My email is no longer recognized. Every time I want to use the app it is painful process to log in. Please let us create a password and use face recognition to sign in. I have the app 2 stars because when I can use it, it’s great data. Right now I need a specific British Airways confirmation that is only found in the app, and not my email receipts and confirmations. It’s so frustrating not to be able to access the app! Please fix so I can log in again!
The app works less than a third of the time I try to use it. Often says its an unrecognized email and I cant login. I have to delete the app and reinstall it and then buttons wont work to make a selection so you can only get so far before ending in frustration (and no reservations). The only option is to call and face a lengthy hold time for an expensive call for someone to make a simple car rental or flight reservation for you (we have to use FCM for company travel or I would book elsewhere). A travel app that almost never works from a mobile phone is useless, 1 star is too high but it wouldn't let me pick 0.
I’m a FCM customer and am having an app issue. I called technical support to get help and they told me they don’t support the app. The app support link in the Apple App Store takes you the same people that don’t support the app. My issue still exists.
This app is painful. 1. No Face ID 2. Will not stay logged in. SSO is nonfunctional, so you have to use the magic link every time you want to log in 3. Trying to book a flight through the app redirects you to the website 4. Going to the website suggests you use the app 5. Viewing flights is painful This app will make you pull your hair out, scream at your kids, and quit your job because of how utterly frustrating it is to use. I’m hoping the developers are aware.
I love this app! The FCM chat function is a life saver and saves me from standing in a line to get on another flight. Their customer service is five stars! I love the intel on cities that I’m traveling too and very easy to check in to flights.
Concur with the problems in all the other one star reviews and I would add that once I finally do select a hotel property, the whole thing freezes up, and I have to start over. It’s easier to just book the hotels through the hotel apps, despite company policy. I can’t use a tool that doesn’t work.
If your company is thinking about migrating to this platform, please reconsider. iPad app is garbage and doesn’t work. iPhone app just sends you to a webpage that is poorly designed. Several issues with my accounts, finding available hotels, and getting support. Hard pass.
The app does not keep me logged in and whenever i go to book or view an item, it redirects me to a webpage. What is the point of the app if I can not use anyone of the functions in the app itself
I literally can not use this app. When I try to log in with my company SSO, it kicks me to the web browser and never returns to the app, making the app 100% useless.
The app and the website are very very poorly done. Slow, confusing, just low quality. They put the cabin emissions in there to look modern, but it clutters up the screen.
Can’t use the app because the SSO login sends me to a browser for login and then never goes back to the app. I don’t have a PW for the app/FCM other than SSO, so I can’t use the app.
