you’ve logged into on each device would be nice. Other than that, loads better than the other apps.

Fun but the ads are a problem

I don’t know if it’s just me but when I try to watch a new ad for hearts the CHOEAEDOL Duck character often stays on screen and won’t let me exit the ad once it is completed. So many times the duck interfered with the collecting of hearts. The only way I can go back to the home page of the app was by completely closing the app and reopening it. By doing this however it wouldn’t give me the hearts I was promised to get after completing the ad. Expect for the ad loading error every other feature in the app is great, I especially like the idol quiz and the idol face match. A recommendation for this app is including games that allows fans to gain hearts, limiting the number of times a fan can play is also okay ( 3 times is good).

Best voting app so far

Out of all the voting apps I have downloaded this is the only one that’s super easy to use and understand. I didn’t experience any crazy glitches or connection issues like the rest. It’s straight to the point. Plus it has everything on here.

Increasing issues

I’ve been using CHOEAEDOL for a few years now and it worked fine. Lately I’ve been having issues with ads and my votes aren’t being saved. I’ll drop everhearts and daily hearts on my posts and it’s not being counted so it doesn’t go towards my rank. It’s really inconvenient when I drop big amount on posts for charity fairy and it doesn’t count and help with my rank. There should be a way to report these issues on the app as well and if there is I’m it sure how :( please help fix this to make it more enjoyable.

Good App, but…

I like this app, but there seems to be a bug where I would try to watch an ad, but it would take forever to load, and then it would say that there are no ads and tell me to try again later. It says “There is no more advert from advertisers. Please try again later.” Please fix this and I’ll change my review! I prefer shorter ads that are around 5 seconds long. There are so many that are 30 seconds long. It would be great if there was an option to watch 10 ads every hour instead of 5 every 30 minutes.

Lost Ever Hearts

I didn’t have any issues with this app until it took away over 13k ever hearts that I saved up. I clicked on the “use daily hearts only” section of the voter and instead it took away my ever hearts as well as all my daily hearts, didn’t count my hearts for level up, and didn’t even count the votes towards the group I voted for. Basically, I’m demanding that I get most, if not all, of the ever hearts that I worked hard to collect. It’s unfair to me since I spent so much time invested collecting these ever hearts only to have them taken from me without reason. Again, I demand that I am returned all of the ever hearts that were taken from me!

idol face match not working but otherwise good app

I love the unique feature this app has to match your face with a kpop idol’s, but now in the app once you pick your picture for the face match it is not letting you scroll down to the bottom of the page to be able to see your results. I love the other features this app has though, as the voting, fan communities, etc. seem to be working well.

Good game.... but there’s one problem

It’s a good game, I just have one problem... the language. I go to settings and language is on English, but some stuff are in Korean. I’m not talking about usernames, but when it notifies me. I can barely read it because I’m still learning how to read, write and speak Korean, but if its a challenge then challenge excepted( I kinda like challenges) but please try fix this. That’s why i rated this game 4 stars. This is still a good game.

Money grab, glitchy, no moderation

The app is full of people who will harrass and bully you and your idols community, and choeaedol will do nothing when you report it. choeaedol doesn't care because the bullying makes them money. Reporting bad users does nothing. I sent inquiries and get unprofessional and useless responses. I had subscription but canceled it now, there are other kpop apps that actually moderate their platforms I would rather use. And the miracle of the month is a rip off its a really small donation compared to how much fans paid to win it.

Cheating and not getting hearts

I can’t get hearts by ads videos. Second there is always cheating . Yes cheating I’ll tell you what kind of cheating is it, first people can hack the app second they would choose there idol and go to chats see what they are talking or planning for they would ask them to add them as a friend and give them hearts when they get hearts they would vote for another group and members of the group. Like I really hate something called cheating. This is for voting not for playing. If it was for playing then I wouldn’t give you 1 star. So pls if you can update and add these rules plsssss do.

Give me my STAR

I hope you guys would make sure that you actually give me the star when i watch the video and also i hope that you will give me a star after even i might exist a game that you offered me to download. Because i cant play that game all day after i download and if i exist the game after i download it i wont receive a star anymore and i think that really unfair.

Nice app just some problems

People shouldn’t be allowed to change their idol every 2 days, people are constantly spying on other groups and spying especially with the AAA awards. Other than that the only problem I have are the occasional glitches. Thank you for the app 😊

it’s so laggy

I invited my friends to download this app and put me as a recommender as they sign up, so they did. As far as i know when someone puts your nickname as recommender you’ll receive a reward but in my case i didn’t receive any rewards.. I waited for so many hours but i didn’t receive any rewards... Also i cant watch an ad bcoz its always unavailable, so what am i going to do if i cant vote for my idol???

