Kid Dream Land
Not cheap, but fun. The room includes access to the water park. To have fun though and do all the extras (mining, mini golf, arcade, MagiQuest and wand, ice cream cone, cup of candy) you gotta buy a Wolf Pass (largest package) which is $80 per kid. The rope course is also extra. Not included in any package, and it’s $20 for unlimited daily access. There is a family package available. Our suite was called Grizzly Bear Suite and it was comfy for five. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms- one king, 2 queens, and a hide-a-bed. It was on sale for about $500 a night. Usual price was listed at $900. Second floor is very loud. The higher up you go, the better. Also, cabanas are extra and not worth it. You use your wristband to swipe for everything and the room is really close. No need to bring purses or phones or valuables in the water park. The MagiQuest is worth it, it’s super cute and the kids run around the hotel finding clues to save the day. The wands activate interactive stations, which is a delight. Overall AMAZING kid experience and parents- bring the Tylenol.

Vacation
So far, the app has only proved to be a money making service promoting upgrades when we have already not gotten what we paid for and had to intensely ask for the most basic of services. Our room was ready 1.5 hours after check-in. We were told to just go to the water park after we drove 14+ hours with a 5 year old in the car. Meals have to be purchased in your package or added as an upgrade and if you don’t do these things, it’s expensive and not worth it. We were given a meal voucher for breakfast after asking for a set time when our room would be ready and were never explained to how it works. We were sat for breakfast when trying to use it and then were ignored for the first 20 minutes until we asked for a server to come. Other tables around had poor service as well. People sitting for 30+ minutes to pay and leave as well as waiting for drinks upon arrival. Even then, for us, the voucher was not explained clearly. We have never had to complain just to get basic services before and have not had the best stay so far. It is crowded and the employees present with a lack of care. For the amount of money we paid to have a great vacation, this is not it and at this point, we won’t return. (Location: Wis. Dells, Wisconsin)

Don’t even know where to start….
Poorly managed, staff all seemed against each other, saw arguments often. No one is trained properly. The hours are wrong on the app. Nor did the employees know the hours. Employees spent most of their breath complaining about management. The ones that were knowledgeable, and seem to know somewhat what is going on mostly gave away product and earned cash Tips, this was what I can only assume they have lost faith and are no longer loyal to the company. Mimosas and bloody Mary’s out at breakfast but available at the pool. So no communication. Don’t bother ordering a pizza. You most likely will not know where or how to order it. You may or may not get it and if you do it WILL be wrong. Lots of Broken equipment making cocktails and food hard to make in a timely manner. Again, showing the management does not care about their people. On to magiquest, our 13 year old had the CC on his wristband and your employee said his personal rule is to have parents sign. Since when did staff get to make decisions for a National Company. Dunkin Closed on a Sunday morning??? Looking in the hallway grub hub is capitalizing off of you because food is unavailable. We Tried to get an itemized receipt and employee did not know how to print. $3000 in 2 day stay. Please do not waste your money.

No where near the tire of service from a few years back
Our keys did not work for the room when we got up to the floor into the room that we had. Then our dining experience was subpar because we were told that it will be ready to certain time so when we went back they said they were test just to let us know when so far has been 45 minutes later and no text. I can’t imagine that all of these people are vaccinated but they were so many people not wearing mask. I did what I was supposed to do but I can’t see any kind of enforcement for anybody else. The people that are here or super rude. The families cut in in front of my family we was waiting on the elevator downstairs with a stroller and a small child and this other group of people just walked on the other way to right in front of us. The boiler is down. The water park is overcrowded. Everything is overcrowded. Our room is not the room that we were supposed to have that we thought we were getting. When we got here they said that there was a mistake but they couldn’t fix it until tomorrow because there were no more rooms available. Like I said we probably will not be coming back unless our kids are teenagers and they can do stuff on their own. Not a good idea to bring a young family here.

