Identify Anything: Veracity

I took a couple of screenshots on my phone. I took Cabo pictures of an ambulance. The first picture it said that it looks like a minivan. The second picture said it looks like a tow truck. The third picture said it looked like a firetruck. But then I zoomed in on the picture, and then it said ambulance. Then I took a picture of my ceiling fan, it said tripod. and then it said electric fan. Then I took a picture of my loudspeaker, it said, loudspeaker correctly. So if you want to use this app, you have to zoom in on the subject to get a clear vision on what it is.

This is the best game ever!!! It made me laugh soooo hard after I scanned my brother and it said he was a seatbelt. The reason it gets 4 stars is because it makes me laugh. If it didn’t do that I would give it one star because it doesn’t get anything right

This is probably one of the genuinely worst apps I’ve ever downloaded, tried to see it would identify my pliers as a test, this was done on a blank concrete background with nothing more than the pliers themselves. They even have the brand name on them, and this app guesses Vase, really..? A vase, you got a vase from needle nose pliers? I believe the only reason this app has 5 star ratings is either from people botting reviews or from just memeing how bad this app is. It deserves 0 stars because it’s a big ole nothing burger.

Great app and love identifying the species that would usua lly be very hard to find out about if I don’t know them. One problem though, it’s identifications can be misleading. For example I took a picture of a tree and this app identified it as a cuckatoo. And when I first got this app I did an experiment where I identified my small, black American shorthair and this app claimed it was most likely doberman or Rottweiler.

This App simply does not do what it is designed to do. I downloaded the app and immediately gave it a try. I looked around for something it should be able to identify… my vape…so I took a pic, hit enter and it began to search it’s information bank… within seconds I had an answer…”switch”… with a 62% probability rate, it said I had a “switch”… No! I tried again and again… this app could not identify anything… period… I wish I could score it a zero instead of one star…

This is an awesome app. Very easy to use and very quick at identification and very accurate at it.

I just tried this app this morning and it is absolutely horrible. It got one out of eight items right! Not a very good average. I took a picture of a cook and it comes up as a money machine!? I took a picture of a cup of coffee it comes up as an espresso, not too bad. Took a clear picture of a fork, it came up as a spatula!? Yeah, walk away… No run away from this app.!!! It is beyond horrible!

This app is trashy. When I took a photo of a small jar of seashells it said that it was a water jug. When I took a picture of a painting on a wall it said that it was an envelope. Edit: I took a picture of a flip flop and it came up as a cowboy boot. The second time it came up as a clog. I took a picture of a tennis shoe and it came up as a running shoe which I will say is pretty accurate.

I love this app.

I been testing things to see what it says it is. I took a picture of a caterpillar and it said it was a sea cucumber, and some other insects was something completely different looking when I looked it up on images. Improve the app and I might come back to it one day.

This app seriously hasn’t gotten anything right LOL, I have tried everything and this app got everything wrong. Only recommend if your trying to insult someone by saying they look like something random, because that’s what this app says.

Terrible app because when I took a picture of something it said something totally different and when I went to look up what it was saying the object I was showing was it showed something nothing like what I was showing terrible app 👎🏼

So this app had 0.1 percent accuracy. It thought my fire alarm was a gas pump it thought a battery was lip stick It guessed tow mater as a LIGHT SWITCH it thought a toy train was a snow plow and it thought my rubber ducky was A PENCIL SHARPENER. I’m sorry creator I rate it 2 out of 5. It’s just inaccurate.

This app has not identified anything I’ve asked it to to identify. It doesn’t even come close. We inherited a number of hand tools. I don’t need a app to ID something obvious. Your app needs a much larger data base for craftsman who work with their hands.

I’ve attempted to identify to different items and the software was a total failure. One item was 8 eight in length and 1/2 in with and the software identified it a cart.. definitely not trustworthy

Not useful at all. This app was not able to identify anything. I do not need an app to tell me what is unmistakable. It identified a plant as a pot, a bird a a hermit grab. And those were the simple objects. The closest it got was my shoe as a slipper. Nothing else was even remotely close.

