I love this app!!
I have been using Joom for a few months now and I think I am getting the hang of it! I have not had any problems with customer service, they have been great!! All of my items have come in a decent time frame. I knew up front not to expect things in a hurry. I have not ordered clothing until today. I ordered a dress so I am hoping it will fit. All the other products I have gotten have exceeded my expectations. I mainly order kitchen gadgets and jewelry. I did get a ring in yesterday and I had only had it for maybe an hour, one of the stones came out. I sent a message to customer support and they refunded my money, no questions asked! Granted it was only 2 bucks, I was hoping I was not going to get the run around. I can honestly say they were amazing! I use gift cards to shop online and have not had any problems doing so. I tell everyone about them and what a great time I have deal shopping!! I cannot afford to go and shop at the mall or any stores much right now and I cannot walk well right now. I have to have major back surgery next month and I have not worked in three years so on here I can shop and not feel like I am making my family struggle. So thank you Joom and the merchants for allowing me the chance to shop again, guilt free!!!

Shopping made easier
I love this apps in buying my personal stuffs online like skincare, clothes, shoes etc. Aside from free shipping, when buying the items all together, it doesn’t payd individually to whoever the sellers are, unlike other apps that when you hit the pay to PayPal it shows up itemized paying to each sellers. Here in Joom, shopping online made easier. And, one thing I like it most, if I don’t receive the goods they refund it without any questions asked. Unlike other apps that you need to reply all the customer service representatives questions before they refund your money. I even recommended this apps to my family, friends, and to my employees. I have explored and tried many of the well known global e-commerce platforms (😓💸). Joom thus far has been the only dependable one I’ve done business with. This is because: ✔️They work with professional merchants (this fewer merchants as opposed to Wish) and seem to have a solid vetting system. ✔️Prices include shipping expenses, so what you see is what you’ll pay, no surprises. ✔️They have no gimmicks to dupe you into buying more items. ✔️Easy check out system. So after about 80 purchases with them I’d say they are Honest and reliable. Customer service takes about 24 hours but they always pull through with your concerns. However 🧐The app is absurdly simple with a UI that is almost childlike, and minimal functionalism. If it had more depth to it, such as more options to tailor your account settings or fine tune things, that would be an improvement. 🔔ADVICE: before you order from a B2C platform, LEARN about it. Complaining about things like “This is all From China?!”, or the classic “My order took 3 weeks to get here!” Means you are a naive moron. 🤦🏻‍♀️

THIS APP RIPS YOU OFF!!
So the app’s description states that they have “really low” and “attractive” prices, while that may be true what they don’t tell you is that those same prices can change with a tap of a button. I was planning to buy a shirt that they advertised as $7 but when I chose the size and color that I wanted the price jumped to $8.10. Not only that but in check out the price jumped YET AGAIN to $9 but when examining the purchasing details there was no fee on their tax and no fee on their shipping and handling. I have NO IDEA where the extra $0.90 came from. When I went to contact the company about this and ask them where those fees came from, they didn’t respond. I’d also like to point out that they only allow you to attach 1 photo to their customer support in app. So you can’t give them any more solid evidence of what you’re trying to talk to them about. I would also like to point out that my mother purchased 3 of the same fabrics from that specifically stated in their description that the fabric was made of cotton but upon receiving the order the fabrics are canvas NOT cotton. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!! I was lucky enough to catch onto the extra charges before I purchased anything.

Basically , I either got bad quality jewelry, either wrong items or even better I haven’t gotten my item at all, and no refund ! They want me to prove that I never got my items... they want me to contact my post office and ask them for a paperwork that I never received my items... it’s too much work , I haven’t received many items... they send me a tracking number for 1 item, when I told them all the items I been missing . Now I’m going to my orders, and the items I haven’t received aren’t even there... like I never ordered them! I don’t have a screen shot, if I knew I would make a picture of every item they didn’t send me. As it is right now, they giving me a hard time refunding me money , they want me to run around post office , and get a proof! I’m busy person and I got no time and no patience for it ! Some items I waited 3-6 months... this is a complete disaster ! Costumer service don’t listen, really disorganized , thank you , but I’m done ! Good luck , I don’t shop here ever again