The best hotel ever!!!!!
Well let me first start of with.... it’s the best hotel ever!!!!!!! Me and my family had so much fun! When we first walked in we were impressed how well the check in people treated us really welcoming! We lived all the decorations, for example they had a big tree with wolf stuff, and it was a tree house! They had another tree with lots of animals and stuff on it! They had a clock tower with all the characters on it!! They were also moving and singing! The gift shop was awesome to! They put great prices on all the stuff! We got on the elevators, and they worked fast and good! We walked into the room and we were amazed! We bought the kids cabin and it had a Cabin with a vaunt bed and a regular bed!! It has great wolf lodge characters painted on the wood! The other side looked so good to! We got a balcony and we had a awesome view! And oh the water park it’s really good! It has a family slide so all your family can go on the slide! And the buffet was good! Your awesome great wolf lodge!

Fun but… (Fitchburg, MA)
I really enjoyed this trip. I got a gift certificate from a friend so didn’t have to worry much about room, waterpark, food costs. I did like that when spending the night you can go out and get food and bring leftovers and enjoy food from the outside. The showers were nice and the beds were comfortable. Downsides: I do have some downsides though, the hot tub had a really rough interior which if your not extremely careful, you’ll cut your leg/foot just like I did. And yes, I do expect a waterpark will be slippery but I fell multiple times by the hot tub and exit of the blue slides. I have also fallen in the locker room area and hit the floor the hardest in the arcade. The arcade gets super slippery when lots of people walk in with wet bathing suits. While in the hot tub, lots of younger kids were splashing around. And yes, the Hot tub is for everyone, it makes it hard to relax when kids splash around. That lazy river is super fun, the two downsides to it are that it doesn’t move you like a normal lazy river, and once you go around you’ll float back out to the entrance of the river itself and now around to do another lap.

Excellent
The rooms were very clean. In fact I always saw the hospitality staff working hard to keep things clean for guests. Loved the bunk beds for our daughter. Very very cute and fun. Very comfortable beds. Shower had excellent pressure. I found the lodge easy to navigate. Everything is so well organized. The waterpark was very clean as well! It is not huge- but it has plenty to offer. There is also an outdoor pool- not huge- but very nice. Lots of staff watching over things and offering help whenever needed. We were especially impressed with the manager at the campfire kitchen and a new waiter there. Super kind- even took a picture for me of me my daughter. The waiter was fabulous. We also had a fantastic waiter at the barnyard restaurant. We were there after hours and he was so kind to us. I never felt rushed. The food was exceptional there. The lodge itself boasts many activities- including bowling, arcades, different food options, story time for kids, a ropes course, build a bear (bring your wallet and be prepared to spend a good chunk if you do this- but it was worth it for our little girl)….. and many many other activities. I would most certainly return and recommend to friends. We, in fact, want to return and invite friends to come with us! Worth the price for sure! My daughter was thrilled 🥰a big thank you to the staff there for being so wonderful. What a great experience!

Best vacations ever!
Our second trip to GWL in Manteca, and it’s always fabulous. I appreciate how clean and functional everything is. All you could ever want is in one place, which makes for very happy parents and kids. This time we booked a cabana, and it was totally worth it. The MagiQuest game and rope course are also must dos here. If you can, I recommend staying for two days at least. It’s hard to squeeze everything into just one day. My only suggestion is training the front desk better. Both stays we have encountered misinformation and mistakes at checkin. Last time the clerk forgot to give us half of the package we bought. This time we were told that you can pick your cabana early the day of, but that turned out to not be true. And again they didn’t give us our breakfast tickets that we had bought, so back down to the front desk we went. All in all this place is very close to perfection!

Amazing
Did a one day weekday stay. The price was so affordable. We got the Grizzly. The room was extremely large and clean. It was also comfortable. There are 3 tvs in this 2 bedroom suite. The water park was outstanding and your access is included in the room. My 3 yr old and almost 1 yr old grandsons had a ball and so did the adults. Every single staff member was nice and helpful. I also had a virtual assistant that sent reminders of activities and even had extra blankets and towels brought to my room upon request. They had activities for the kids going on throughout the day. The pizza at Hungry As A Wolf( inside the resort) was delicious! The game room was so much fun and my grandson was in love with the house inside the Build A Bear store. Check in was so easy and even though check- in was not until 4, we were able to access our room when we arrived at 12:30. I GIVE THEM A 10+/10!!!!! We will be back!!!!

