I really appreciate purchasing this app. because I am a Christian and I know some of the wording of the Bible and I think I have came across Hebrew four verse 12 before, but it really stand out to me because I had a dream dream .That old Earth was separating there is two earth and the new earth was separating itself from the old earth ,and then I thought within my mind oh my God oh my God, cause it was looking so beautiful peaceful side. for the spirit of God was talking to me and telling me. that I need to leave my past behind because no matter how you feel in a new earth there’s no anger no envious no lies no stuff all this new so everything negative you have to leave it behind in order to transition to the new earth.

Hello developers, once I open a video or pdf the app won’t allow me to exit to continue the next class or go to the pdf included in my class, every new video I need to uninstall sparkle install again and so on, in my samnsung phone I can see everything but doesn’t allow me to print the pdf or screenshot because is a policy” would be wonderful if the app allows to pause a video and come back to where we left and be able to direct us to a pdf with any mayor trouble, otherwise everything is fabulous, gracias

One of the best courses I took in this field it’s sooo detailed they spoon feed you every thing what color to use what brand from were you should get it for cheap price how to mix color to have the right color for skin tone they understand beginner struggles machine types speeds the present on the stretch marks course it was the under eye coumflage it was amazing😍😍 I never heard any body giving this course for free I learned a lot from this course even I couldn’t believed this price for all of that now I’m waiting to enroll with Brows factory in all there courses best wishes brows factory you deserved the best

I’ve been able to learn many new techniques for our massage practice even though these classes are forren. We have been able to learn so much and although their certification is not valid in the USA the techniques have made a big difference and we haven’t had to leave our home it all been through this app

I was suckered by the ad on Facebook about getting paid to watch videos all day. I was suckered into this one. I even got the emails from the company with links for me to pay fees to get payments. I tried a link but they failed. Every time they failed. In my mind this is telling me this a red flag!!! Scam!! Red flag!!! Do not use! No. It’s a script to hook you. They have scripts that will appeal to you and whatever your situation is to get you to see how other people got scammed as well. Apple needs to review this one better and remove it from the store. I won’t get anything I spent on this one but maybe I can stop anyone else from getting scammed by Hotmart or VideoProfits.

I sent Hotmart an email on February 28, 2023, today is March 6 no answer yet. Then on March 3rd I pay the last installment of a course I am enrolled in and I received a new invoice for the same course requesting me set up a payment!!! I sent an email requesting a cancellation but I have little hope they will do it since still waiting on my first email. I agree with other Internet site reviewers that Hotmart shifting from languages is super annoying! I write in English and they send the automatic answer in Portuguese! And when I am in the platform it keeps switching languages for no reason and doesn’t stay in English. The fact that they don’t have a phone number is really bad because you have no way to stop the abuses you are subjected when nobody answers your emails. I will need to hire a lawyer if they charge me again for the same course because the people who run the clases I’m taking said they have nothing to do with the platform!

For months now I’ve had issues with trying to access my purchases courses, but EVERY TIME when I’m on cellular data, I get an “Oops” error, just like many others on here. I’ve already tried talking to a tech representative and nothing came from that. Now, updates later and it’s STILL broken. What I have to do to get my courses to load is get on a WiFi network, download EVERY VIDEO I want to watch, and only then am I able to view the course. And yes, my app AND iOS are on the most current firmware. I’m not giving it 1 start because the downloads videos work. 🤷🏽‍♂️

The application has room for improvement. Although it has a good concept, the application frizzes constantly. I do not like the fact that to play a sound I must go back to the play list and reboot the song every time. The application should allow to play a song/sound as much I need it. As a result, it takes longer times to access my content. The application has a decent layout and it was created with people in mind who want to learn something new. Hotmart needs some improvement for the user to enjoy it as many times as the user wants.

There are many annoying bugs in this app that should be fixed to improve use experience. The worst I would say that would the the rotational full screen. Sometimes everything gets so messy that is easier to shutdown completely the app and restart it from scratch. Also it is missing ipad support. An app like that it is a must have in iPadOS, not comparability mode. Sometimes it feels like a beta release. Please developers, look after these annoying issues…

I never thought I could become a professional in any field through online courses. Then the pandemic came and I was forced to change my mind and how surprised I was. I really enjoy being part of this community and I can say that all the money I paid for courses are well invested. Thank you.

The app works very well and it’s so easy to get all kind of course/seminars in this app. The only reason for 4 stars is sometimes if the course/ seminars/lesson has any “download” you are not able to do it from the app, but in the website you can download or open it with no problem, but it is easy to navigate on the app 90% works perfect

I have been utilizing the sound wave a lot with my granddaughter and it have been making a big difference in her behavior. She does not live with me so I can only do the other activities on the weekends but, I am very satisfied so far. Thank you💖

I purchased a ONE TIME ONLY charge late October, for just ONE COURSE. I haven’t been able to access any subject/module or video in regards of my purchase to this day, and yet I have received TWO unauthorized charges to my account from this app. Worst? I can’t cancel the billing charges, because I bought my course directly to the course creator and not the app. And even if I had purchase something, I can’t even recommend this app to anybody trying to learn anything, because I CAN’T open the study material. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Videos are going to full screen by themselves. Once in full screen I can’t return to previous state because the cross button right down doesn’t work. If I choose speed the video and I let the app in background the speed get back to normal but when switching back to app the speed is setting to 1.5x, so I can’t speed it up again. 1.5x speed but video is running in normal speed. I have to restart the app for everything I want to perform after play a video.