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged twice on my card. When I contacted the customer service via the Joom App, they asked for proof. I took a screenshot of the transaction history on my account and sent it to them. After Joom received it they asked me for the first 6 and last 4 of my card along with a screenshot (yet again). I sent over the information as requested YET AGAIN! Joom YET AGAIN ask for the SAME INFORMATION and as requested I sent over the SAME information. I was told to call my bank because Joom didn’t see 2 transactions only 1. Even with the proof from my bank with both transactions being made back to back Joom is STILL saying they didn’t charge my card twice. And not to mention I have yet received my items but with that it hasn’t been 75 days yet so I’m still being patient with that. My main concern is with the additional charge that I’m being given the run around about my money being refunded. I requested to get a phone call and that request was TOTALLY ignored. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JOOM EVER AGAIN!!!!!

If you’ve got all day and half the night
This is a great app if you’ve got all day and half the night to scroll though all the items that come up, even if they are not germane to your search. Add a word like women to a word like shoes, you will end up with foot pads, socks and other items. Then, if you should find what you are looking for but are unable to buy it because you are called away for a couple of minutes, it will not be in your cart when you return. Ok, so that I can understand because they don’t want people holding items in their carts which they may not buy. However, if you search for the item again, it will not come up. Or if it does, it’s priced considerably more. In one instance, a pair of sneakers came up at $70 more than what it was originally priced. Then be aware that Joom says they give free shipping. But that will depend if you want the item sometime in this lifetime. Otherwise, be prepared to pay.

Over priced items at joom
How can you tell people thatSomething is discounted when it cost less at a different sites at their original price. An example is on your guess the price, you put in a number and if it happens to be the # that you have listed then you tell the person they won and now they’re getting a special price deal and getting a large discount on items you list. however, those items are quite a bit higher at your so-called discount price then they are at four other sites that sell the exact same thing for their regular price. And if your not giving a discount then your items I’ve seen many at other sites for up to half the price your selling them for. I think you need to start looking at other sites first before posting prices and then start selling your items for more reasonable prices. So if your looking into Joom, go to the other 4 sites and buy there instead as it will save you money.

Absolutely love the prices on here!
So normally I use the wish app for anything I purchase online. Today, as I was cleaning out old clothes I realized my kids didn’t have any swim suits for this summer because they’d outgrown them. So I pulled up the wish app and started looking through swimsuits. Chose the ones I wanted and for just my 3 kids I would have paid $40 on wish. So started looking around and found Joom. On Joom, I was able to get all 3 of my kids a swim suit, me a swim suit, a new bra and panty set, and lipstick all for less than just my kids’ swimsuits on wish. Definitely will be sticking with Joom. Best app for affordable prices.

If you’re okay with ordering from China & Asian countries.....
This company ships pretty much everything they sell from China and surrounding Asian countries. Nothing wrong with that....long as you’re okay with receiving your items thru regular old United States postal/snail mail....and receiving them 1....by......1....by 1.....and in the tiniest of packaging’s?? Strange to me....and honestly nerve-wracking to get a $100 order delivered....1 by....1....&the slowest of the slow delivery service. And NOT TO MENTION: Their thoughtfully considerate app....which has features specifically designed to help customers easily purchase and track their orders....that HARDLY makes any sense. Doesn’t provide accurate tracking information, uses strange grammar/diction, etc. YEA...I wish I had read to first reviews before I purchased here. I’ve received 3/40 items so far 😔😒

Hello there, I purchased quite a few items. Everything that I have received so far has turned out to be exactly what I expected. I love them all. However there are a few things that are going beyond the shipping date. But as I was just informed, I realize that if it goes past 75 days that I will be refunded. Needs Improvement
This app is literally Wish with less items because they all have free shipping. I think it needs more to set it apart for it to be good, or at the bare minimum to just meet Wish’s standards for how consumers can use the app. It initially asked you if you want to see items directed towards men or women, no option for all products. It also doesn’t allow you to search by size. The measurements of all clothes are in centimeters, without inches listed even if you have your currency set to US. In my experience it also only have one size chart that doesn’t seem to change from item to item, even though almost no brands use the same size chart as another brand. So it really just needs help. Unless you have a coupon you’ll have better chances just using Wish.

