Great brands but they don’t update style selection and inventory as often as they should which is unfortunate. Also the app has a bug where there is no back button once clicked inside an item. You can’t go back to the style selection page you were just on and it’s aggravating to have to find the page and go through what you’ve already looked through.
I’ve been a subscriber for about a year and a half and have been thinking about trying a different service. I don’t like the new plan breakdown with two orders per month as it can be difficult to schedule your orders if you have an event that is near your month reset (which aligns with the date you first purchased). I have also received clothing that is quite worn out and I dislike that they do not offer size exchanges. The most frustrating aspect however is the awful glitchy website and app. At least once a week I cannot get into the app because it logs me out or else it says my password is wrong then all of a sudden it will work. I have contacted customer service about it but it’s always resolved before they get back with me but it’s very frustrating. In addition, I cannot “heart” or bookmark items for the past week which makes it hard to find things for a future order. Lastly, every time I have reached out to customer service regarding something when they get back to me they are very nice but always just like “sorry.”
I have had fashion pass for more than nine months now and two months ago they changed their subscription model. The change is awful and I do not recommend getting a membership!!! You only get a 5 items at a time and two orders per month for $125. Before the subscription change it was 4 items a order and unlimited orders per month for $115. I am not fan because if most items do not fit then you are stuck with them. Which happens most of the time!! Prior to the change I was able to send orders back and get a correct size however now you cannot because it would waste one of your two orders for the month. Overall I do not recommend getting fashion pass and I am currently ending my membership which is so sad because I use to love it so much. There are other cons as well like limited sizes, limited clothing options, and not enough new arrivals. Prior to the subscription change it was easier to deal with because you could send orders back and order again right away. However with only two orders a month it is not worth it AT ALL and A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
I’ve always dreamed of having an ever-changing wardrobe without breaking the bank, and FashionPass has turned that dream into a reality! This app is a game-changer and has made it super easy for me to place my next order as soon as I get the push notification I’m checked in! Not only is their customer service 11/10, the app is incredibly easy to navigate and love the Face ID option!
I love the easy ability to submit my order on the go on my phone and have my account saved there! I love the back button too so I don’t ever lose my spot on the page where I was browsing. I tend to use this app to place my orders more than the website and although I love both, the app flow is amazing. Thank you for creating a fun way to rent and shop!
I was a huge FashionPass promoter for years but the quality and customer service has gone down hill. The app could also use some work. overall wouldn’t recommend. WARNING: they never highlight that dropping in a drop box puts you financially on the hook for those items. I’ve been out $$$ since my returns went missing out of a drop box. Not worth the risk of being on the hook for this when they never tell you that upfront
I have tried all the rental services and FashionPass is by far my favorite! I love the flexibility to return my items whenever I want and how fast my packages arrive. Plus they have all my favorite brands and have saved me literally so much money! Can’t recommend FashionPass enough!
Definitely do not recommend. They mailed me jeans with chewed up gum stuck to the inside and are refusing to refund me that month’s order. Obviously cannot wear anything else that came in that order or continue using this service knowing that they do not thoroughly clean and check the clothes.
With so many weddings, bachelorette parties, and the speed that fashion trends seem to be changing idk what I would do without Fashionpass! They have some of my fav brands and also introduce me to new brands I end up loving. And the app makes it soooo easy to shop. I love that you can order as many times as you want in a month if you need to send things back for different sizes or have multiple events/trips! Sooo worth the $, and founded and owned by women, which we love to see!
Love love love FashionPass, but the app could use some love too. The UX is pretty much the same as web and the information architecture needs to be re-worked to support better navigation for a user. The app also has at least one bug with text authentication, which is the primary with method your app guides users towards. The text code is delayed and, once populated, doesn’t work. You also need a back button on that screen so the user doesn’t have to exit the app to restart and login with email. Great business idea and excited for the app to catch up!
Super excited to see that FashionPass just rolled out an app! It’s much more convenient, but needs some fixes. The app has a bar at the top to click on to use the fashionpass app, if you accidentally click on it, you’re directed to a webpage to download the app. You also cannot close out of the app and keep items in your cart. I have lost my cart twice now by not placing my order in one sitting, which is really frustrating!
I’m a compulsive shopper and I never wear clothes for too long so FP has completely changed the game! This new app has made it super easy to get my order in and made the browsing experience so great! Always on trend and super stylish!
If you have a question with billing or anything they only have a chat robot that is very ineffective at communicating. Not very fun if you have an issue.
