I rate this five stars it’s such a good game to help learn or remember math facts. There is easy and hard math facts. What I like the most is that the game doesn’t just have multiplication and division, there is other harder stuff as you get older! I really recommend this! I also like it gives you the choice to voice write the answer or you can write the answer with your finger. It is worth the money! Now my family definitely knows their math facts better. Kids love it because it gives you challenges like, “Do 40 mixed facts in 2 minute’s”. YOU NEED TO GET THIS IF YOUR KID IS STRUGGLING WITH MATH! It will help.

Good aesthetics, needs improvement

I love the layout, color and design of the app. It feels very clean. I have a few things to complain about though. #1 There’s no place to actually learn/see the math facts, just practice. The phrase “learn math facts” is misleading. It’s more practicing math facts. #2 You can’t review which ones you got right and wrong after in any way. #3 No history on how you’re progressing, just metals earned. #4 When you get an answer wrong, it doesn’t tell you the correct answer and just shakes. I feel like it shouldn’t expect you to know or learn it if there’s no way to find the answer in app. #5 I like the two methods of input, however, besides writing the answer on screen and saying it, I would really prefer to type it. My number two and seven gets confused as a one,and saying it out loud in public isn’t an appropriate option.

Amazing!

This app is so amazing and can get you so much more fluent and memorize all your facts! It’s so cool that you can say the answer of the equation out loud or right it on the screen! There are so many cool effects to do! Double thumbs up. 👍👍 The only thing that I don’t really like about it is that; for me, on my screen, I don’t know if this is the same on anybody else’s, but the multiplication, division, mix of operations, fractions and decimals, percentages and powers/roots seem to be locked and the only way to try them is to enter your year of birth and then pay! I would really like for those to be unlocked so I can try them!! Thank you for reading this review!

Kids LOVE this app!

We have been using this app for over a year and the kids still find it engaging and challenging! As a parent, I want our kids to continue learning, even outside of school. Apps like Math Facts help keep their minds sharp by offering a variety of problems to solve. We love the innovative feature where the kids can just write on the screen with their finger. Would highly recommend the download!

Fun but could use a few improvements

Really enjoyed practicing with this app! I think it’s great at improving math agility and think that integration with Apple’s Notepad tools is really neat! My only criticism is, like others have noted, it more than occasionally doesn’t get my handwriting correct and I will sometimes have to write a number three our four times to get it to pick it up correctly. This is kind of a bummer seeing as it’s a timed game. I find it has a hard time picking up my 8s 4s and 5s.

Unique and Fun!

We love the way this app is organized and the ease of use. My six year old enjoys collecting the rewards. Most similar math apps give multiple choice answers, which allows for guessing. This intuitive program helps with fine motor skills, focus and number writing. Best of all, there is no pressure or “penalty” for getting wrong answers- just try again. I strongly recommend for improving math confidence and skills.

Love it

I love this application however, every time I try to purchase it, it says tap these three numbers and then it gives you an option of four numbers to type. I’m missing something. How do I purchase the app to unlock all the abilities?

Clean Design with Helpful Features

I love this app!! The look is very nice and makes me want to practice more, I think I will become faster with numbers if I use it more. Will be showing it to my younger siblings too. Thanks!!

Nothing is FREE.... Straight GIMMICK! Beware U have been warned

This app & its owners appeared to act as if this app was free on ... AppAdvice. It is obvious that once downloaded and upon entering the app; 1 is immediately required to purchase a yearly subscription to be able to USE the app for FREE for ONLY a 3 day trial (of course after agreeing to pay supposedly 9.99 per year - after 3 days....) Still I was NOT able to TRY the Math Facts APP for FREE to see if I may even want to invest my money with your app FIRST! Gimmick! Straight GIMMICK! Beware U have been warned!

Taking Advantage of Us

At first the game was great for my child to play. It had addition and subtraction unlocked but when it came to multiplication and division, it wanted us to pay. Why do I have to pay for other order of operations so my child can learn? Maybe they should make the harder levels something you need to pay for and not lock the entire thing.

Rip Off

Don’t Make the mistake I did in getting this app. It would be awesome if it was a straight up $3-4 app or even free for addition like it is and then pay $5 to unlock the rest, but this app requires you to buy a subscription for the others. A subscription that CANNOT be shared on your other devices like a purchased app can. So, if you have more than one child, forget having it on separate devices! This is a joke. Why? When it’s a very good app.....🤦🏼‍♀️

Why money?

This is such a cool app! Why do game designers have to make all apps cost this much money? All you have to do to prosper is to have the app cost like $2-$4 and advertise it better. If you do that, many people who struggle at math will think the app is worth it, and they will be likely to buy it. People will be more likely to buy it if it’s a little cheaper. Trust me. Other than that, this is a perfect app for anyone!

I love this game

FaceTime

Ok when you press FaceTime when it’s your turn it logs you off but it’s really good for educational.

For a math game like this everything should be free, because some people don’t want to pay money for their kids to play and learn math. Now I understand that prodigy is money it has a game within it!

Why the money?

This was a game I wanted to use to practice my multiplication facts everyday but then realized I couldn’t because you needed to subscribe. Don’t consider this unless you wanna use money to practice stuff you could on a whiteboard! Pls make it free to use

Great but...

This is a fun way to learn and to challenge yourself. The only problem is sometimes it will miss read your handwriting even if it’s good. But other than that it’s great

Face Time To Do Maths? No Way!

I deducted three stars for the following reasons: 1. Money was asked for immediately. 2. The trial problems were repetitive to excessive degrees. They also went far too fast and I was penalised because of how I wrote some of the numbers. 3. I wanted to do more but was asked to use Face Time. I don’t use it because it’s a violation of my privacy. No one needs to see me or what I look like in order to do maths problems.

Incredible!

Nothing has worked, math facts just won’t “click” for my son. Something about the timer makes it just competitive and urgent enough to get him HYPED to “win”. Love that you can screenshot what you’ve done, and send it around for some encouragement. I honestly think this is brilliant, and I’m sad I didn’t find it sooner.
