Wish picture has more clarity, not blurry..so person can read clear has description of benefits in detail, everybody is not expert. Has past order list and ability to reorder, so won't have to limited access. Packing needs to be done more professionaly. looks like indian kirana store packing....
I ordered homeopathic medicines from them. They delivered all of them in just 4-5 days in US from India. They are very reliable. And they got very good customer service also. Would love to order them from again.
The company is from Bangalore which is India’s IT Hub and the App is absolutely garbage. No proper tracking of the shipment. Complicated navigation of the orders placed. Poor information bout refund statuses and items not available. Local Patel Store is some what better than this. But they charge 10 or 20 times the product you get in India. So profit margins are huge for sure but app and services are below standard.
It’s good that Indian products are available to us to buy through distacart, but the prices are definitely high. Tribe concepts extra virgin coconut oil is literally $6 on tribe concepts website and distacart is selling every single bottle for around $19 . Even though there will be shipping charges, how fair is it for us to pay $13 extra. So the prices are definitely high on this site.
Just love it. Ordered first time. Great service and went really smooth. Shipment was delivered 4 days early which was more exciting lol. Definitely going to order more.
1) Taking tooo long to load the Items 2) it is showing 404 error in between 3) veryyyyy Deadly Slow 4) The Main Thing is The Coupon Codes which they provided in the website and also which they sent by SMS are Not at all Working. 5) Last but not least The Prices Ughhhh, please make sure to fix a Resonable Prices.

i ordered golden loreal extenso shampoo they send me purple shampoo so many time i snt msg on his whats app number but they didnot respond me i dont want that shampoo tke ur shampoo back and refund my money
Between website and up it doesn’t retain your cart! Support is very poor. They send a marketing email with promotion coupons (thanksgiving deal) and the code doesn’t work. Chat team on their website is pretty clueless. While they seem to have good product catalog if the service is this bad it will discourage users from engaging and making purchases.
