I purchased a belt from them. When I received it I noticed that the tags were cut off. No signs of wear but definitely could have been worn once and returned to them then resold as new to me. Not a big deal but it definitely throws you off. Id add that the products they sell are definitely authentic.
Update: there is an issue with the CATEGORIES menu. After selecting categories the app lost the ability to actually select a category. Please fix Love the app! Please add the ability to message a question about an item right from the app.

I usually end up returning products that I purchase from here because online images look very different than actual product. One time I ordered a dress that had buttons online that were not on the actual dress. Because of this, I only order from here when I can’t find the product on other websites.
I enjoy the app but the only thing I dislike is that sometimes in other pages they have the same items (some) but in sale and in FWD they still at regular price

Forward overall is an outstanding online designer clothing site. It beats all the major sites such as... Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Net net-a-porter mainly because of their selection of clothing . The best part is how easy it is to make returns.
I was told that my card need to be verified so they requested a picture of the card FRONT & BACK! When I called they just said “we’ll cancel the order then” This is the first time I come across a request like this in all my years of shopping .. Definitely taking my shopping elsewhere!
For the life of me I do not understand why none of the shopping sites allow you to shop close by matching sets. Why can’t they simply let you shop matching sets? It’s simple add a category that says matching sets!!!!
Honestly I love this site but the app was super difficult to use. The UX isn’t intuitive and it glitches so much — I had to enter my information 5 times. It would be cool if there was a Paypal integration so you didn’t have to re-login.

The app crashes every time I go to check out. I love FRWD otherwise! Just needs to fix the glitches especially when the checkout total is kind of expensive :)
Love this site on the web and app. Few things I would like to see updated and improved so to make this app forward in app development. One is the wish list. Currently the wish list only allows you to view one iPhone screen of wish list. If I need to add other items in wish list to buy I have to revert back to using a computer. That is extremely inconvenient. Second is the ability to view an item in larger screen shot. Else it's a beautifully curated site with awesome fashion.
By far the quickest app I have on my phone. Simple, intuitive, clean design like their website with high quality pics that load right away, zero learning curve... Wish all shopping apps were this awesome. Highly recommended!!!

The what's new feature doesn't show what's new, but nearly 2,000 items grouped by type. Therefore, to see what's new you have to go to website, making app nearly pointless. Please fix- it used to work! Also, add back in "newest" under all "sort by" menus.
I've loved this app for the last year or so. I love the clean, minimal aesthetic, and it's very user friendly. However, the newest version of it crashes within seconds of opening it, each time I try. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, but it continues to crash. I can't recommend anyone download the current version since it's unusable. 😞