Wonderful stay
First, from my initial decision to decision to stay until the check out time, my experience has been absolutely wonderful. Online information and reservations were easy and simple. Arrival and check-in was flawless. I was even able to check-in early and utilize the pool and, stores and restaurants. The kids activities were very enjoyable, and they offered so many package included ones. I was given an assistant, Willow, who greeted me on prior to arrival and was never a moment away. She took care of everything!!! Thank you so much Willow!!! Everyone was so very helpful and pleasant. I will not only recommend but will definitely re-visit. Great job Wolf Lodge …..howl😊

Great customer service but room less desirable
We had a problem with the Pup pass where my daughter, who loves gummy bears, filled her cup with giant ones. When we got back to our room she tried them and hated them. I can attest that they didn’t taste like traditional gummy bears. Through the app they checked in. I reported this issue and they were super quick to give my little girl a voucher for another cup of candy! Everything has been excellent except for the lack of circulation in the room. We had it set to cool down and it would run for about 5 min and the thermostat said the room was down another degree. Not true at all! We were all hot in the room and I found myself turning the temp all the way down to 67° just to get a little airflow. Plus the dings and dents and scratches throughout the room were not appealing. But I guess in a place where you go with your children stuff happens right?!

convenient, but not great
The app is convenient for checking open/close times for attractions, messaging the front desk, etc. Best part is the online dining ordering from the food venues since it lets you skip the lines and just pick up your food when ready. EXCEPT check out day, then it won’t work for that at all - says you have to be checked in to your room to do mobile dining ordering. So even though you can stay at the park till 8pm on check out day, and still charge with your wristband, you cannot do mobile ordering with the app. I’ve questioned this issue several times (different visits, different lodges), and the response is always the same - “the app is down at the moment and you’ll have to order at the food venue”. This is of course the most diplomatic way for them to say the app doesn’t work that way and they don’t plan to let it work that way.

Check in and wristbands
I checked in at the kiosk, which was fine, but was not given a room number at the end. I waited on line to check in just to have to get on the traditional check in line to find out my room number. The wristbands from the kiosk did not work for wristband ordering at the restaurants. I had to go back to the room and get a credit card. Not terrible, but annoying. The next morning I went to check in and explained my wristband still can’t make purchases. It was checked and I was told it is active and will work. Tried it I’m the afternoon at a different restaurant and no luck. Another member of my party tried theirs too and it didn’t work. I’m not going back to check in for a fourth time and wasting more time while I’m here. My family missed out on the waterpark yesterday because of me standing in all the lines to get this sorted out and get a room number. Please get the technology straightened out for the sake of future guests having a better experience than mine.

Amazing place to stay!!
We had the best time staying at GWL in Anaheim. All the staff was SO friendly and helpful. We did not meet one staff member that was not eager to help! Even the younger staff in the pool area were so nice. Everyone seems to be happy to work there! We ate the buffet, which was a little pricey, especially since you pay extra for a drink! But the food was very good and great variety! Our air conditioner wasn’t working and they sent someone up within 10 minutes and he got in running in no time! Someone answered right away every time we called the front desk. We never had to wait on hold or press buttons to say what we needed. I would definitely stay here again!!

I used it to book 📚 my vacation, and also used the texting thing to text the staff for stuff like towels, and others! I also got to know about show times, activities for the kids, and I also used the map when I just arrived! Well sorta off topic, but the water 💧 parks were AWESOME 😎 and AMAZING 😉!!!!! Hi, my name is Ava and I’m 13 years old. I downloaded this app on my phone to help the check-in process easier to manage. Although you do still have to get in line to get access to your suite it’s still a cool app to have. My family and I went to Great Wolf Lodge in July and I am going back in December for the holidays ! We were able to order food, check the menus, talk to customer service, and have all the information for different activities. Where they would take place, time, and such. I go to the one in Boston/Fitchburg, MA. The employees are so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Great Wolf Lodge and this app!