Not as good as it used to be!
I’ve used this app for several years, ever since it first became a thing! Along with apps like it (Wish, AliExpress… etc.) I would have given it a 5 star review if the prices hadn’t skyrocketed! I found so much joy in ordering small little gifts from Joom and have them arrive randomly in the mail a few weeks later, but now I can’t do that because most items are well above my price range. A lot of the items you can find on the other apps for half the price. It’s kind of sad because Joom used to be my FAVORITE out of all of them… Now I hardly even use the app.

If I could give negative stars I would! I placed an order back in March and I am still waiting for the items! The app asks you if you received your order yet and when you answer no they just tell you to wait a little longer. I kept waiting and answering no every time. Just the other day it finally sent a refund request thru instead of telling me to wait. And they denied my refund! They say that I waited to long to say I didn’t get the product. So basically this company just stole money from me! No product and no refund and they believe they have a right to keep it??!? I will NEVER order from them again and I will tell everyone I come across in life to not order from them that they are a rip off company!

The sellers on this app are greedy and shady. I have places several orders on here and almost every order had at least 1 it 2 items missing. That wouldn’t be so bad if I could get a refund but the app automatically deleted your order history before some of your items are delivered so if you need a refund well good luck bcs searching the sellers name is not an option on here. Why Joom?? Also if you don’t have a lot of patience to wait for your items then this app is not for you. Everything comes from China so be prepared to wait at least a month or 2 before getting your items. Yeah, no thanks on that. I will stick with eBay. It’s more money but at least the items aren’t out of style by the time they get to me.

Don’t bother
I have 2 stars because the prices are pretty cheap for most items. However, if you are expecting fast shipping, DON’T THINK TWICE. You either won’t get it, or it’ll come 2 months later and geographically speaking, I’m not that far away from China either. I think Joom should start penalizing the sellers for not having the items shipped or shipped in time. The posts on whether it’s shipped or not is it even accurate and in fact, not updated. I mean I still get my refund back, but what’s the use if it’s just one item that you really wanted that costs $1.00?! Waste of my time even browsing. I think I’ll pay a little bit more to get my items faster. See ya Joom!

Awesome App
Very recommended. All products are exactly the same as the pictures provided. Great quality products great FREE shipping. Way better than wish! Only con about this app is that the tracking of your items aren't updated properly, especially if you're like me and buy over 5 items at once or multiple items per week, the app wont give you adequate tracking information on each product. Joom should fix the tracking details!

This was my first time using this site, and I LOVE it already!!!! It is so much easier to navigate and much nicer than Wish. I have ordered so much stuff from Wish, but I may be switching over here instead. I just have to wait to see how well the shipping and delivery go before I make my final decision, but if it is anywhere near as great as the ease and design of the site is, it will be a no brainer to order here from now on!!

I joined about a month ago about the same time as I did WISH. I have had the worse experience with WISH! Almost everything I ordered either was wrong or damaged. Most recently, they refuse to refund my money on a patio set I paid in full for and only got one box (was to get several). The way their customer service operates is terrible. I am done with WISH and totally on board with JOOM! My experience has been great so far.

It’s a great app but it’s very similar to wish , has the exact same things and prices!! Yeah it’s free shipping but it’s the same prices .. example: in wish you find a sweater for 18 and shipping is 3 dollars it equals 21 well in Joom you find the same sweater for exactly 21 and free shipping so they pretty much include their shipping cost in their price.. and timing is very similar as well, you can download either wish or joom same thing 🤦🏻‍♀️ idk why people come here talking bad about wish when it’s the exact same thing. 😀

All these people have to do is not ship your goods for 90 days, blame it on COVID, and Joom will not refund or replace your money/items and you’ll lose your money, even though tracking information clearly states that my items never left China. I’m very disappointed and do not plan on using this app ever again. I gave 2 stars because I did receive some things at first.

Be Prepared To Be Stolen From
This company is only interested in stealing from you by sending you defective substandard products that they know about and willingly let sellers deceive you in the advertising. Joom is willingly participating in fraudulent deceptive activities then they intentionally refuse their promised refunds. Only use this app if you are interested in getting defective items and then getting ripped off by Joom. This company has already been reported to the Federal Bureau Of Investigation Fraudulent on line activities division and I sincerely hope that Apple removes them from the app store thereby protecting their customers from fraud and theft. Be warned if you choose to use them. You will be stolen from.

