My husband and I have stayed at, gambled and eaten at 99% of your restaurants.. We both absolutely love your full house restaurants but have noticed them being replaced by this “taste” concept.. Please do not remove the two you have left.. We older couples enjoy going for a night out.. Your PRIME restaurant at wild horse is definitely 5 thumbs up in every way.. customer service, food, ambiance.. excellent!! Most everything has been good but ,, at your new San Tan casino the food is to be desired.. The honey and vine.. & the Chinese food is horrible.. please take another good look at what is not working there in your food area.. maybe something like a quick hot dog, (Costco) ,, a chicken sandwich ( chick fil le) ,, all at one counter.. ice cream cones, etc. San Tan itself is beautiful and we enjoy going there but not for a meal.. Me and my wife just recently joined this Casino because of our friends come here all the time and we have been here a few times now and I would have to say it’s been a great experience for us and we will definitely always come back to this Casino for our gaming experience!! It’s just so much fun and the staff is really friendly and nice, we love coming here.
My only complaint is when I reached platinum status and I asked a host for some comps for dinner I felt belittled. He answered with such humility. I may not be a high roller but it took a lot to get to platinum and I would think that would count for something. Other than that my husband and I enjoy several days a week at the casino
This resort and casino is full of great energy. It’s not like other casinos we’ve been to that have that dull sorta flat baseline feel. This one is upbeat with the vibe that makes you feel alive. It’s classy with a good bunch of people as well. All in all it’s a great place for a fun night or weekend. The resort is lovely!
Vee Quiva has it all for entertainment, dining and just plain old fun! The selection of gaming slots is outstanding. Table plays, electronics slots and Bingo just boost the fun options. Love the atmosphere. I’ve not been to a cleaner casino, it makes a huge difference. Worker bees constantly going up and down the aisles wiping down the machines 👍. EVERYONE in this casino is extremely friendly (Love it) !!! I will continue to come, one of my favs for sure.

New app as sleek looking but stopped working. Just sits on the launch screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Checked with a few friends - same issue for them as of 2 days ago. Hope they can fix it and fix the "play from anywhere" bonus picks they have that didn't work from the app.
This casino is a real gem! Great addition to the valley! It is very bright and colorful, and easy access to all amenities!!! I look forward to spending time here!!
I just downloaded the app and it doesn’t work at all. Just sits on a black screen with their logo and doesn’t load any further. Very frustrating as the link on their website to sign up for special offers doesn’t work either and won’t take you to any form to enter an email address or anything.
Worked fine for a long time and now won’t load anything just a black background with the name on it ever since the newest updated version. Cannot access any of my account information anymore???? Just a black screen that doesn’t load or work. Useless waste of space.
We really enjoy the openest with the glass windows and the fact that the machines are not all jammed together. Also, one seems to have good play for your money.
Every time I get on it can never load anything I’m trying to look at and will tell me error try again later and it’s every single time I try and use the app
The new update made a huge difference. Now I can use the app to check my balances and check into drawings right from my phone. I can even play some of the kiosk games from my phone, very nice!
Not sure what the point of the app is except to take up space on the phone. Cant book hotels…cant view promos…doesnt update with accurate information…..i mean the very least they can do is stop sending mail to the house and instead load everything into this app….but no…all it does it take up space….oh and the break the bank promo…..never ever ever ever ever works…theres closer casino’s to the house so if they want cash they need to fix the app otherwise my “local” casino gets the money…ain't driving an hour out of the way for an inevitable 5 dollar promo from break the bank that they wont show
They require total location access at all times because they claim that's the only way it'll work. It still works so poorly that it's really not worth having on your phone. It's literally faster to drive across town, park and then go inside and ask a question than it is to get info off this app. W hoevers nephew or daughter it was that designed this app needs to find a new line of work. I don't think any app I've had in the past has been anywhere near this buggy, privacy violating, unsecure or just plain lousy. It's truly amazing just how awful it is.
You cannot access Break the Bank at all! Icon is not showing at all! You cannot see your free slot play after making your choice! The purpose of an is for “user” convenience and accessibility. No one wants to waste their gas driving to see the amount won! Customer Service will not assist at all…. This app needs updating to fix the bugs, crashes, and freezes! Fix it already!
It freezes a lot, has made some improvements since the update but still needs work. I wish it’ll show you if you have free play available. It’ll show you your comps, point play balance, dining, but not free play; if any.
Game unplayable don’t waste time screen on landscape required but can’t change on newest phone

Most of the promotions will not load. They just keep “loading”. I have let it “load” for 15 minutes and nothing. Seriously, does anyone test this functionality or do you just have this app to say you have one but don’t care if it doesn’t function?
Won’t open on new iPad or iPhone 8. Too bad, really wanted to book a room! Going back to Harrah’s Ak-Chin...they give me free rooms every month anyway. The app hasn’t worked for a month and it doesn’t seem like they care too much to fix it. Not even a response that they are working on it.

Will collect on promo, it circles the drain, and then doesn’t provide the result of the promo. Really a disadvantage because if I know the promo is worthwhile, I’d make a trip to the casino to gamble and collect. Not knowing what I was awarded, I chose to stay home.
Supposed to be able to collect promos, make football picks, etc. But app doesn’t let you commit anything, a joke of an app unless they work out the bugs.
The Gila River Casinos application hasn’t worked in at least two months. I have called about it and walked up to one of their service desks to report it. Nobody has fixed the application.
