Simply beautiful!
I used to use FASHIONPHILE only on the web, because their app wasn’t easy to use and have limited features, now I see the app is changed, very alike their web experience, and simply so enchanted by all gorgeous photos and the graphic designs, of course the product selection is awesome as always. Love the new app! Only thing I want to feedback is the loading page by page is slow, hope it can be improved soon.

Dangerous on the wallet but soooo good!
I’ve been shopping and selling with FASHIONPHILE for years and this app is a serious liability on my bank account in the best way possible. The whole experience of shopping on their new app is fun, smooth, and lovely - they have the best selection of authentic luxury, hands down, including super rarities and collector items us handbag guys and gals totally swoon over. It’s just really easy to use (too easy says my husband!). Love this app! Highly recommend!

Love the update!
The new Fashionphile app is fantastic! It’s super easy to use, and finding what I want is quick and simple. The pictures are clear, and the whole shopping process is smooth. What I really love is the chat feature where I can talk to customer service and get advice from personal shoppers. It’s a great touch and super helpful. Everything feels faster and just works better than before. Kudos to Fashionphile for this amazing update!

I’m going to be using this every day…
I can tell this app is going to be my new obsession for a long time. I like to shop a lot (so I need to sell a lot too). This app lets me submit photos for quotes in hardly any time at all. I can’t believe how many beautiful things they have, it’s so fun to shop and see what new things pop up every day. I have found heaven!

Horrible service and not trustworthy
I am starting to believe that this is a scam …I have attempted to make 2 major purchases with this company with all of them ending miserably..the first purchase was 2000 for a birthday gift for myself I didn’t receive an confirmation email and then after about 2 days of checking the app I realized that they cancelled my order without any form of notification . Then the second time I tried to purchase an item valued over 5000 and they did the same thing with this purchase but instead this time they attempted to keep my money so I had to call to dispute the charge it with my banker. Be careful guys

New and Improved!
Fashionphile recently updated their app and made some major improvements. It’s super easy to browse and everything loads quickly, no lag. My opinion, Fashionphile has the best inventory of luxury bags, esp Hermes.

Decent, but slow when you select the magnifying glass
I loved the app, but after the most recent update I noticed that after you select the magnifying search option, it takes forever to load. I had to force close the app, and even delete and reinstall the app. It’s annoying.

Unreliable & glitchy
I’ve had this app for many years and it has never worked seamlessly. Sometimes, you can’t search, sometimes your carefully curated search history get erased. Managing loved items is a pain. In short, the app needs an overhaul.

Refunded twice!
I have tried to order a Louis Vuitton purse 2 times. Both times, I received a confirmation email right away. Several hours later I received a cancelation email. I guess they don't want my money! I give up. 🥺

Glitchy
Definitely needs a lot of work. Somethings everything doesn’t show on the screen. The photos don’t always load on the main screen you have to view the item in the zoom to see the whole item otherwise it’s cut off. I had to figure out why all of my items I follow didn’t show up in the app and it’s because it doesn’t show sold items. I thought it was just missing a lot of my following items until I went to the actual website. Sometimes all of my followed items sold out or not still don’t show up. I’ve had a notification on my app for over a week now and couldn’t figure out why. It was working my nerves I just deleted the app and reinstalled. If this keeps up I’ll just delete all together and use the actual site.

Glitchy & doesn’t let you log in
Terrible app! It’s almost as if they don’t want you to make purchases or sell! Froze upon making a purchase and my cart has been stuck starting with a negative balance as if they’ll owe me if I make the purchase. Because of that, I can’t make any purchases. App is stuck not letting me sign in with Face ID and when password is changed, it fails to update. Then when it does work, it says too many attempts and won’t let you in again. Frustrating in the least. This app needs an update BADLY!!! Besides that, the favorites are lined up terribly, can’t filter at all. There’s more - when you filter a search, it gives RANDOM items completely unrelated to the filters. ALSO, when you reach out via email - they don’t respond! Good luck with this app.

Need improvement
I would have loved to shop on Fashionphile app but always get irritated with it. I don’t have the patience enough to keep coming back and get stuck with the same problems. I have to click on the images to be able touch screen enlarge and the favorite items are alway in a format that is not appealing to see (so small). I can’t even see all of them as well because the app wouldn’t download the rest. Fashionphile should really study from The Real Real’s app. I love shopping for clothing there. It’s so easy and I can even go back where I was after I close the app. They have a real good app there!

Very glitchy, needs a serious update
Photos don’t load correctly, takes forever and you have to go to the next photo then back to the previous to get it to load. Their filter does not work. You tap to view all bags or all accessories or whatever and then filter by anything: color, size, etc… and it brings up everything, not just the category you chose… so you choose bags, then gold. It brings up everything on their site that is gold. Very annoying. Seems like they have had these issues for sometime and need to put some focus and money back into their app.

If you want to sell on this site! Then know that you will lose more than you earn. Because if after your numerous pictures they promise you 70%. But then when you send. After a week, they will say that they changed their minds and after their (authentication)? My things are all with proof of authenticity. The team of this site has no idea of ​​authenticity at all. They will tell you that they will not give you anything and if you want to return your product, then you have to pay $ 75 ????? REALLY!!! These guys make money only on the fact that they lure people out of $ 75 for the fact that they would return their goods !!!!

