No support for face recognition login or even saving login on iPhone
Generally a good, easy to use app that provides good access to most important functions. However it does not allow enabling face recognition or touch ID for iPhones, or even saving login info. The "remember me" function seems to have no effect. This is all pretty basic for most any app, and needs to be included here.
Not sure for the bad reviews but just downloaded this app and was able to review everything that I could in my account. I actually think viewing the content through the app is better and easier to use!
It gets one star for existing and zero stars based on functionality. Logging in to this account typically results in at least a half day of lost time and eventually having to call for help. The folks who manage this program clearly do not use the app and appreciate how difficult it is to use.
Everything is a five minute “Loading window”. Hard to get anything done when before the five minutes is up, the request times out. If I could give this app negative stars I would.
Id give zero stars if i could. Worse app there is to ever use. Doesn’t surprise me tho. Customer service is the same way worst experience you’ll ever have with customer service. That’s after 5 hr of waiting on the phone
this app is overall good, and does its job, but you have to physically type your password in every single time which is annoying. please fix this, maybe add face id or just keep us logged in!
Wish there was a way to see what the tolls are and if they registered. I also I can’t seem to find past toll fees—emphasis instead is on the reloading transactions. How can we tell if we’re getting charged for tolls we actually went thru?
I understand if you have legacy accounts to deal with. But hire a UX person to sort it out. Walk people through, explain things . Give them modern options to use email addresses or something. OMG
No way a modern application should constantly require you to remember a password to log in every time. Provides reasonable info but I never remember my password by the next time I log on. Hire some competent IT professionals to update this app.