Many accounts are getting banned without breaking any rules

Choeaedol, I have 2 accounts and my first account got banned even though I never used VPN. I believe this is caused by the system error. Many people have address this problem but the staff always gave the same answer in copy and paste. Please fix this problem and recover any accounts who are facing the same issue. Many people actually spend countless hours collecting hearts.

Good app but one problem

It’s a great way to keep up with our idols but the adding friends section keeps crashing. I’m still unable to add friends to give/get daily hearts and my level is >3. I can’t find any way on my end to fix this. Overall though it’s a good app.

I love the app but....

I work on missions on a daily to get hearts and either i finish the long missions that take like a day or two then i dont get my reward. Or i am working on a mission then by the time i check to see if its still there, the mission is gone. So i wasted so much time on trying to complete a mission and not even get my reward.

So intense!

Only downloaded this app for my girls TWICE! Congrats TWICE & ONCE!!! Although the app gets overwhelmed at times, I feel great being a part of a hardworking voting team. This might be the only winning team some of us might ever belong to irl.

Worth the download

I was pleasantly impressed with it and only downloaded it to support Got7. Although a little janky at times, still a very good app and even reminds me when a member of my favorite group goes on Idol Radio ☺️

This app is pretty straightforward and there are great in app directions! It works well for the most part, occasionally crashes but once I reopen it everything is fine!

Constant crashing and freezing

Ever since they had a sudden maintenance schedule on the app just at the start of hot hours it has crashed nonstop or lagged to the point of being unusable. So many people were and continue to be affected even now. I’ve been trying to use the app just now and I keep getting a bad gateway return error. This is garbage. Fix your app before you make every Kpop fandom hate you.

Choeaedol allows you to accumulate points quicker than others I have voted on. It is nice to see the community of artists get together for the greater good.

It's very good but one problem

Application proposal to carefully write the song name of the idol group. The song is called "Life Goes On", not "Live Goes On". Even so, I commented that the application is very good, quickly updated information of the idol.

It’s alright

Great for supporting your group but it is a hassle to watch ads to gain hearts just to vote for your favorite group maybe allow us to watch more then 10 ads per hour

Good but...

I love this app cause I can vote for my favorites! However I would recommend adding a feature to be able to talk with friends. It’d be cool to meet people that I have stuff in common with!

Good but....

The app is pretty self explanatory and easy to use. However, I have a problem earning the ever-hearts using the advertisement option. Unfortunately, it seems that they are unavailable. Hopefully they can fix this.

Got7!!!

Where are got7? your guidelines say you include artists that are currently active and who have received a certain amount of requests...both of which got7 meet. They just came back with a single called Encore, and I know y'all see our requests for them. Why not just add them? Now you've added an additional rule that just so happens to exclusively exclude them? Never using this app again.

Well organized

This app is well detailed. Whenever I visit the app, it tells me where to go to in order to gain more hearts. How to gain them. It is a lot to read but it is very useful.

Hackers

Exols that hacked people should be banned and their hearts should be disqualified because that’s just playing dirty. I have almost no issues with this app but community wise I think you guys should take more action when it comes to cheaters/ hackers.

It's not bad.

I haven't had any issue and it's pretty straight forward. Earning hearts is easy. Can seem slightly rigged since you can also purchase hearts. But it is what it is.

App keeps crashing

If you’re lucky enough for the app to load then you get gateway timeout errors that prevent you from voting during hot time. Um, hot time is supposed to be when people vote the most so what is this app good for? Also why are perform app maintenance only a few hrs before voting time?? Whatever update was applied did not help and many of us just lost time to vote for nothing.

Unable to login

I signed up about thirty minutes ago on my phone but it didn’t log me into my account. When I go to login there’s no where for me to type in my email and password. Why is this happening?

Strengthen App/Servers

Please fix the strength of your servers. When I want to cast my votes in the last few minutes, the app keeps telling me “the request timed out.” Most users cannot even enter the app. Clearly, the amount of people using the app is too much and crashes it, therefore, we can not vote. We need that NOT to happen, please. Thank you.

Under what condition did GOT7 got taken off? Was it lack of physical album? They had up to 10. They left a company, not disbanded. Their discography is still 'GOT7'.
