I was blessed to have a sales representative, Kim, who was both professional and very patient as I searched their inventory to find just the right vehicle. The dealership offered fantastic incentives---especially on my trade-in which was a 2013 Ford Edge Sport. Kim was so willing to work to get me the best deal and it was a great deal. My son, who prides himself on knowing how to wheel and deal, didn't even want me to go to the dealership on my own. When he saw the final numbers--and all the incentives, he quipped, " How come I never get a deal like that?!!@".