I love shopping on Joom! The quality of the products are better than another site that sells overseas products here. Their fabrics are nicer, & while the sizes are still clearly Asian, they let you know up front how to get the correct size to fit so there’s no mistakes. Make sure you allow for extra shipping times & pay attention to sizing & you’ll be very happy shopping here!

So the app is okay, don’t like how the price jumps when you choose the size or color of the item when you click on it. Love rhe low prices but the only really bad thing is the shipping time. I recently purchased an item off here and it says the estimated dilivery time is 4 months away from now?? I have only receved one thing from this app and that item arrived a month after purchase. I wasnt mad the first time but if i half to wait 4 months to get my things i wont be a happy camper. Please fix the shipping and dilivery time joom!

I tried buying something and my product came incomplete and broken and took FOREVER to arrive I was very disappointed you can’t even contact the seller it’s a bunch of bs if you want to try and find cheaper items use Ali express or something else not this trash app . This needs lots of work and if you want to give people free money go ahead lol I don’t see why you would want to do that though customer support isn’t even a real person don’t get fooled by these “cheap prices “ anybody can put a cheap price on something to fool you but then not give you the product and run off with your money

Why Only Four Stars?
This app is great and the prices of items are very affordable. Made my first purchase and was satisfied. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the shipping is atrocious. It takes like 2-3 weeks to receive an item. If your pressed for time, don’t buy any products from here thinking you will get it immediately. Most items are shipped from overseas so it will take a while to get to you. Otherwise, its a great app to buy from.

I actually believe you can buy anything you need including the kitchen sink here. Prices are very competitive to retail stores but yet you can stay home and shop. The thought you don’t have to pay a fee to join makes it nice too. I love not having to bid and hope my bid is the highest. Here everything is priced with no surprises. I will continue to be an avid shopper at JOOM.

Changing purchase card
Attempting to change an outdated card was a nightmare. After contacting customer support the instructions made it a lot simple to make the change however I was Never able to find any similar prompt that would help me. The delay caused a lost in any deals offered. Also their was much stress and disappointment with The Joom payment process. that should be the easiest thing to manage. Cards are changed and new ones added can happen often!

So far I have really enjoyed the functionality of this app compared to other similar ones. I have ordered multiple different items from different stores in the app so far and nothing has taken past two weeks to be delivered yet. I was also satisfied with my items descriptions and quality for the price! Can’t beat it.

Be prepared to waste a lot of time.
I just got the app and began shopping when I realized that their filters don’t have a size option. I just wasted a lot of time looking at a lot of shoes that I liked only to discover that they do not come in my size. It would mush less time consuming and pleasurable if I could just look at the products that are available for me to buy. They also don’t have a size filter for clothing either. I will probably delete the app. Who has time to look at things that aren’t available to buy in my size?

I have ordered from Joom only twice now. After the first order I was very happy with how quick my package was here. Was not very happy it my merchandise was in a plastic see threw bag for any body to see and take if they like but still was happy with Joom and would order again. So I ordered again This time I’m not very happy. My package was due to be here by June 5th. It is now June 8th and still nothing. I have tried to reach out to someone, anyone for days now about this situation. At this point I’m very disappointed Not only do I not have the my merchandise I’m also out the money that was takin off my card.

Joom prices vary
Joom is another E-purchasing platform with little or no accountability. Buyers will only realize this when they start to realize that the price of the item that they have just seen or even put in the cart is different from what they are being charged. This difference is always against the buyer and even if you complain to Joom they just ignore you.

Horrible customer service
I placed an order and it shows on their website as being received at my local post office. My local post office doesn’t have the package. I contacted customer service, and they stated that the website probably isn’t updated, which makes no sense. I requested a refund and for them to cancel another order I have with them and they refused. They said they can’t issue a refund until 60 days have passed and they refused to cancel the current order. Then they deleted my conversation history. Contacting my bank and filing fraud.

Cheap but disorganized
There certainly are plenty of great deals on this app but there is no way to save "your style" or have it show/recommend specific items that you are interested in. You can favorite specific items or sellers, but it still won't give any suggested products. This leaves you to either have to either search specific items, which is impossible if you're just browsing, or scroll through endless items that you have no interest in whatsoever.