Poor customer service
Here I am buying all the most expensive passes, there’s no Internet so I can’t get all the frees stuff/ rewards the app is talking about. I was supposed to get breakfast tickets never got them needless to say breakfast was awkward when the waitress was being a B charged us then had to go set the front desk straight came back and rubbed it in the rude waitresses face that I did in fact have the tickets…. Her excuse oh yea this happens all the time… what’s next.. Vending machines not working. One of the showers in men’s locker room doesn’t work. Let’s see the soda machine is timed so my kids being kids didn’t get to fully fill their cup OH and one of the flavor dispensers didn’t work also… I’m sure there will be. A lot more. They have a use it or lose it policy but can’t check status of your stuff because the app is down …

It’s just nice
Have a wide range of kids and cousins that came. Great for kids 13 and under. Our 10-13 had a blast! Ok for tween. Older than 16 it was boring. Everything closes way too early. There isn’t perks if you stay overnight. They need to have water park open to at least 10, food, arcade and other things open to at least 11:30. On the down side: beds were hard, towels were crunchy, bed not made properly - only half bottom sheet, so you laid half on mattress pad. Yuck. Kids forgot toothbrush and no complimentary and the shop that sells it closes at 8 or 9. Not even available in a vending or purchase from front desk. On the plus side, staff were VERY friendly!!! Option for late checkout was great. Balcony to water park was cool option and not too loud in room.

Meh...
I used the precheck in option which was nice. This allowed me to use a different line to get my keys once I arrived. I did not use any of the food ordering options in this app so I cannot comment on that feature. However, I did use the feature where it showed me the next grand lobby activity and that was nice. That feature allowed me to not use the website to see what the next activities were. I really disliked using the map because every time I zoomed in or out, the map would reload. I wished it would’ve zoomed in and out like a picture on your phone. One last thing, I tried using the chat option to reach customer service at the lodge and they have been unresponsive to this feature. I haven’t received any responses in 2 days but I ended up getting the answer from a staff member in the hallway. Does that feature not work?

Birthday package
A birthday package was paid for to surprise our child. We had noticed after we got here that the birthday banner that was apart of the package was not on the door. After going to the front desk a couple hours later so the children had time to enjoy the water park, we told them at this point we no longer wanted the banner due to the fact the whole purpose of it was to surprise our child. They made a phone call and told us someone would be up to our room shortly. After sitting in our room for 15 minutes and no one showing up I decided to open the door. Upon opening the door there was now a birthday banner on our door! 15 minutes wasted of our children’s time they could have been enjoying another activity! No one came to the door nothing. There will NEVER be another stay here from us. I am very disappointed.

Overload
***Too many people and not enough staff. Major issues that don’t get taken care of. ****We traveled with family and called several times for rooms next to each other but they put us on different floors. ***Hidden charges!!! They refuse to fix, blaming central call center. We were set on a nightly rate, paid etc but the rate went up and we had to pay more. ***birthday package was given on the wrong day. That package isn’t cheap!!! ******broken couch bed. Noone repaired. Noone responded. We needed it to work as we had booked the room for the number of beds. So, we had a difficult night sleep. ****we spent a lot of time in line waiting and trying to take care of the situation at guest services. So few people. There were shifts where a manager wasn’t even on property. Times where there was NO ONE at the desk. What a waste of time without our children. 😡

Family Birthday Trip
The Wolf lodge in Lagrange was great, the check in was a great experience, the staff was smiling, happy and so very helpful. Sorry to say that most of the other staff was not! The Duncan Dounuts staff looked like they were depressed and did not even ask can I help you. The staff at the Ben and Jerry was chatting together and not even concerned about the line of parents waiting to get ice cream with their kids. The pizza place girls were talking about the size of their boobs and actually comparing while we waited for our pizza. The pool should definitely be open by May, it is so beautiful and so many children and families wanting to use it

We love great Wolf Lodge
I love love love it here my kids have so much fun. I feel that it’s totally family friendly I don’t have to worry about anything inappropriate. We also visited Disneyland and I must say I was very disappointed in Disneyland. It’s totally inappropriate and not family oriented at all anymore I will be spending all my dollars at great Wolf Lodge from here on out. Great job guys!The only one complaint that I have is they accidentally overcharged me $113 I’m sure they’re be fixing it. We had such a great time and my kids love it so much that it doesn’t even bother me because I know they will make it right

Great fun at the great Wolf Lodge!
We’ve only been here for a few hours but there is tons of fun water things to do included with the hotel. There are wave pools, slides, water basketball, water ropes, and even a lazy River. One negative is the up charges, which they will get you for a few bucks here and a few bucks here. Not everything is included in the room fee, there are also pass upgrades between 60 and 90 dollars per child which doesn’t include panning for gold. Panning for gold is an extra 20 bucks per person. Overall great experience so far.