Needs work
Love the website, and when they released the app I got so excited! buuuuuut. I've noticed that once in and while when I go on the app it signs me out?! I don't understand why., and when I use the app I noticed that my screen will dim and go bright. Not quite sure what that is about, my settings on my phone aren't set for automatic, so I think it has to do with the app. I really hope they fix some of these issues 🙏🙏

I read a review that said the site needed work and about difficulty in viewing the photos; however, I haven’t come across any issues and LOVE the site! As a matter of fact, I’ve recommended the site to several people! I’m obsessed with the Fashiophile app and seem to on it whenever I’m on my phone!

Snail app
Hope your not in a rush, because this app takes so long to load up! I could cook a full coarse meal, come back and it’s still not loaded. And that white screen that your looking @ is like watching paint dry! The rest of the app appears fine(when it’s actually working.) I don’t know if this is just an iPhone malfunction or does it apply to others, but what is the use of an app if you can’t get it to work. P.S. I tried re-downloading and restarting, still doesn’t load up!

Couldn’t even sign in...
I couldn’t even get passed the sign in screen of this app! Inconsistent error messages popped up for why they were unable to complete the process. Once it was account info, then it just timed out with an error... So awkward! No way even if I was finally able to sign in would j ever use this to make purchases. Who knows WHAT glitch would go on during a purchase with your credit card info. Account info works fine on the website so it definitely is not me......

Glitch
I have had he same notification and can’t get it to go away for months. Tried opening everything possible and NO LUCK! I will delete the app and reopen. This is my third time having to do this, can your IT people please figure this out. The previous review states the same complaint. Thanks!

Filtering doesn’t work as expected
I can’t filter the way that I would expect. Example: I want to look at bags from a specific brand and are only in good condition. So I open the app tap bags, all bags, and I see bags. Then I open the filter and select a brand and quality level. Now I see that brand’s bags but also shoes, clothes, etc!! I don’t have time to scroll through thousands of random objects. I have mentioned this before but still no fix!

Products becoming worst and worst.....
They used to be my number one online shopping. That’s not the case anymore as I’ve brought a few Louis Vuitton and they ended up NOT BEING AUTHENTIC as they claimed each products are throughly inspected by their team of professional who authentic each products. Why sell this and knowing it’s “FAKE” not genuine real? My husband is an Attorney here in San Francisco and he has taken it upon himself to personally reach out directly to The Attorney General Office in California to have Fashionphile fully investigated.......

Glitchy?
The app is telling me to log in when i try to use the search option then once I use my fingerprint ID it won’t log in. However, when I go to to those steps it shows me logged in already .It also won’t let me log in manually says I’ve tried to log on too many times. I can login to any other app with fingerprint so I think the app is buggy

Full of bugs
This app is full of bugs-everything from it not allowing you to place an order because it won’t display the choose shipping screen, when I contacted them through email the keyboard would only let me write in caps, pushing me to the top of the screen after returning to shopping, little tiny images for pictures so you can’t see what you want buy. It’s really weird for an e-commerce company to have this many tech problems. Get it together Fashionphile!

Like the store hate the app
I’ve sold and purchased from FASHIONPHILE and I do enjoy it for that but this app is one of the worst I have ever used. It’s so disappointing. I don’t understand how they can allow so many obvious flaws. I would list them but I don’t get paid to do their job for them. So many simple things don’t work on the app. It makes them seem unreliable and cheap as a company.

Cannot log in
Dear FASHIONPHILE: please fix your app. I cannot log in after numerous times of re-downloading the app. I have the right password. There are other glitches that render your customers frustrated such as the lack of updates on your favorites. But first and foremost, it would be helpful to allow your customers to log in. At this point, I can only log in from my MacBook, and that defeats the purpose of an app. Please fix.

Shouldn’t offer the layaway
If the layaway option is only available through the website checkout process then it shouldn’t be offered or advertised on the app unless there is a redirect option to the website to process the payment or setup layaway.

Mobile app is so hard to use!!
So many necessary features are missing on the app: no way to see sold following items, can’t filter conditions for bags (only new and used for condition filter? How’s that even helpful since there are several conditions under used??). Had to go back to web version to use those missed features! Definitely needs a lot of work.

Pros and Cons
I like the appearance of this app way more than some of its counterparts. It displays the items better and I prefer the way it refined and sorts. On the flip side, the pictures take forever to load. It always says I have a notification when I don’t. And the tracking doesn’t update well on the app. You have to go to the shipping company’s site if you want to know what’s going on.

The worst shopping experience ever
The worst shopping experience ever. I returned the bag, and after one month I didn’t get the money back and they didn’t send my bag back either. Everyone form FASHIONPHILE tell me plz be patience, it takes 5-8 business days, come on! It already been one month, that’s so ridiculous. I don’t know what else can I do to get the bag back or get anything. I lost my money and the time and the patience.