I was a Wish customer. I thought the items were cheap even though I had to pay shipping. Anywhere you buy the companies always charged shipping. Joom came along, has the same products. There is no chance he for shipping. What a savings for me, so from now on I’m a Joom customer for good. Thanks Joom.

Crap counterfeit
Bought clubs and although they look pretty much identical, the sound on the driver and 3 woods were so bad it hurt my ears! Main thing is anything you buy, do not attempt to get money back. Pretty much no customer service. Update: so although at first it wasnt clear if I’d get an adequate response from joom’s customer service, they did actually refunded the complete amount back without me having to return the counterfeit golf clubs. I was pleasantly surprised.

Ripped me off, this app has a policy that is the shipment don’t arrive and you pass 75 days you can’t claim refund so between 75 and 90 days if you remember you have to make a claim or u loose you money , after 30 days must person in the USA forgot that the app even existed, unless u life is only buying on this app , I think this is a setup to make money by not shipping the items, So place a alarm to remember that 75 to 90 is the only time u can claim the item and i don’t know if you get a refund eve them.

Worst Ever
I purchased 7 items in late October. They were not delivered until Dec 20,2018. A 4x jogging hoodie-came in as a size small. Glow in the dark start- that did not glow. A child's toy activity set- which was was delivered as a miniature set smaller than the size of my iPhone. 2 blue tooth jogging head phones- neither which would charge and one toddler outfit that had patches on the knees resown onto the back and front of one leg. I order items online all the time, but this was a joke. Never been so disappointed and felt ripped off. Delete this app, don't even use it!!

I just joined JOOM because a friend suggested I do so. I’ve been ordering from WISH for a while, and the shipping charges are way to high, and I don’t receive my orders on time. Four of them are a month past estimated shipping time. I love that JOOM has free shipping! I’ve ordered two things so far. Let’s see how long I have to wait to get my orders. So far I love JOOM!

I’ve ordered yoga pants and a back pack. Everything was much better quality than I thought I would get especially for the price! For both purchases arrived in about 3 weeks—much shorter than the 12 weeks at most they guaranteed. I’m very happy with Joom!

I love this app but like everything at the dollar store sometimes you get faulty products, so far I have never had a problem getting a refund if needed. READ DESCRIPTION AND CUSTOMER REVIEWS BEFORE EACH ORDER. Keep in mind your card holder may charge extra fees for foreign transaction, but they don’t charge extra like wish does.

Very late shipping
I ordered some wireless headphones and I didn’t even get it on time. When I tracked my order it said it would come may 29th and it didn’t even come in now it is the 4rth and I still don’t have it and I really don’t want my money back cause I really need them and I’m giving them a chance but still late shipping. Another thing is that I keep getting messages that it is departed from Illinois to Indiana then back in forth it’s just crazy terrible.

Takes forever to arrive and no shipping updates
If I could give it 0 stars I would If I would have know it would take this long to arrive I would have never ordered it. The app does not let you keep up with the package. After it “ships” it doesn’t tell you where it is. I got 1 out of 4 packages and it was the wrong color but not sending it back and getting another because it takes way to long. Your ad says “fast and easy shipping.” That is a total lie. Trust me never ordering for this app ever again.

This app seems a lot like the Wish app except there’s no shipping charges. I don’t quite understand the ‘buy it now for 0.10’ tab since I have never ‘won’ the option to purchase anything I have selected on there but it seems like a great idea. Maybe I’ll have that opportunity in the future. 🤷🏼‍♀️

So disappointed. So many times
I’m really disappointed at this app. I have bought many things and always the sizes have been way too small. Although I specify what’s my size , they keep sending me the wrong, small size. I have asked the customer service every single time and never heard anything back. Things are cheap here but what a waste if they don’t fit and you can never wear them. I’m really disgusted by the whole thing. This has happened many times. 5 times to be exact. This is not right.

Total disappointment!
This online store is a mess, when I found out about it on fb I wanted to try but now that I’ve tried and most of the orders came damaged, I am just waiting for my 3 last orders to get to me so that I can uninstall this crap off my phone. This store is nothing compared to wish. But oh well, Now I know what it’s about, I can say that I won’t regret it after receiving my orders.
