Developers responded quickly to review. You had to check your email and click the link on your mobile device. I’ve never had to finish registration on a specific device before in order for it to work so that was weird but app seems to be satisfactory.
So much for the update 2 months ago. Now it won’t let me login, then says to click “need help”, only there’s nowhere to click “need help”. An app like this shouldn’t be this difficult to use, even before when I COULD login.
What’s going on with the app? Why can’t I log in on the app but can on the website…makes no sense at all and is useless and inconvenient! Why have this running still?
Created account on website. App won't accept the email I created an account. Tells you to chose "need help" button. Which doesn't exist. Major UI fail. Uninstalled.
We used LifeMart for the first time for a hotel stay and was a disaster. We booked the stay from the 11-13 which LifeMart confirmed. When we got to our hotel kn the 11th, LifeMart had booked it for the 12-14. Mistakes happen, we weren’t upset but what happened next was a total fraud. I called LifeMart and was told they would have to cancel and then rebook. So they called the front desk and cancelled the reservation. When they went to rebook, I was told it would be over $500 a night (price at hotel was $233. They have never been that high). Told the agent the mistake was on their end and we just wanted the correct dates. Told I would have to speak with a supervisor who would call in 15-20 min. After 30 min there was no call and so called back and was told the same thing again. Nobody ever called. LifeMart sold us a service, didn’t deliver, and took our money leaving us stranded without a hotel. DO NOT USE!
This appears to be an antiquated system. More than one person should be allowed on app/site at once as long as they sign in information is correct. Partners need to review with each other at times and at the same time to effectively use the app and review deals and products. Also the constant sending of codes is aggravating at best each time you log out. Make the app more user friendly
If your having log in issues create a new account even if you have one on a computer and it will work. That’s what I had to do and I had the same issues as everyone else before.
The first thing you do is enter your email. Done. Then it says it’ll send a link to your email to finish signing in. Got the email, clicked the link, and was sent to the same screen within the app saying I was going to get an email. Tried clicking the “contact us” link in the email, only to be sent to a website that doesn’t exist. The app doesn’t give you the option for support. I had high hopes, but unfortunately will be uninstalling.
I work at FedEx and they do the discounts for the company thro this app and I’ve never been able to sign in even had help from my hr at FedEx and still don’t work js but that’s a big company to lose business with but if this issue keeps happening they might something else but at first it let me almost create my account then it told me my Id provided from FedEx was invalid and now it just kicks me out of the app
I too downloaded the app, went in and entered my log in info, and received the confirmation email. I clicked on the field in the email to confirm my email and it took me to the app download screen again. It seems to be stuck in a loop. It appears that this app needs more work to ensure it is functional. Next time, don’t make an announcement until everyone is certain the app will work properly. Very disappointing.
I can’t even sign up to see my perks. The app doesn’t work at all. Every time I click create an account it’s just takes me back to my Home Screen . I then re installed the app and downloaded it again it’s still doing the same thing . I even tried a different phone to make sure it wasn’t my phone still doing the same thing. I would not recommend.
This app “Failed to load” in the iPad, but working fine in iPhone. It was deleted and re-installed but still same problem. The only option provided is refreshing but it’s not working.
Same as everyone else, click the link in the confirmation email and it takes me to the App Store. Round and round we go. Cant get in to the app. I’m not emailing you to get help to enter your broken app. You have my email address, either shoot me a message when the app has been fixed or push an update and send a notice to your users that you’ve fixed the problem.
This app is awesome. I’m glad my company offers this to their employees. The deals are easy to navigate through and are so convenient through this app. Way to go!
Email verification link failed to load twice. Help link page could not be found. I attempted a re-install and got the message my email already had an account. Attempted to sign in but that failed so I tried to sign in and do the forgot password option. I got the message my account was not valid !!!! Uninstalled....
The app is so easy to use. Be sure to check the app for the latest deals on ski lift tickets. We just saved a ton on a family ski vacation. Thanks LifeMart!
Went to great wolf log , saying 50 dollars went all the way to 2029 and no available dates. Second all the prices on hotels are bias people I can find the same savings. This is a bunk app and very manipulative do that the consumer buys or finds something interesting and then has to find another way of purchase.
App has you sign in with email for a link to verify your account. The link sends you to the Apple store where you can open the app in your phone. App has you sign in with your email. Sends you ANOTHER link to start the process over. Overly complicated waste of time.
If you’re thinking it’s you or your phone.. it’s not. The app doesn’t work and you would think after all these people told them that it didn’t work… they would fix it?
First time I actually want to try to really use it and cannot get the app to open on my phone and cannot get the website to open on desktop either. What crap!!
Apple might be the only thing worthwhile. Maybe Lenovo accessories. Everything else is not much of a discount. The site/ logo have a 90s newspaper ad feel. But it works. That’s a plus…
Planned a family vacation with this App during a boring biz meeting. Saved $300 in Park admission, hotel and minivan rentals. It also uses your location to serve up local deals This app does refer to 3rd party sites which may not be mobile friendly, don't blame the app for this. Try it out!!
I didn't think anything could have a poorer user experience than the LifeMart website - then I downloaded their mobile app and was proven wrong. This company operates by making it physically impossible to apply for any deals/discounts. Don't waste your time.
I never even signed up for this service and I get daily spam emails from them. I have unsubscribed multiple times over many weeks and I still get unsolicited emails! I have even emailed the company directly and I have not received a response. Reported them to the FTC. STOP EMAILING ME!
Download it and go to sign it- it send you an email for verification. I click on the link in the email and get a blank page or the app that won’t log me in... Update: Developer emailed me and said it should work but it is still not.
Never works - always says “data failed to load.” Stop telling people to email you for help. Nobody needs to email you for help. You need to fix your app.
I really can’t review the app, because I can’t actually load the app to review. I keeps telling me to refresh. I’ve been waiting for an update, but I don’t think it will help.
Have never felt the need to write a negative review. The app doesn’t work. I can’t even sign up because it shuts down. Have redownloaded it 3 times and it still doesn’t work. Horrible app…
App sends an email for finish set up but the email link takes me to the app download page in the App Store. If i open the app it’s stuck on the screen asking if i need the email re-sent to finish set up.
It sends you an email to activate but the link doesn't work. Complete fail. Edit: Tried the app again after the developer response and the verification is still broken. Horrible.
Horrible app. Does not allow you to log in. States Roy need to log in to the web version prior to using app based version. But even after multiple attempts it never works. Too bad the concepts seems great.
Just downloaded the app. Email link does not work. Keeps sending me to download the app. And when I open the app, sends me to the screen to re-send the email. Very frustrating!
