When the app was updated, they struggled with getting it right. The refund option wasn’t working, nor the gift cards. They’ve fixed those problems, now, and it seems to be working fine, now. More, they contacted me to make it right after I had an issue. Issues happen. They owned it and made up for it. I really like FatCats, and use the app all the time.

This is pretty simple and straightforward. It is a good app to use to look at their movies and buy tickets and look at your account for awards. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the app is not set up to allow you to upgrade to the FatCats Gold membership through the app. If there was someway to make that happen (which there should be…as a society we can manage our banks, TV’s, and even house lights through apps) it would be straightforward and simple app to use for all FatCats purposes, and probably worthy of the fifth star.

They have great customer service if you have a question you may send a message and they respond right away. They are always open have great food and beverages

Overall, the app does what it needs to, search for movies, review rewards benefits, etc. However, the ability to change or cancel tickets and or request a refund prior to the movie start time (never less than 4-6 hours) is met with an error message requiring a call or text/chat message with the theater.

The new forced update is subpar. I haven’t used it much but already it has two flaws. First as much as I have looked I can no longer see how many point I currently have. I can see that I can spend the but nowhere to see the total. Second when trying to book a movie sometimes you look at a time and see that they don’t have seats you would like to purchase so you back out to select a new time. However now when you back out it out it sends you to the top of the movie selection screen. So you have to scroll all the way back to the movie you want to see and pick a new time. Pretty annoying. Doesnt seem like they did much user experience testing.

This is one of the worst updates I’ve ever seen. It’s so not user friendly. You can’t find the movies you can’t find the times you have to select your theatre every time there is not list of what movies are showing the dates hard to find whoever approved this update should be fired and whoever did the update should fire themselves. Stop letting gen z create things their minds are messed up

I've been through the password reset several times. I can log in online but the app won't let me log in. Says the info is wrong. I've deleted and reinstalled. Tried app support and the support page won't load. Sorry guys, can't give a good rating if it doesn't work and can't get support for it.

Ever since the update, I am unable to see my points total on the app. I have to sign into the website and then I can see it, but I can’t find it on the app.

I’ve been a fat cats customer since 2022 and had racked up pretty good rewards and with the app update, it reset purchase history wiping all all rewards points accumulated. Maybe that info is still to be uploaded??? Otherwise this update is extremely costly.

You are charged a fee and can’t get tickets with points on the app. Money grab.

No matter what I do, or how many times I reset my password, I cannot login to the app. No issues on a desktop computer. But always issues on the app. If I can’t use the app at all, it only gets 1 star.

Your app needs some improvement. I have a gift card and membership and should be able to add my gift card to my account.

After the update you can’t see what your rewards balance is.

Just updated the app. Now recaptcha isn’t working so I can’t “verify I’m human” and thus am unable to sign in to the app. Recaptcha says “ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key”

I Love Fats Cats. Its A Dope Spot. I Just Wish Their App Was More Updated With Everything The Offer Within Their Building.

Great app for viewing points and purchasing tickets. Would love to have ability to store payment information as I purchase tickets almost every week and have to always manually enter. Would also love if the ability to save tickets purchased to Apple wallet. There is a button to do this but it never works. Always get an error.

One of the worst apps I’ve tried using. I don’t have an account yet it says my email is already in use. I input my email to do a password reset and it says my email isn’t recognized?!? Can’t even go in to view movie times or anything else. Main event it is.

I really like this app to easily keep track of tickets and points. Now when I open it, it says to update then takes me to the App Store where it shows it’s already been updated before letting me open the app directly from the App Store. It also doesn’t seem to recognize that I’m a gold member when ordering tickets and asks me to upgrade before proceeding so I had to order my tickets on the site instead. Otherwise, I really enjoy what the app has to offer.

I’m extremely disappointed with this app, because it only allows you to sign into your account from one device. This means I can’t use my account on both my iPhone and my iPad. Signing in from a second device logs you out of the first device. This is also problematic because my wife and I should be able to use our account to buy tickets. But if I’m signed in, she gets kicked out and vice-versa. This is completely ridiculous!!!

For the past few weeks every time I open the app, it says it is the old version and redirects me to the App Store and then there is no update to do. Needs an immediate fix!

I love using the FatCats app! It is simple to navigate and make purchases. I can track my loyalty points and redeem rewards using the app. So glad they have these features.

The app is okay with a few noticeable bugs. The coming soon crashes, it will not transfer tickets to Apple wallet. It read Safari can not open this page. The up grade portion seems to not let me up grade and it freezes up.

So clearly you don’t want me to come to FatCats and buy a ticket to a movie. If you did you would let me see what the heck is playing without jumping through hoops of user names and passwords. I created an account months ago but don’t remember which email I used. So I have to try every email with the forgot password option just to see what’s playing. I’m done. Regal here I come.

I like the app a lot. It's easy to use and helpful to keep track of rewards. It has a few bugs though. The most annoying one is when I tap on "coming soon" when browsing movies and the app always crashes. I have to look up coming soon movies on the website.

Keeps telling me to upgrade, takes me to App Store and there is no upgrade

The app hasn’t been to bad. Some minor bugs but the last update keeps telling me the app needs an update. I click on it and it goes to the App Store and then I click open and it goes back to the app and it works. This happens every time I use the app even after updates.

Since the last update, every time I open the app it tells me I need to update it to the newest version. It then goes to the App Store but there’s nothing for me to update because low and behold - I do have the updated version. Very annoying.

This is a constant issue. Paying $25 a year for gold to avoid the convenience fee and get other bennies but we still pay the convenience fee. Please fix this.

The movies times are wrong 100% of the time, extremely annoying and frustrating having to explain to my kids why we can’t see the movie we just drove 50 minutes to see. We love FatCats but this app is useless and has caused us to have to go see movies at other theaters.

The app is visually appealing and good for looking things up, but it freezes or closes on me often, and there’s an error whenever I try to buy tickets. I always end up having to pull up the website on a browser instead.

…When I go into the App Store there is no update!! It’s annoying that I have to click on the update and get taken to the App Store and it does nothing. Pls fix this!!

This app needs contact information for the corporate office, to submit app bugs, and account issues. The locations can’t do anything regarding the app or fixing accounts, and fat cats seems to have gone out of their way to obscure any contact to the corporate office.

No Sign in With Apple, won’t accept my credit card information or Apple Pay and won’t let me use Apple iCloud Keychain. Worst of all there is literally no way to cancel your membership/sign in information when you are in satisfied.

I am trying to update the app and it doesn’t work. There are issues when trying to find movies and the save to apple wallet no longer works. I love Fat Cats but the app is terrible.

It tells me to update, but it won’t update. The the app keeps resetting and forcing me to update when I have already tried and it fails again to update. Frustrating circle of doom.

This is completely unusable to purchase tickets. So frustrating. I finally got to pick your seats and it’s stuck on the social distancing warning. No way to go on at all.

Fat cats is awesome, but this app is horrendous. There are places in the movie checkout that are nearly impossible to navigate because the field disappears beneath the keyboard and there’s no option to close the keyboard. Someone needs to find a new app developer.

App will not scan any of my credit cards. The app constantly tells me to updat the app but when you go to App Store there is no update. The app is completely unusable in this state

Signing in via web version works. Through the app? Not so much. This version is pretty bad, I’d find a different app building company to work with.

Tells me I have to select number of tickets yet no where will it allow me to click on and choose a number. App not much use if you can’t complete a purchase.

As I open the app the msg is appearing update app, but not showing the link to update.
