Drury Hotels

Great app but it sometimes won’t let me select a room in IOS. Also maybe add a map so I might choose a location from the location on a map. So many of the cities I need to cross reference to find the location on a map because I don’t know where the city is in relationship to where I will be. Worth the extra work because Drury Inn is worth the drive.

App provides the basics to book a reservation. But the app lacks a lot of functionality. Too many to list here - but one HUGE one is that you can't even see the hotel address or phone number and as such there is no way to copy/paste the address. Major fail. (And NO tapping on directions is insufficient - i may want to give the address to someone else or paste it into Google maps) There isn't even any way to send feedback within the app either - ever option on the menu takes you to a way to call someone. NO. Tip: research hotels and locations some other way - then come to the app to book the reservations.

Excellent!! Hotel room and bathroom are very clean. Great price. Warm and friendly employees. Manager and staff are very accommodating and make sure you are happy. They took the time to talk to many guests dinning in the hotel. Allowed us to check in early. Free Shuttle to Universal Studios and driver was very nice. Free breakfast and dinner are really nice and food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Fast and user friendly. Used for the first time today. I’m hoping my information will stay so I won’t have to completely re enter each time. Only one comment: there is NO Option to choose a Rate preference. As a Senior, I would like to be able to select a Senior Rate. I may not continue to utilize the App unless I am offered access to this type of selection.

I couldn’t book a room while traveling. The developer fixed the problem and I can now book rooms on the go. Thanks

Thank you for fixing the issue and it now shows all the locations of Drury Inn’s. I have a new iPhone and type in a location and it won’t pull-up any locations. Never really been a fan of the Drury app. It has cost Drury my business more than once.

Update to review issue has been fixed. Can not even log into my account on the app. Entering the user name and password correctly. Was hoping I could use this app instead of always going to a computer.

We stayed for 4 days and everyone there was so friendly Kendra that works in the bar kitchen area was wonderful She is definitely an asset to your hotel She made us feel right at home and we looked forward to seeing her each evening

I’ll continue using the browser in my phone for the Drury web rate. I think this or an “app rate” should be available in the app. I saved a decent amount of money by NOT using the app and using my browser. Other than that the app looks great. I’m deleting and will check back at another time to see if this discount has been added to the app.

I have the app on my iPhone but it does not allow me to put in the reservation confirmation number on my iPhone. Therefore I cannot get credit on the app for a previous night that I stayed this week. I think that it should allow previous stays to be listed as a record for the individuals file. Either the app is lacking and needs updated or it is of no use to me.

Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel . The staff is friendly and happy! Service is wonderful. Checkin and valet parking a breeze. We will definitely always choose this hotel when visiting the Burg!!!!

I like the app for booking reservations on the go, but it no longer works on iOS 11. Please update it. UPDATE: The new version is compatible with iOS 11 and has been improved. Thanks for updating.

I found this app to be very easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, and well thought out! Signing up for the rewards program was fast and easy.

It doesn’t have any easy way to copy the address to paste into your preferred navigation app. When you click on your reservation, it doesn’t even show the address.

The app likes to pull a bait-and-switch with room prices. When searching in a location for specific dates, in the list of hotels it might say that one property has rooms starting at $105. But then when you go to select a room the cheapest available option is $145? Where do they do that at? At Drury Hotels I guess. I’ll stay somewhere else for now.

I’ve been a Drury employee for 4 years now and I have always had the app since it first launched. Now I don’t even know why I have it since I can’t even book it with my discount. It always says my number is wrong and my last name. I know there’s nothing wrong with what I type in because I never have a problem booking on my desktop. Seems pointless to have now

Great job on the new app - not sure what else one could need other than the ability to add one’s stay into their Apple Wallet, for instance. (Hint! Hint!) :-)

Drury app has finally been updated to be compatible with iOS11 and it was worth the wait!

This is what happens when you're a business and have to have an app. Clunky. Great for finding locations and phone numbers but you're better off calling the hotel for better rates and the ability to complete a transaction.

I like this app it works well and fast and is reliable. However, I’ve tried repeatedly to save my preferences and it never works. Fix this bug and you have a very good app.

Would be way better app if you were able to book a room using Rewards Points. If you are able to use them on this App I have been unable to find out how. Any help?

What’s wrong with your app? Worked fine forever and now I can’t make it work. Tried shutting down my iPhone with no luck. Tried reloading the app with no luck. HELP!!

Great clean quiet room. The kickback dinner and morning breakfast were tasty due to employee Christina’s preparation!

Why doesn’t the app show my member number? Why doesn’t the app have a “wallet” feature?

Great app for looking up locations and points. But every time I get to the credit card portion of making a reservation, it tells me I don't have enough digits in my card number. Have used both AMEX and Visa to no avail. Too bad.... I stay in the this chain quite a bit.

What an absolute joke. Logged in as rewards member and it will NOT let me choose a city to make a reservation. Endless loop, and dead end. Totally useless.

Agree with other reviews that this app is missing many fundamentals expected of a hotel app. I can't see my reward points or use them to reserve a room, I can get additional info about each hotel, can't type a location to find the closest hotel. Should also be able to check in/out from the app. Should include: phone numbers to contact hotel staff, breakfast reception menus, pool hours/dates, pets allowed etc. I love the hotel chain, but it could take cues from other chains on how to set up an app like this.

The app is ok. But I want to see photos of the property. And reviews of the property would be good, too. It's just too simple to make it worth it for me.

I agree with the other ratings. This app lacks a place to enter profile information. It would also be nice to start typing a location, then have it auto-populate, rather than scrolling through a list. At this app maturity level, it's almost easier to do a Google search.

Has the potential but lacks so many fundamentals like saving your information (AAA #, type of room, bed, etc.). You know like, duh! One's profile. I still cannot see how many point I have acquired. So, take a lesson and observe some of the other companies apps that are very successful using their app as a sales & marketing tool.

Very easy to use! Finds hotels based off your location. You can easily choose number of beds, price, etc. Great for road trips!

But when you go to the trouble of having an App and won't list bonus points acquired, I get suspicious. What's the point of signing in if you hide my bonus points from me? In fact, you do that on desk top and mobile. It's a real huge chore to get that information.

You can link it to your Gold Key account and keep track of future stays, plus make new reservations.

Needs to be updated badly. I cannot view my Gold Key account info. It doesn't remember my rate or stay preferences as it should for a Gold Key member. Would be nice if you could check in and pick your room using the app (see the Hilton app)

App does not support iOS 11. I spoke with a customer service representative and asked that it be report to tech department. Several weeks have passed and nothing has been done.

Logged into Gold Key account. Reservations menu errors - can't find my reservation. To get the screen to find myself I have to log out of Gold Key. Someone reported this issue 4 months ago!

If you're going to take the time and money to develop an app, it should be done right. No pictures, no Gold Key Info, it took me 2 minutes to look through the app and delete.

I get a warning of how this app will slow my phone due to its lack of updates..... No way of tracking points... obviously not a priority for Drury. Worst hotel app on the market!

I love staying at your hotels, but this app is worthless. I have no visibility to gold key points which is half the reason to have the app. Every other hotel app has this. Please get this updated.

This is the worst hotel app on the market. I have several apps for traveling and this is by far the worst.

Not a good app at all. Can't log-in. It will only let me type one character in the password area.

Can’t use after updating iPhone.