Once I listen to a day of my lesson, there seems to be an ad that shows up and the only way I can seem to get out of it to go to next lesson is to delete and reinstall the app. I paid too much for my lessons to be dealing with this! Not happy.

I purchased the video profit opportunity however when I click on it it sends me to a website claiming that I still need to pay for something that I already purchased also there is a translate text to earn money program there is one video there and the person that created it claims that he was going to update it on the 4th of July 2023 as of when I am writing this it is July the 12th 2023 and that same message is still there.

I’ve tried several times to change my payment method so I can access my content again but the app/website won’t let me. I’m following the directions and there’s no option to actually change my payment. I get to the page that says my payment couldn’t go through, I click on the red button that says update payment method and I get to a new page but there’s nowhere to change anything. I’m seriously frustrated 😡

I can say without a doubt, I have really enjoyed and being blessed so much when I listen to Hot mart ! I am someone who loves music and I certainly enjoy listening to every track. Thank you for an awesome experience.

I’ve been using Hotmart ocasión ally for the last couple of years. Sometimes very successfully sometimes not! When it doesn’t work, I had to buy again and do over the entire process without any reimbursement. Overall I’ll give it a7in a scale of 2 to 10 Harold Gonzalez ( Washington, DC ,USA)

The platform is unable to send an email to my purchased email address. Yes, I checked my spam folder and had someone email me to that address to make sure it was working. So after spending $39 dollars buying a course I can’t access it and can’t even submit a ticket related to that account (since I won’t get replies). Basically, my money is stuck, I can’t access my content, and I can’t get help. This is unacceptable.

I really liked using Hotmart Sparkle, I purchases a couple of online courses, it helps getting lessons in order and I can view them any time because they are easy to find.

At first I was having problems logging on. App repeatedly rejected my password though it was the correct one. Now it seems to be working okay. I’m traveling now so I haven’t been using the app but once I get settled, I will be more consistent.

The app was little buggy and very slow but is getting better. The last version stop crashing all the time but still little slow to download videos.

This is FRAUD! Nothing in English you want me to download a calendar you promised you would not do this kind of bologna you are liars and I will have VISA INVESTIGATE YOU IF YOU DONT REFUND MY MONEY NOW . I have had no luck in accessing what you are selling it said I have 90 days to cancel it’s been 10 minutes since you took my Visa card by committing fraud lying about what you are selling’ refund my money today do not charge me again or you all can suffer the consequences!

This seems to be a SCAM please delete my info., I thought I was buying a product to fight nail hongos/fungus , no wonder my bank did not accept charges, please credit my account and you can keep your lessons. Do it right NOW ‼️ I asked for a phone number , may I have it? As soon as you credit my account, delete all my information. I am ready to call the Business Bureau, do act NOW‼️ I am not interested on video classes .

I highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking to learn about and practice true transformation in their lives through the use of Sounds, tones, frequencies etc.

I’ve used this app for awhile now and I’m just touching on the basics of how it works. It would be great if there was a tutorial on the features and how it can help people use it for their business.

In their ad they make it out to be something and when you get it and if you download it and pay for it, it’s something totally different. They are just scamming you for their money and they say there’s a seven day moneyback guarantee and I’ve tried to get a bag for the last six days and they won’t give it to me. I would not buy this product, one of the free ones instead of wasting your money here

All courses I have via Hotmart perform well. Easy to login, locate and use throughout around the last year and a half I have been using it. The one time there was an issue it was fixed quickly as well.

So far so good . Love the teaching style. I’ve cheated and did a few days in a row. Now I have just setup my instagram. I will give a review in the future when I’m banking. Because that’s how good I feel

I’m really upset about the customer service you have. I gave you 5 stars and the reason I’m changing it to 1 star it’s because you offered a free complete class with certification if I sent a video telling my experience about the tanning class, I did and the answer was “I can help you with your questions tru WhatsApp “ so.... you are just getting reviews offering something that you obviously can’t give!!

I like this app a lot . On a busy day whenever I have a chance i can just open the app on my phone and get into what I need. I love the set up .

The iPhone app is just horrible and has so many issues that is hard to list it all. - Download of the content sometimes work - Canceling a download crashes the app - after the app crashes download of any content will stop working - UX is just unbearable, hard to navigate on the app. Very hard and confuse content modals along the videos - icons are small and hard to tap, need to try tapping many times to be able to do an action or activate a different content - font color contrast with the overall background makes it hard to read This is just a small glimpse of all the issues of this app. Horrible experience so far.

I followed all of the directions but when I opened the app and tried to click on the first course option there was only a pdf and nothing else. I closed it after downloading it like it said to and now the entire app is just a white screen other than the pdf. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t do anything. Can anyone help?

I’m really feeling like this program has taught be the vital element of being present at all times. Maintaining a positive mindset and being aware of your own body’s needs is transformative.

It is a very practical app. I spend most of the time driving and the App works perfectly an I can watch all the courses I bought without interruption.

I assume the bugs are cause the app is not built well since Im having issues on both of my devices. Video reproduction lags, gets UI block, can’t exit, tracker does not track or keep progress properly. Creators maybe pick something better for your products. I paid more than 150$ usd to be frustrated with this app and interface. 😓😓😓😓😓

I bought an online program that uses this platform. There is no way that I can access the material from the app .. it always says that at this moment I cannot connect to try later. I enter the computer and if I can access. but from the phone it is impossible. I'm talking to the company to change their service provider. The app is lousy

The only problem it’s that sometimes it pause by it self a lot and I have to restar or to erase and re download to be able to work but other than that it’s a good app and the concept it’s great
