I have both undergraduate and graduate degrees from other universities. CSU Global has been, by far, the easiest process to get started and ready to begin my next educational journey! My enrollment counselor Julie, worked hard making sure I had all the information and opportunities made available to me. She answered all of my questions and concerns vey quickly. I was deciding between several schools that offer the program I was seeking and the ease of signing up and payment structure are what made me decide on CSU Global.
This app appears to be neglected; the CSU Global Student Portal should be included in this app. The first two or three courses at CSU Global emphasize student autonomy, independence and personal organization. So, I think that really motivated students tend to focus on using the student portal with other pre installed organizational programs and features to organize their assignments. It also seems that another application has taken away from this app too, because the other app automatically populates courses, assignments and calendars. I like the other links in the app for example the bookstore links etc.
Great way to earn a degree when you’re a full-time worker
I work full-time, and I have two teenagers, which means I am busy all of the time. Taking classes at CSU Global allows me the flexibility to do my school work on my time. Every class follows a basic template, so, you know what is expected. The teachers are accessible through email, feedback is posted clearly, and grades are posted quickly.
The app looked promising, I thought I would be able to access lectures and at least the ebooks for my classes; but no you can’t. You can pretty much only access your grades and a calendar. I’m better off logging in to the portal via my mobile web browser. Sorry to sound harsh, but it just doesn’t keep up with today’s mobile demands. Especially when the school is converting to ebooks which cannot be accessed via the app. Otherwise the app functions and performs well.
CSU accepted a substantially higher number of transfer credits than any other school which brought me closer to finishing my Business Management degree. The online courses are designed to help students succeed and the convenience of online makes fitting the work into any schedule that much easier. The advisors have been the absolute best and are super responsive to questions, as are the instructors.
I like the app and being able to access the same things that I can on my laptop. Makes it very easy and convenient when you cannot get to your laptop or are experiencing problems with your internet (happened to me) and I was able to still do research and turn my homework in.
Simple, straight forward, and the online work in your own time is forgiving. I’ve only begun my program but I have As in my first two courses. Studying Cybersecurity.
Absolutely nothing works on it. I can not access my course, my email, nothing. I called IT and they said they do not recommend using any mobile device for my class. Really???? One of the leaders of online education and they don’t have a functioning app!!!! I’d like to review my class info while at work l, like to study or work on my assignments on my lunch break, and I cannot get into it at all on a mobile device. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about.
This institution has been amazing and has helped me so much every step of the way. I love my team and appreciate them so much. They have made this process easy and attainable.
The app is basically a shortcut to the website...every icon opens safari web browser. If by accident you push the wrong icon, you’ll have to close the browser and open the app again. It’s easier to simply go to the website. The layout is also confusing. Needs work.
The App makes life easier especially for full time workers and full time mommy like me who are alway on the go. This app is a big help when I needed to be informed of the current and future assignments.
I'm so proud to get the opportunity to graduate from CSU-global. The professors keep you accountable, even if it's only through emails. I give it a 10 out of 10.
I highly recommend CSU-GLOBAL to anyone who is working and going to school. The instructors are knowledgeable and make themselves available to every student. The availability to great resources such as the writing center are easy to access and easy to use.

Very pleasant and helpful lecturers. The assignments are more practical than theoretical. Numerous onljne resources. I have truly been enjoying my experience.
I love the online platform! This is my third online degree and my third online school. CSU-GLOBAL has by far the best interactive platform, responsive staff, and reasonable workload for working adults.
I looked for a program that offered challenging and value-added courses. Super engaging material, relevant to my career goals, taught by knowledgeable and passionate educators.
If your looking for an app to do your school work on and get into your current courses, THIS IS NOT IT. Why are we paying so much money per class and there isn’t even a solid app to login and do our studies, get with times CSU GLOBAL everyone uses there phones for everything.
So far I haven't had any problems accessing the information I needed to. It is definitely easier to use versus trying to login thru the student portal.
Despite this being touted as an app, it really is just a portal to the mobile website of CSU Global Campus. You can get the same functionality by just logging in through your browser since that is what this "app" does. It just redirects to your browser. The interface is fine but I don't see the point in using this.
This is a nice app to access most frequently visited webpages and functions on student portal. Though still needs to add on more features to make it more helpful.
