Right off the bat they started making things difficult with their regestration process. I’m trying to register and it won’t let me, AND it won’t tell me why it won’t take my registration.
Is this application not active anymore? I’m trying to view some vector files desperately, and this program looked promising. But I get no feedback as to whether my account was created, no apparent sign in page that’s different from the sign up sequence, no confirmation emails or emails period; is this thing defunct?
I'm a paid Premium subscriber. A portion of Flaticon's icons are Premium-only. But in this app, any icons that are Premium AREN'T EVEN DISPLAYED. Where an icon thumbnail would be is just a blank square. And if I want to see what that Premium icon would have been, I have to click the "link" button which opens a browser and web page. And downloading from the site takes far longer -- have to choose format, save, import, etc. Weirdly, this formerly worked -- Premium thumbnails would display with a watermark. If I wanted one, I still had to open the browser and download it -- but at least I could see them in the app, and avoid wasting time opening pages just to see them. Sometimes a search displays more empty squares than actual thumbnails. All Premium icons that I pay for but can't see. Am I supposed to open 35 web pages just to see if I like an icon?? The drag-and-drop is great -- I can drag in multiple icon options and see what works with my designs. But often I end up just using whatever icons show up in the app out of frustration. The app should display Premium icons with watermarks, and Premium users should be able to sign in through the app and download what we pay a lot of money for. Flaticon has not updated this app in at least a year. The copyright still says 2015. Flaticon proclaims on their site that this is "The perfect app" -- but far from it, and it's useless to their most valuable customers -- the ones who support them with paid subscriptions.
