Fantastic App
I used a Part 107 Bootcamp course to get the basics down and then I used this app to study and take practice tests. The explanations were great when you got a question right or wrong to know why. It really helped to wrap your head around everything. I highly recommend this app. I purchased others too but after taking and passing the test I can look back and know this app helped the most.

Find a different study help
I downloaded and paid for the Pro version of this app. I took all of the practice tests and was feeling confident. Went in to take the test and was immediately caught off guard with questions that weren’t covered by this app (like flight categories, what to expect if you flew inside a military zone, and how to fully decode a weather report). I had memorized the questions in this app after so much practice, which gave me false confidence. Failed by one question. There were some questions in the test that were in this app. But the app doesn’t fully TEACH you. You just stumble around answering questions and getting them wrong until you get some understanding of the content. To top it all off, when I went back to the app to study for the test again, they changed their billing structure. It’s now a subscription based payment for a period of time for the ‘pro’ version, whereas it used to be a one-time payment. So I don’t have the Pro access to this app that I paid for. It’s upsetting to me that I don’t have what I paid for, on top of spending the money to take the test trusting that I knew the content and still failed. I would recommend an alternative method of studying for the 107. Best of luck.

Good app but a few information holes
A very good app I passed my test. The format and design is good and the price is fair, But the information has not been updated for current tests and there were some pretty big holes in sections. There were a lot of question I had no idea would be on the test. A few off the top of my head: New night flying regulations, flying over people, remote ID, current drone registration rules. There were a lot of questions about the ceilings heights of airspace’s and what kinds of airspace is under class b and c zones and how high they go. Cruising height of victor airways. And a bunch of questions about crew resource management that were very acronym rich that I was blindsided by. This could be a stand alone resource if it was current with all the regulations, as it is it is a good base and then you have to go and dig for the other parts that are missing. I tried to remember the ones I missed as advice to others who are taking their test. Good luck

Bad Wording and Wrong Answers
I paid the $10 for the pro version and was very disappointed after about 45 minutes of studying. Some of the questions on here are not worded how they should. EX. “If Civil Twilight is at 6:45 then when can you fly”. The answer to this question is dependent on if the sUAS has anti collision lights so I went with the safe answer and put 6:45 which was wrong but had the question been worded correctly then I would have given the correct answer of 6:15. Another example is one question asks “when should you report an address change to the FAA” the first time this question popped up it had the right answer of within 30 days. The second time it came up, it tried to tell me it was 14 days. Some other questions are worded poorly and some of their explanations make no sense for the answer choices that are given. A lot of questions are also repeated just worded differently. I ended up paying the extra money and taking an online course which was much better.

Not really the best app but it helps
I really don’t rate apps but I have to on this one because of my results from the test. I Scored a 78% and passing is 70% I used the app for around 2 months and paid for the pro version to get the reviews for answers to understand the questions. WARNING!!! Do not rely on this app alone you need to do extra research on your own the test was 60 questions maybe 5 questions were exactly the same on the app the rest I had zero knowledge and winged it. The reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because it told me I had a 94% of passing and I did so good luck to anyone else out there.

Images such as maps are blurry when expanded
The app is okay for test prep, however I’m unhappy with it and wouldn’t buy the “pro” version again. The maps are blurry when viewed on both an iPhone or iPad. I can’t even read some of them and have to guess. In addition some of the questions on the test when taken in easy mode on iphone (which gives immediate feedback), are difficult to read as the second and third word of the question are blurry and impossible to read. You can usually figure out what is being asked but not always. If these issues were fixed it’d be a 5* review. I just feel I’ve wasted $10 on the pro version of the app.

Fantastic learning tool to pass Pt 107!
The style of this review augments appropriate training courses to prepare a prospective RPIC to succeed on the PT107. The structure of the app reinforces correct answers for what you don’t answer correctly. We learn best when we intentionally take on the information we don’t know well. Once we master our weaknesses, we are left with only our strengths. This app achieves this quite well. The UI is seamless.

92 % on my very first FAA test
The App is really useful, but it doesn't have all the topics. Still outdated missing recent changes to Flying over people operations and its 4 categories, also the night flight stuff. I still strongly recommend to find additional resources to learn the airspace and weather. For everything else this app preps you well.

Decent help but a bit outdated
To study I purchased the pro version of this app for a month and also read the FAA study guide. Both were a bit outdated and so I’d recommend reading up on changes to part 107 over the years. I also wish there was more sectional chart reading as I spent a bit looking over those independently as well. I still give it 4 stars because I passed at 90% and I’m sure this helped.