Very frustrated
This is our third week long stay at this location and never had a problem up til today. We go to check in and the kiosk isn’t working. My reservation shows that the add ons I paid for aren’t there and now I’m told I have to purchase a food package to be able to use my refillable cup! I understand the price increases on food/drink and the limit of one vehicle per room unless you pay for extra parking. But I paid almost $20 for a refillable cup that I can only refill once every half hour, also understandable, and now I can’t use it without paying for ANOTHER package.

Great Wolf Lodge it’s my first time here and absolutely breathtaking love it. I will highly recommend it to anybody. My daughter loves the indoor park .so much it’s gigantic with so much fun. The kids are running around so much life in here. The staff is amazing , the rooms are well kept. there is so much food the restaurants you have the bars the gift shop. Wow I can’t tell you how I love the place just as my four years old daughter too. Also, my wife already thinking about looking into coming back out here. for a couple more days to enjoy nature and the amazing waterpark.

Somewhat Useful
The app has its uses, but very limited to say the least. Pros: + Online food ordering works to deliver to your room or just to see the menu if you’re curious whats available pool-side + Schedule reminders for upcoming activities Cons: - Map is useless. Its just a non-interactive photo that gets blurry if you zoom in. - Chat feature didnt work. The hotel actually sets up a phone text message which is much more responsive - Schedule is not accurate compared to the local schedule. I ended up taking a photo of the local schedule on a dry erase board as a reference. - No other features; can’t check room balance, add other activities, or add late checkout. Heck, you can’t even check out. Remote check out is done by text messaging. Overall, I expected a lot more from the app. At the very least, an interactive map that I can click on icons to know when they open/close, etc. Its an “ok” reference point, but you’re better off just taking photos and talking to the staff at the local location. This was a review for the Charlotte, NC location.

Chat doesn’t work; events are incorrect
After we arrived, I sent a message using the chat feature that no one ever responded to. I then sent another message, several hours later, along the lines of “is anyone out there?” and again received no response for the duration of our stay. Apparently no one is actually checking the messages there. Additionally, the schedule on the app is out of date, as we showed up for an event that wasn’t actually happening - the desk staff gave us a paper schedule and said to follow it instead. We have other issues with GWL that are not app specific, which will go in a review of the facility itself. All that said, the staff that you can interact with in person are all nice and the water parks and events are lots of fun for kids. We’d go back, but we would not waste our time on the app.

Considerate
I need it to switch to a bigger room I upon my rival due to not realizing the kids room did not have a door. They were able to assist with it, as well as make sure it was the lowest amount extra. The entire place is well cleaned and kept up. There is excitement and fun throughout the whole stay. Be nice if it was a little bit cheaper for a single parents but other than that it’s a great place to go in the family. I look forward to coming back.

App needs improvement
The hotel and waterpark are awesome! The app needs an update/improvement. There is a lot to do on the property (order food from a number of different venues, multiple gift shops, arcade, Mini golf, etc. when you check into the hotel they place a $100/day authorization in your card for the cost of these items that can all be charged to your room but there is nowhere in the app to see an itemized list of what has been charged to your room up to a given point in your stay. Love the waterpark and hotel but would like to see an updated folio in the app.

It’d be nice if it did everything as advertised
It’s great in theory, sadly the app just doesn’t deliver. The mobile checkin doesn’t allow for gift cards to be applied, and you can’t complete the pre-checkin process without submitting payment. The lodge will send messages to let you know important details like your room being ready, the water park opening and early, etc. however even with notifications on, you won’t actually get notified outside the app. The schedule duplicates items(ten-paw bowling was listed twice every day of our stay). The menu only worked for one of the restaurants during our stay. The best thing about the app was taking pictures with Wiley, and even that was difficult. It wouldn’t allow you to easily reposition him without going back to the main page.

