I’ve been able to deal with the app for about a week or two now, but it’s become really frustrating lately. Whenever I try to watch an ad to get 50 votes for a group, a pop up appears and says “Tracking not allowed. Cannot load ad” I’ve checked the settings of the app and tried searching on google what to do but nothing comes up. I’ve even tried deleting the app and downloading it again. And it won’t let me watch ads to get rainbow stars either. How am I supposed to support a group if I only have votes from the daily missions? I thought this only happened on the ipad version, but now it won’t let me watch ads on my phone either. Additionally, it takes some time to load after switching to a different part of the app. Sometimes, the text automatically changes to Korean when I first open it, and I have to change the language through the settings. While the app works most of the time, I am frustrated that I am unable to watch the ads without any explanation. I’ll continue to use the app because I want to vote for my favorite group, but I am really hoping for it to function better.

I’ve had this app for two years now and it is consistently slow loading and has only gotten worse. There’s almost constantly a blue loading square in the center of my screen that I just have to look past. The app frequently glitches and will give your stars/votes to artists you didn’t vote for. They also will delete your account for fraud without sufficient evidence or warning, and they won’t restore it for you either. Their customer service is very unprofessional and unhelpful. All they’ve done to change the last year has been to add more ads so they can make more money without improving the app at all. They even changed it so video ads are now worth 50 votes instead of 5, yet gold and rainbow (paid) stars are only worth 1 vote per star. Overall a terrible, biased app that doesn’t care about their users enough to properly enforce their own rules or improve the app’s quality. Don’t waste your time using it, there are loads of better voting app choices

The app doesn’t always give me English translations and when I hit the English button, it often kicked me back to home for me to have to go all the way back just to end up with Korean again. It’s frustrating. When I created my account with the website, it didn’t tell me to create a password, so consequently, when I went to log in on the app, I couldn’t. Additionally, since the app isn’t working for me, I won’t be notified when my tickets refill. (And this system is terrible in the first place. It should be one vote per person and that’s it. Why would you put such strain on a person? Do you understand the stress that comes with having to check into a website over and over for a chance of giving your idol an award? If you cared about the fans you wouldn’t do it like this.) So all in all, this app is trash because the system is wack and it’s not friendly to foreign voters (which thus makes it harder for artists with a large foreign fanbase to win.)

This app is biased. Very obvious since opening the app. If you’re a fan of a certain very famous group, no worries!!! (Lovely guys btw, nothing against them, I’ve purchased some of their songs) You can have multiple accounts in a same device, use zombie apps and your votes will be counted.🥳Plus your messages will be promptly answered. And the membership is only with photos of that very famous group.😌 But if you want to vote for another legendary group and have multiple accounts in different devices, play by the rules and don’t use zombie apps you run the risk of losing your accounts, erasing your votes and your messages will be ignored. 😔 The app is also laggy, crashes often and won’t let you watch adds as often as you can. 😤

I tried to work it for 10 minutes, mind I’m pretty tech savvy so if it’s taking me more than 5 minutes to see how something works then there’s something wrong here. It’s incredibly confusing to login to your own account, more confusing on how to even make an account! Then you need points to Vote, you have to really take your time to see how you can even go about getting those points. And it just keeps rerouting you as ads constantly pop up. It’s super frustrating and it’s not even worth it for me. I would only get to support my group but it’s seriously a terrible app.

I’ve downloaded this app just yesterday and it’s already getting on all of my nerves. It is laggy and slow and when I open the app, the loading screen appears for about 30 seconds before the Home Screen actually pops up. They won’t let me watch the ads to vote 50 stars because of some permissions thing that I’ve tried so hard to get through. At this point, the only reason I’m keeping this app is to vote for my fav idols. Seeing reviews from over a year ago and now the app doesn’t seem much different, I don’t think management will fix these problems.

I never liked the idea of having to do all these little activities just to raise points to vote. This makes voting so time consuming and even hard to grasp for international fans. So many fans have said voting is complicated and that the reason they don’t vote. It’s unfortunate that votes are lost due to all these different tasks needed to gain points to vote. The only other way is to pay money to gain points, which for me personally, is a no without knowing where the money is even going. I don’t even know how to obtain rainbow stars and I’ve been using the app for years. I’m done with this app

This is a terrible functioning app. It closes our incessantly, glitches like crazy, and keeps spamming ads and horrible pop ups like a virus laden program. Let’s not forget that it has a tendency for bullying and harassment by obviously excluding certain individuals from voting that deserve to be there. I would never recommend this app to anyone for their sanity. I wish I could give it 0 starts but where we are. Oh yeah, app developers don’t delete this review because people deserve to know what a horrible app this is.