Worst app out there don’t even try it. It’s so dumb. You will hold up an object and it will tell you the farthest thing from it a porcelain doll. It told me it was a pretzel so dumb I don’t know who created this app but they must’ve been on something.

I scanned a succulent to determine what variety it was and was told it was a pot. I did it again, same plant, but a very close up shot and it said the same thing. The pot was barely visible in the pic. It thinks my tv remote is a mobile phone. ‘Nough said!

I’m disappointed that nothing I’ve tried to identify has come back correct. It said my chihuahua was a pug one time, and a large dog another. Am evergreen tree was a coral fungus one time, and a starfish the next. An echinacea flower came up as a daisy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Scan anything, it takes you to download a pdf scanner. Will not identify your picture, just wants you to buy a software program. Totally garbage, doesn’t work.

At least it tries but I put an IPhone under it twice and it said wallet! WALLET! Pls upgrade knowledge because I can’t delete any app and this was a waste of storage.

Why does a forced install of chrome come up when you upload a pic? Can’t get past that cuz if it isn’t malware, that chrome button screams it.

This is terrible. It’s keeps making up things one time. It called my face, dumb and stupid and it also said about my brother that his face was scary when is really cute.

Ehhh, this app is ridiculous in every way. I don't write many reviews Ido rate them alot. I hate doing bad reviews also but this is just plain ridiculous. Sorry for the bad review.

Identifying must include price of the item. 90% of the time a rough understanding what your looking for is already know . Why would I be looking for something to tell me only what to call it?

I took a picture of a rock and the answer was “sea cucumber.” I took a picture of an animal paw print, with my hand next to it for size and I got “screw driver.” At very least I would expect it’s a “rock.” Or a “hand.” 🙈

Hasn’t been able to identify anything I take a picture of any art that I’ve taken a picture of.

I took a picture oh what later I found out was American pokeweed & it came back just saying it looks like pot. Not cannabis this or that, Just "it looks like pot"

I took many photos and the app never got them right. For example it said my cat was a paper towel… and said that a ring was a belt buckle so yeah… kind of funny but not helpful

Took a picture of a flashlight and the app told me is was a hammer. No wonder why young people are so confused about so many things in life.

Trying to get specific results might be ok if you don’t know what a mixing bowl is but if you want it to identify a brand or pattern it is a Fail!

This app is not correctly identify anything. It’s identifying things based on its shape and consistently giving the wrong answers.

I don’t like it because I took a picture of a flag and it showed that it’s a envelope and a seatbelt

Took a picture of wild animal feces and said it was an American alligator. Took a picture of a feather said it was a screwdriver. Pretty useless app.

I took several photos to identify just to try it out. Not even close. Identify my cat as a dog and a black bear. Lol

So I took a picture of a plant and it says it’s a bell pepper. I took a picture of a tomato and it says its a hip. This isn’t accurate.

Not impressed. Nothing I’ve taken a picture of has been identified. Diet Coke can was a candle or a coffee mug. I’m not confident in this app at all.

Every time I do it, it gets it 100% wrong even when I zoom in.

So I talk a little bit ago about my dog and I did dads Prius and it said….. MINIVAN this is the worst app I have seen I years!

So bad I took a picture of an old railroad track thing and it said it was a Christmas stocking :(

Save your time and try another app.

Too many ads

I took a picture of chapstick. CHAPSTICK. The single easiest thing to identify. AND IT GOT IT WRONG. And it wasn’t even a close guess. At all.

Identified a candy dish as an umbrella. Have to watch an irritating video ad with every ID.

Stupid response first use.

I took a photo of a crystal and it said it is a trilobite and when I zoomed in it said it is a french loaf

THIS IS A SCAM! I took a picture of a sandal and it said DUNG BEETLE!!?? I also took a pic of a pug and it came back as a Gopher, so I tried again, and APPARENTLY it was a RED BOWLER!!!????? STAY WAY FROM THIS APP!

This app is trash I can't get it to correctly Identify anything

The app identified a pair of boots first as a mailbag then after zooming in, the boots were identified as a suit. Will delete this app, thank you.