Disappointing
Our room was disappointing as the vents have black mold looking around it. Looking out sliding door the pole is rotten and dangerous. The actual lock and protective electronic locking cover on inside was completely broken off the lock knob was laying in floor when we returned from dinner last night. I was very disappointed with entertainment for kids for holidays. U couldn’t understand anything the people were saying and the dancing etc is nothing like the normal great wolf lodge experience. We normally love bringing our family and grandkids there but, this visit for our grandsons birthday was more than disappointing. I also was given 3 different pricing totals and called night before arrival. 3 different ppl. Gave me different information and then would transfer me to someone else. 3 different emails were sent to me with 3 different prices. We had planned to return next summer with our children and grandchildren total of 11 ppl. Probably will look at other place to go.

No phones! No internet! For almost 2 days! No microwave!!!
My entire party of 11 was unable to use our cell phones and had no way to communicate with each other for 18+ hours. No WiFi or internet connection at all in the Wolf Lodge building. No landline phone connection in the rooms. Had to physically drive away to the next parking lot, to Costco, to make calls to let half my party know how to check in and find us. Ridiculous! This is 2023! Wolf Lodge, what is your backup plan?!? Do better!?! Also, NO microwaves in the rooms?!? That’s just NOT ACCEPTABLE!?! Especially with little kids and swimming can cause unpredictable hunger cravings.

Wonderful! Only one critique that I REALLY wish they would address.
The facility is clean, the lifeguards are vigilant, and when rooms go on sale, the prices are great. My only critique would be that there’s too many splashy features in the baby area which makes it hard for the babies to play in the pool. If you observe the baby pool, most people in it avoid most of the pool because there’s too much splashing water. It’s cold and too stimulating for little babies. Last Minute Getaway
Though we had plans for the holiday, life happened. We ended up taking our kids for a surprise “camping” trip. They enjoyed everything so far and there was something for everyone including our teen. Thank you to the staff who welcomed us in super late due to travel. We were able to communicate on the app and explain our situation and they assured me that we would be fine. Can’t wait to do it again for a longer stay.

Wow
Great Wolf Lodge is everything they advertise to be a very nice and safe place, lots of different places where you and your family can go to have fun, the staff is very the pleasant, they were honorable and respectful to all your needs, they’re always on hand to accommodate you with whatever, rooms are super nice and clean, some of the food is expensive but worth it because it’s good food, I had such a great time I told my family and my whole family making plans to go there. Thanks GWL 👍

App not fully functional
The food ordering didn’t work while we were there. Let’s you get all the way to checking out only to tell you it’s not available. No room service. You have to go down and pick it up. For the price of the stay, they could add room service. The food ordering app doesn’t have all that is available at each restaurant. Shows pizza by the slice, but you can’t order ahead, and when you go in person to order they tell you that they don’t have pizza and have to go to a different restaurant. Also no buffet available when the app indicates buffet. Severely outdated in this regard. Colorado Springs location.

Struggled to open at first but eventually loaded
I downloaded the app with the intent to immediately see what it offered, but it wouldn’t fully load for a couple hours after download. I know it wasn’t my internet, everything else was loading just fine. Just had a hiccup-type glitch at the beginning. I do love the app now that I’ve explored it and I look forward to using it this next week with our visit to GWL in the Poconos.

A kids dreamworld
I have been on multiple vacations to different parks beaches etc but this is like no other your kids won’t want to leave and if u can wait I would just put money aside for when they have sales I had got my 3 night with paw pass and dinning for 400 for 4 people that’s 100 a person and it usually 3-600 a night so keep looking for those sales and check different dates cause not everyday is same

A bad experience
The Sandusky location is not on par with other locations we’ve visited. The water park is smaller and there are an inadequate number of chairs at the water park. The bowling alley is too small and you cannot make a reservation, you have to get lucky and happen by when a lane is available. The arcade, as usual, has some games that take credits from your card but fail to provide the game you paid for. I was told to wait by the machine and a tech would fix it. Thirty minutes later, we gave up and had to seek other remedies. Customer service is less than stellar. The room was clean and the linens were restocked.

Love the lodge …but
We are big fans of GWL. The waterpark is clean and friendly, the staff patient and courteous. The rooms, however, could be friendlier. Our loft room for five has a table for 2 and only 2 chairs, although there is ample room for more. No occasional tables of any size to set stuff on. Make your rooms friendlier, please, because traveling with kids means lots of stuff to organize. Thank you for all you do, otherwise, to give my grandkids a fun winter getaway.