I only downloaded this app to vote for BTS. I have always hated using it bc of the glitches, lengthy ads and sheer number of tasks you have to perform everyday to collect stars and g points but I stuck with it because I wanted to help vote for my favorite group. I was extremely upset to learn that the admin of the app elected to remove Suga from the individual voting category. For that reason and because of how difficult this app is to navigate I have left this review to warn others,. Also deleted my account and then deleted this app for good.

i have been trying to make an account for 30 MINUTES!!! EVERY TIME I TRIED TO GET THE COINS IT SAYS I HAVE TO SIGN UP, RIGHT AFTER I SIGNED UP. this app is terrible, and do not get it. its a waste of time. please make this app better Edit: i tried it again, and it let me this time. but when i tried to answer the question it asked me, it said incorrect try again. I knew it was right though, but i clicked the other answers. every single answer said incorrect try again. im deleting this app. this is some bull

Just loading into the app, it crashes and displays an error message the majority of the time. You have to exit multiple times and open it back up hoping it might work this time. Once you finally somehow get in, navigating the app is incredibly sluggish and frustrating. So much lag and super long loading times between screens. I can’t even make an account. This app is barely functioning and could be way better than it is right now.

I would rate this app higher had it not been for the fact that the app glitches and does not give me a quiz to get the day’s attendance stamp. This causes my perfect attendance streak to restart and does not give me the stars for the completion of missions. I have contacted the app for this problem three different times, but NO ONE has gotten back to me. This problem is unacceptable. I’m only on this app for BTS. Once they’re not part of Fan N Star, I am leaving.

They profit so much off fans’ dedication and still don’t have the decency to allow fair competition. They change rules as they wish to stop certain artists from winning with no valid reason given but just accusations of the fandom cheating with no proof. Even mass deleting accounts of one fandom for no reason when no rules are broken. Deregister your account and delete the app. Not worth voting and hope these awards and this app stop existing. Shameless disgusting cash grab

The number of ads they make you watch to vote is insane. The app is horribly glitchy and sometimes ads just won’t work so it just wastes your time trying to reload a video over and over again. It also requires daily maintenance on your account to maintain the g level and increase throughout the year. They’re incredibly biased and unprofessional in general as well. Save yourself some time and just don’t download this.

The interface is terrible. It makes no logical sense. It’s impossible to use easily and the adds don’t work half the time so you don’t get the rewards. Not to mention the staff playing arbitrary political games with the adds that the fans vote for and changing the narrative to suit their agenda of trashing idols for engagement. Don’t bother with this app. It’s way too frustrating and there are way better apps out there. As bad as garbage tabloid Koreaboo. Delete.

Awful app. The amount of pop up ads that cause my phone to freeze, as well as the amount of times the app crashed on me when I tried to use it during the time event. Not to mention also lying on their app about checking for fraudulent votes when it comes to voting for awards. This app has caused me so much stress over the last three months that I’ll never use it again. Thanks for nothing.

I downloaded this to vote for an upcoming show and I’ve tried to login with 3 different SM platforms and every time I try to vote it says I need to login. I do and it just brings me back to the start as if I’m not logged in. The translation is bizarre and inconsistent, the interface is horrible. This is so useless and misleading, I don’t trust this app with my data. It should be removed from iTunes…should be illegal to have an app this bad in 2022.

This app is absolutely ridiculous and they use it for award show voting purposes? The app is constantly glitching, it has never functioned properly for me once in the past 3 years, the language selection option switches back if you go to multiple pages and non of the ads ever load. I cannot express enough how frustrating this app is to navigate. Completely disappointed.

I wish I could give this app ZERO stars. It’s glitchy, it’s slow and laggy, those who manage the app never do their job when necessary and I hate how it works. This app doesn’t deserve any accolades. I wish I didn’t have to use it but I do for my favorite bg. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t touch this app with a 100ft pole. And stop trying to ask for my private info!! Do better!! Awful app!

I’m a fellow engene who came to download this app to vote for ENHYPEN. Once I downloaded it, I saw the reviews. They were all really terrible and I thought “wow either this app is bad or they’re over exaggerating,” they weren’t over exaggerating. I couldn’t even log into the app and when I tried, I got sent to a part of the app where it’s only in Korean. After multiple tries, I still couldn’t login.

When I tried to join, the page for entering the information is in Korean. When I tried to get the page in English, I got sent back to the home page! I did this several times with the same result. The artists are not going to get votes from their English-speaking fans because of this! If this is going on with other languages those potential votes are lost as well. Please fix this!!!

Literally the worst app ever, wouldn’t even let me login! I feel so awful that I wasn’t able to vote for my fav group bc this awful app would take me to the home page after logging in and then tell me I wasn’t logged in and would just keep doing that no matter what I did. Diff acc, delete and redownload, it just would not let me log in.