Issue going from cell to iPad
Really like this app, and paid for it, however initially I installed it in my cell which presented a difficulty to read the charts in the sectionals. I decided to open the app in my iPad but the subscription was not activated and I kept being bombarded with ads! Be aware that this can be resolved, just reach to the developer and follow the steps in their email - hope this helps

Nice and easy
Love the part where if you get something wrong at the end, you re-answer it. Has a nice flow to it. If this does not come easy to you, I would suggest getting the upgraded version that you pay for to get the answers for the incorrect answers.

I want to love it, but so many incorrect answers
I love the concept of this, as I think it's important to have a huge bank of questions to practice, asked in multiple different ways. Having said that, there is sooooo much incorrect in this. I took a class from Pilot Institute, which has some of the exact same questions. I also looked on google. Both Google and Pilot Institute say the answer is one thing, but this app says that answer is wrong and directs you to another answer. This happened on more than 10 questions.

1/3 of success
I just took a test believing that I’m gonna score 100% as the app said but only scored 78%. The FAA is not sitting around and doing nothing, they are constantly changing and shuffling questions. So I had about 20 questions that I knew the answers of from this app, the rest I had to figure out myself. So please take this app and the answers with a grain of salt and learn your basics. Good luck.

I love the app, taking my test today
The app has been a humongous help with studying for this test. The only thing is there is a question asking if there is any exception to when a sUAS needs to be registered. That exception is for recreational flyers using an sUAS that weighs less than .55 pounds. That answer to the question on this app is that there are no exceptions. Which doesn’t match up to what the the FAA says.

Great app
Helped pass my part 107 test recently with good score. Test did cover a lot of what was on my test. A small amount of things were a suprise and not covered but still helped with map readings and regulations. All in all great app for quick practice test and knowledge. Thank you

It’s very well designed…
Unfortunately it’s severely outdated. It doesn’t cover the new 2021 rules about night flight, categories, flying over people, vehicles, remote ID, etc. It does help you practice if you know which answers are outdated or totally wrong with the new rules. It’s very well organized. I liked it a lot which is why I gave it 3 stars. Hopefully it will soon be updated and some wrong answers corrected.

Only one thing
I’m trying to take screen shots for myself and myself only. To write down later on so I can study and memorize certain things. But the whole explanation of the answer doesn’t fit in the screen. There is to much spacing.

This is how you pass
Good questions, good reminders, this is a great aid on top of your additional study material. The questions on the actual exam won’t be any of these but if you understand the why behind the explanations they give you, you will pass.

Learning a ton
I am studying for my 107 and this is probably the most efficient way for my brain to do it. I really enjoy the ability to take practice tests as well as go through separate topics when I feel like I’m not very good at them.

Great app
I got the study guide (paperback) directly from the FAA and studied until I thought I was ready. A few practice tests proved I was not. I downloaded this app and followed the study guide and took the tests every day. By thr time I took my exam for real I was prepared. I scored a 95 (which is what the app predicted).

Great App for Studying for Part 107
Saw it mentioned on a subreddit and so far it is a great app. Functionality is great. Setup for the practice questions is great. The pro version is extremely well priced, although, I likely won’t need a year of subscription to pass my 107.

DO NOT USE OR DOWNLOAD
Been thru just half of the modules and found at least 8 incorrect answers- 30 completely outdated questions and close to 40 questions that are no longer in the FAA database. There is enough good material that will probably enable you to pass the test but enough wrong info that it just might push you down past the 70% and make you fail it. Great format and organization but needs a complete overhaul by a knowledgeable pilot. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A NEW STUDENT TRYING TO PASS THE 107 TEST….

Formatting issues
Seems like a great study tool. The devs definitely need to fix the formatting. Text overlaps over text on each question making it difficult to read the first few words. Not a deal breaker but still annoying.

Passed the Part 107!
A lot of the questions were covered word for word on the exam. My weak spots ended up being reading charts, METAR, and TAFs The practice tests were pretty accurate in gauging my passing score at 87 I spent about 4 weeks casually studying and another 1 week cramming. This app was great with exposing me to the materials during down time. I also googled flash cards that other folks had uploaded which helped with weather and vocabulary. Nice app overall, easy to use and never once crashed!

Great for iPhone to prep for test
This is a great app to use as it’s laid out to flow well and easy to navigate. In this fast paced world, convenience and ease of an app is important. I study while in the car (I’m not driving), in an elevator, etc. Very happy with the app!

Helped a ton!
Took the test today and passed with ease. Obviously the app/studying won’t cover everything they ask on the exam, but you only need that 70% and this app will help you get there.
