Today i lost my flight due to ticket purchased didnt match with airline hr, came 30 late flight was closed.. tried to call many time didnt provide proper answer, im frequent traveler and i recomend 100 times expedia they provide answer fast.
Imposible to communicate with them, refunds take for ever
Extremely poor customer service. The app does not have a chat so customer service is not available. The app also does not provide any phone numbers to communicate with customer service. Refunds take for ever, more than a week already passed and I am still waiting for refund; I do not know if I am ever going to receive my refund.
Recently, you updated the app but it’s not possible to add the passes of reservations into the iOS Wallet anymore. Actually, the app keeps “frozen” and then it stops working.
I had a cancelled flight back to the USA on Sunday 14,2020 and since then (today 22nd) there was any e-mail or call from then to reschedule it. Even worse is the fact that they do not answer my calls, more than 3 hrs a day on the phone hearing that annoying song!
Wasting time, this app is garbage doesn’t work, whole day trying to purchase a ticket and every time it goes back to enter credit card information but never can pay
Cancellations/reschedulling are impossible even when they say different on their site. Avoid dealing with middlemen and book directly with the companies on their official websites once you find a good price.
This app gives you access to all the travel services ( flights, hotels, tours, packages etc) and at the best price guaranteed. Used it several times always worked great!!
The calendar: if you have to scroll down to select the return date you are F'ed. The calendar need to be adjusted builder. Useless for me, Tried very patiently selecting the date. It's wasting my time.