This app is so slow and difficult to manage. Fans really need to start using it. The app glitches and crashes constantly making it hard to vote. And on top of that, the app/company changes the rules and parameters of voting whenever they feel like it. They are literally stealing from you at that point. Do not download.

this app is so frustrating. In the past, it would take multiple tries to be able to log in with my apple id, but now it won’t let me log in at all on the app. the app is clunky, hard to navigate, and like some of the other reviews, it will randomly switch to korean or log me out. As soon as i lose my streak im done

I’ve logged in for months and it worked but now the daily star questions are glitching everytime I press the right answer it says incorrect this happened on the site too even if you press all the answers they’re all gonna be incorrect please fix this I need to vote and the voting ends really soon

I’d love to sign up , but when I set the language to English and go to the sign up page it goes back to Korean. I tried to write everything down and translate it but google translate isn’t perfect and my handwriting in Korean isn’t either. Made for a very frustrating and confusing half hour. Please fix it.

This app isn’t even usable — the ads don’t load half the time while trying to get stars to vote. It’s slow to respond so moving through screens. Also, deleting Yoongi from ads on top of a crappy usability? I can’t get with this app, I wish I could rate it lower.

First of all my first account was deleted without reason when I was able to open a new account I was not able to participate in voting or point collection. Also my favorite artist will change to another group constantly.

I tried to register several more times, it couldn't be. They don't load things and it takes me out of the application, since I can't register, I can't vote and it's very confusing when it comes to using it.

1. Constant slow loading screen 2. constant pop up ads that literally blocks everything in my view 3. Says i need to log in in order to get stars (i already am) Honestly the app also doesn't even look appealing to the eye

This app was already annoying, illogical, and and a bane to the K-pop industry and it’s hard-working fans. Now they are acting as judge and jury of artists’ personal lives, rather than being the non-biased tool *only* that they should be. I deleted the app.

It is sad that such great artists have to be the subject of these apps to receive awards. After using all these k pop Apps the worst experience is with this one and All Charts. It leaves a feel that something is not right and definitively NOT transparent.

Interface is not great. Keeps logging out & not awarding stars after watching ads like it claims it should. It also allows cyberbullying and harassment of artists by excluding them from rankings or not removing hateful comments. Trash all around.

Very slow, glitchy, buggy, and sometimes just straight up won’t let you log in. Sometimes it’ll work though so that’s cool.

A show that is being extremely unfair and political for a situation that was proven to be exaggerated and falsely reported. BTS and Army will never step foot inside let alone international fans will never interact with your corrupt and judgmental behavior. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

The cant even app to put it lightly it’s kicks you out, changes language, doesn’t load, and the main purpose is voting but it can’t even count votes right overall it deserves a zero but a 1 is they least I can give😒

How can someone get black and gold acc in 4 days? Cause I have 1 year and I can't. Also 80 stars per day? How could you gather them? We want a fair voting and no cheating!! Please repair this mistake cause we are not blind! Go and cancel those false votes!

Just like UPICK. FNS takes your clicks and membership money only to disrespect the artists you want to vote for. They’ll remove an artist’s profile at whim while keeping other members of the group in the running. Not an honest voting app.

Idk why the app isnt loading in the main menu, i keep opening the app and the loading logo is showing but nothing, ive been waiting for a long time and nothing, pls fix this app i just want to vote for txt and help my pookies get number 1🙏

After being on this app for quite awhile, my account was just deleted today. I can neither reset my password, recover my account or set up a new account. I guess I’m done with this app.

I would give a 0 star if I could. This is by far the worst voting app. It always glitches and it takes forever to vote due to constant buffering. Also, this award show is super biased. Absolutely do not waste your money on this.

I tried to log in but every time I do the verification thing with the numbers it says “verification failed, Try again” even tho I’m putting in the right numbers? I can’t even log in

The app is terrible, so good luck having the patience to try to navigate that. There are a lot more better options to work with than this one, sarcastic congrats to whoever designed this.

Shame on this app, because they don’t respect one member of the boys band, they delete of the all categories without a good reason. I can’t support one app or k-media, when them don’t respect one member of BTS. Like ARMY I’m disappointed with this decision!

i absolutely hated using this app. very unfriendly UI, way too many ads and difficult to understand. i won’t be using this again.

i wish there was a 0 star option. not only was this app the most frustrating thing to use and made me want to throw my phone against a cement wall but to add on to that they changed the way votes were calculated in the end and deceived people who spent their personal time to vote. as long as this keeps happening with this app i will never use it ever again. do better

Such an unprofessional app that completely ignores votes. It is extremely glitchy and lags when I would try to watch ads for stars.
