I’ve used the app for along time love the extra content! So cool to learn about this stuff! But recently I finally bought a new tv that screencasts (Vizio v-series) and it will screen mirror everything except the actual video. The tv will play the video sound but the tv screen remains black:( was hoping to bring you guys to the big screen. I’ll give this five stars if it’s fixed or if Jake wrights me a nice message.
I recently got a subscription to the site and downloaded the app to watch some video that were really cool to me at the time. after watching all the videos I had wanted I had decided to end my subscription, but I ended up doing something wrong and I got charged for my subscription a month later. After sending one message on the app for some help to close my subscription, I immediately got my subscription ended and my money back with no questions asked! The support and the app are great! Thank you for the help!
I really enjoy watching the Corridor videos, normally watching on my desktop through a browser. I opened the app on my iPad to watch recently and, although I am signed in, the app won’t let me watch any videos, telling me that I have to be subscribed (I subscribed on their website, not through the app). Clicking the subscribe button takes me to Apple subscriptions, so I assume that the app is not taking into account external subscriptions when checking for who can / cannot view specific videos. It works fine using the iPhone app, so it must be something specific on the iPad version.
Absolutely love the content, but the app is very frustrating. Any time I have to close the app to swap to another app, and then try to come back, it will not play the video unless I shut down the app completely. It also does not really keep track of where I was at, so I have to search the video to find where I was at if I step away for just a minute. It also does not set up the auto play in the right Order. You would think that a company that is dedicated to digital arts would be willing to put some work into their app to make it functional. I’m happy to pay for the service, but I think it is a reasonable request to have a functional app.
Whenever I watch a video I’m portrait mode with the new video player, it works perfectly fine, but a few seconds after either turning the phone sideways or pressing the full screen button to watch in landscape, the screen goes completely black and the video stops playing. Beyond that, I also can’t get back to the home page or any other part of the app unless I close it from the task menu and reopen the app. I’m a big fan of corridor but this app has a lot of issues and it’s making me reconsider my subscription.
Pretty please make it so when I click the skip forward button while watching the video it doesn’t go away. Some sections I want to skip thru quickly and every time I skip forward 10 seconds I have to tap the screen again to have access to clicking the skip button again. So basically 2 taps = 1 skip and it should be 1 tap = 1 skip like pretty much any other video players. Thank you
It is great having all the content at my fingertips. But after watching a video it pops you back out to the main screen. Not back to the listing of videos where you left off. For instance when a VFX Artist Reacts. Idea and closing out of the full screen it jumps you back all the way to the main screen. Not back to the other videos or even to the next auto play one. It only works if you are not watching full screen. Seems janky. It would be nice to bring you right back where you were before watching the video.
Let me start by saying I love corridor crew and their content. But with that being said the app has some bugs. Giving me a error when signing in. Also a playback error that is always on the new videos making them unwatchable. I have tried uninstalling and installing. It’s only 4 dollars a month which makes the bugs tolerable. But still I would love to see it fixed. I had the app about 6 months ago and never had this issue so I truly don’t know if it’s something I’m doing or something that was messed up during a update or something.
The user experience is great when you're just viewing on the phone. Since there is no AppleTV app (I would LOVE for that to happen) the only way to view on TV is to AirPlay, which seems to always be buggy. I usually just end up having to log in from my browser and air playing from there.
Super happy to be watching corridor crew but I’ve been having one issue with the app. Whenever I watch using AirPlay, it seems to stop playing after I few minutes and then I have to disconnect and reconnect to it. I didn’t know where to report bugs at but hopefully you all see this! (If needed I’m using a Samsung Series 8 TV and an iPhone XS Max)
I love corridor and this app. Been a huge fan since dubstep guns. An improvement that can be made to this app would be implementing a mini player. I find it frustrating to have to exit a video completely when I want to navigate the rest of the app. Keep up the amazing work!
I’ve been following corridor digital since MINECRAFT: The Last Minecart almost 10 years ago. You all have grown and accomplished so many amazing things over the years! So happy to see this app and now the new website be created to have one place for your talented work to be shared with the world.
It's been months since I could scroll to the left without suffering a seizure on any of side-scrolling video lists. Speaking of video lists, why can't I just see a simple list of all of the series you guys have made? There are a lot of user experience choices that need to be revisited here. The app feels more comparable to using a webpage than a native app.
I love the layout of this app and the videos that come with it! My only problem is that I cannot access my profile through the app and have to do that through the website. But otherwise it’s great!
Love what they’ve been making for years on low budget and now they have the means of making even better stuff with this new subscription service. If you love corridor, I’d highly recommend you subscribe.
I don't know what else to say. Their videos are high quality, their podcast is a great listen, and it's clear they love what they do. I wish I could rate 6 stars. If you guys at Corridor see this, keep making amazing content. :)
I wish there was a way to have episodes play chronologically for one particular show. Like Crew Cuts, tap on it and have it play oldest to most recent… Otherwise, we love the crew!
I’m getting the above error message upon trying to open the app and deleting it and then installing again does not fix it. Appears to be an issue on Corridor’s side. As a side note I’m disappointed by how inactive this app appears to be. Maybe they are satisfied enough with just website subscribers not phone users.
Love the videos these guys make. Eager to see how this app develops. Had an issue syncing my subscription but after restarting, re-logging into my account and restoring purchases seemed to fix the issue.
Huge fan of the app. Some small feedback, but nothing crazy: - I wish auto play was telegraphed more clearly and more easily controlled - I wish there was a way to play a list in reverse (crew cuts for example) - I wish the podcast would keep playing in the background - videos would be picture-in-picture enabled 👏 to the dev team for making such a solid experience!
I have tired mutiple times to sign up and everytime it say it goes through I still need to pay even tho it confirmed that my subscription has been completed. Am comfused and annoyed.
Most of the things that bug me can easily be fixed or changed. 1. Have a feed tab to show you if someone has replied to your comment 2. Be able to change user icon in the app 3. Make shows page less cluttered 4. Have old videos show years or months old instead of saying weeks

Why would you make it to where you need to pay every month to use an app that is hardly used and then make it impossible to cancel subscription? You are blatantly stealing money and extremely scuffed
I love the videos so I bought a subscription to watch more content from you guys! Unfortunately, the app is so slow and laggy I can barely go 5 minutes without a crash
I would love to use the app but when you download and open, an error message comes up saying “data couldn’t be read because it is missing”. Hope you can fix this.