It look’s pretty but not very functional
Like every Hotel App I Assumed it would let me check in on the app…it almost seemed like it would then said check in at hotel. They send a lot of emails saying to pre check in using the app and links thru text but none of them seem to link up to talk to each other inhad to go thru the email link the app is just trying to get me to buy more things and shows a “map” of the hotel sort of? Not worth the download if your looking for an app that will let you get everything done online before you arrive you will still need to go to front desk.

I love the Great Wolf Lodge this is my second time here with my grand children’s even tho they under reconstruction they Accommodate us with something for the kids for not having the balcony for the second time the only thing I will say is the food can be better in the restaurant that here but other then that this is a good lodge to go to I love it and can’t wait to see how it turn out when they finish the construction here.

Fun for kids. Higher expectations.
Overall stay was good. Staff was courteous during check in, and it was quick and simple. QR codes around hotel for easy access to pay for parking and order food is helpful. Room size was perfect for family of four however there was no shampoo or body gel in containers in shower and looks like it was not dusted or vacuumed. Water park was fun. Concern for placement of staff around wave pool. There was once lifeguard and several amount of adults and children in deep end, as well as other water attractions. Staff in food and drink areas looked overwhelmed while keeping up with demand of guests orders.

Best Memories with my Granddaughter
We have been two times so far and that is our little special place to go. I would highly recommend the great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs. The story time at night with the story time Reader made a dramatic impression on my granddaughter that we now have story time in our house every single night before going to sleep. I don’t remember her name but my as my granddaughter says the story time teller had rainbow wolf ears. From my Granddaughter her comments: I love her story time thing already and I love when the characters come out every day like in them in the night I love Violet so much too because she has a beautiful beautiful dress and bow. I love her, love her and I love her story time thing. The end What great memories!

Awful
We came in June and what a better experience. This time they knew we had a baby and I asked for a pack and play and it was broken. I returned it to front desk and told them it was dangerously broken and the lady goes what am I supposed to do with this. Then, they put us in a handicap room right Above check in with no tub and my kids take baths and we aren’t handicap! The elevator noise alone ALL night long was awful. The lobby noise is insane until 10 pm and then the people laughing and talking loudly in lobby and front desk are awful. The microphone front trivia kept us up. My baby cried until 2 am we didn’t sleep. We won’t be back a third time

Family Fun
Finally a place that is make for kids— Variety! Love the opportunity to visit the water park prior to check-in so time is not wasted in waiting on the room. The adventure park is an awesome place. Again Variety! The registration staff was very welcoming and friendly. ( Chick-fil-la vibes). The crew seem have good moral. They were laughing and playing and allow me sing with the , that was cool! The staff member at the food option Bucket not so friendly. ( McDonald vibes) It made us feel like we were bothering them to make an order. When I questioned the total I received instant attitude. In actually she was not listening and adding all combos to my order. Overall, good times. Looking back to our next visit. Absolutely love 38 minutes road trip back home with 2 boys. Everything in the room was great. However, the coffee maker didn’t work well had to keep pressing it to get a full cup of coffee, and the long table in the room would be better replaced with maybe a table where people can sit add two more chairs, and Call it a day otherwise fantastic stay we loved everything First time customers Mary LOPEZ Napa ca Frequent visitors to Anaheim, Disneyland

Special Needs child
This is not the place to take your special needs child!! The lifeguards need a class on how to interact with special needs children. They also need to teach their lifeguards not to talk about special need children at all, but to do it in front of other parents and children is heartbreaking and rude. Special needs children need patience. We have gone every year for Howlloween and for two years in a row we’ve had a problem with the lifeguards. They’ve pull on his life vest choking him. Talked about him. Yelled at him. They’re rude to him. We will never visit Great Wolf Lodge ever again. A special needs Grandmother

Smiles, friendly faces clean rooms wonderful service
Wow, Everything has been Wonderful from the time we walked in greetings were on point, we felt so welcome and at the Check in Nora just made it even better she was so friendly , helpful and it was all with a Smile , I’m not sure how long she has worked here, But she is a keeper , Great Job.. great Wolf. Will have to stay longer next time .
