I’ve been watching his videos off and on for the past 4 years, very insightful and easy to understand. I’ve followed some of suggestions and I’m very happy that I have. About 3 years ago a saw a video where he mentioned the benefits of eggs and how and how many he eats. I’m in my early 50’s, just like him. And I’ve been eating 4 eggs for breakfast for 3 years now. I feel energized and have more stamina than a bunch of guys half my age. Always look forward to learn new healthy ideas from him. Best app ever if you want to take care of your health.
My sister past away last May. She was my best friend . She was only 62. Too Young. I swore that weight was not going to win. I started your regiment in July and today I have gone from 227 to 194.4. The key for me is the intermittent fasting and how my body has healed in many ways from . Eye sight clarity , to a clear and youthful brain processing. At 61 I have a new lease on life. Thank you so much for being so open and honest about revealing the complexity of human biology which is not easily explained on a webpage. Most medical professionals and scientists alike who hold doctorates in the so called "respectable medical, academic and scientific community" will hide this knowledge from the layperson because they are greedy money hungry mooches along with their FDA henchmen. I do think people may underestimate the value of the knowledge you are providing here which you could easily profit from if you so chose to do so! You are the best in the world!
I had great expectations, but after a few times I don’t recommend using this app. This app is seriously under provisioned and presents barriers to being critical, like verifying the information, and communicating with the Dr Berg enterprise. Switching out of the app, to look something up or read a paper, resets the page and I have to figure out how to get page i was on. Even more disconcerting is having my emails being composed deleted because with switched to a medical dictionary to get the spelling right. Whomever was the developer was, is clearly neophyte at app development. No, I won’t test this app for free, that’s what paid testing professionals do, hire some.
The day I stumbled across a video of Dr. Berg teaching about getting healthy was life changing. I’m 72 but feel I’m getting younger every day. He teaches wellness and wholesomeness with logic and proof. He’s the greatest thing since sliced bread, oops. I learned that most bread isn’t good for us. Okay, he is truly a God send. I am a visual learner which is why I love his videos he writes on a board as he teaches. Wake up America and get healthy and learn why you have been so sick and so overweight. I love this man for his determination to help us all reach our peak performance.
Dr Berg reveals the real reasons people dont lose fat! He explains everything in a clear and easy fashion. I have followed his keto advice for the last 6 weeks and have lost 40lbs so far. I watch all his videos that helps me stay focused. I love the intermittent fasting and his expert advice. Check it out and start following the one Doctor that will tell us the truth about fat loss! He is by far the most holistic doctor i have seen and is on a movement to spread the word!!

Being tired and hungry every moment of every day and not being able to sleep were the least of my health concerns. Thank God I found Dr Berg on You Tube. In a short period of time, my life is turning completely around. I’m sleeping. Energy and clarity are up. Weight is down. All of the other ailments and aches are disappearing. I have a brand new life. I’m eternally grateful to Dr Berg. I loved when I got an alert that Dr Berg was live-streaming. I dropped what I was doing and tuned in. A stream of hearts were non-stop from the beginning to the end. It’s clear that, all over the world, others love and appreciate Dr Berg as much as I do. Thank you Dr Berg!
I am absolutely thrilled that Dr. Berg has released an app. His videos and instructions have help me lose almost 30 pounds so far. My blood pressure has also dropped to normal. I am no longer tired and exhausted and feel like my body is aching. I have tons of energy and I’m very grateful. The only suggestion I would add would be to allow a zoom function for the slides in the app.
I've never made a review for an app before but I thought I needed to for this. Thank you so much for making an easy app that's free with information and recipes for me to become healthier. I highly recommend this app! I had been listening to Dr. Berg on utube but I love how organized this app is. You can even search a particular topic to find specific info on that. For example I was diagnosed with SIBO a few yrs ago so was able to search that and in one little video learned more than I did from my GI doctor!
I don’t always agree 100% with the information he provides, but the amount of content he shares on a daily basis is incredible. So much knowledge and information, it really is crazy that he is giving it all out for free. Anybody looking for information on Intermittent Fasting or Keto, look no further! Dr. Berg. Love ur content. Here r 2 app glitches so far, that need fixing: 1- Some videos are mute (no audio) 2- Re the Audio content: the audio turns off once the screen (phone) is OFF. May want to make it ao that the audio continues streaming even when the screen is off (like radio, audio books, and podcasts do).
I am 67 and have been a diabetic for ten years. I went to a diabetic coma and had a blood surgery level of 1196. I started at 274 lbs. in March. Today, Oct. 18, 2018, I am at 214 lbs. Instead of shooting Insulin 4 times a day, I now only shoot it once every 5 days or so and that is when I am stupid and eat some honey chili sauce with my spring rolls. Thanks “Doc”.🎉👏😜
I just downloaded this app and I’m still excited to use it. However I type in the search box and I get a spinning wheel that tells me to please wait.... The page is frozen at that point, it won’t scroll up or down nor can you click on anything. I have to close the app and start over and it does the same thing. Please fix, i’m anxious to use this because Dr. Berg ROX!!!💥💥💥💥

Love Dr. Berg so much and so excited to use this well organized app! However every time I try to listen to a video there is no sound. I’ve selected the auto sound option on the app. My volume is turned up. And I’ve update my IOS to the latest system. I’m using the 2.5 version of the app as well. Help!

This is a great app, all the information is at your fingertips. While you can find this information without the app, it would take some searching. With the app it’s all right there in one place. I love it!

When one searches for a video or a topic a please wait sign comes on the screen that causes the app to freeze. One has to close the app and reopen to be able to use the app. On a positive note I see the issue with recipes not displaying was fixed. I genuinely like Dr. Berg but the app still needs some work for me to give it more than 2 stars.
I follow Dr Berg’s keto plan and love learning from him but the app simply wont perform a search in the videos section. I have an iPhone XS and have uninstalled the app three times but still it won’t carry out a search. Yet, It actually works just fine on my old Samsung Galaxy 8?! Please fix this bug!
