The App Is Good, but the Ads are Scummy

The app itself works well. It has a lot of interesting cameras to look at. When you switch cameras at the beginning, though, it shows you a long ad. For example, I got an ad for some scam card game that promises to win you money. These ads take advantage of the desperation of low-income people who don’t know any better. People are terrified and offended that they might accidentally see children on a webcam, or that they might see some random person’s lawn, but no one ever seems to care about the scams and toxic content that kids and teens are exposed to on the internet; it really shows you where society’s priorities are right now (but I guess that’s a problem much bigger than just this app). Either way, it’s too bad, because this would be the best webcam app otherwise, but the ads just ruin it for me. And there’s no option to purchase an ad-free version, sadly. I get that the developer has to make money somehow, but I just can’t support ads like this.

Would be 5 stars if i could subscribe without ads

Super fun to be able to see landscapes and cafes all over the world. Sadly, ad pop ups ruin it. I’d pay a monthly subscription if there were no ads and I could add my favorite places.

Every time I try to go back in time on the cams it sends me to the Home Screen,but if you fix this the you will have a perfect app and five stars

Was the best, until today

I really loved this app, but today after the update all of my favorite cams were gone, seemingly replaced by ads. So disappointed. Please bring the cams back, I can live with the annoying ads.

App doesn’t work right since update

I did love this app, however it was updated and now I lost all the cameras I liked. When I go to like a camera, I can’t. I don’t appreciate the ads that were added, either. If the app worked right, maybe I wouldn’t mind the ads so much.

Does not work acceptably

Had it for two days so far. There are forced ads which can be up to two minutes. That is beyond ridiculous. The cams are good to watch but not worth it at all.

Hello again developers.

The app is even worse now since my last review where I was asking when was the next update? Now the app is not displaying any cameras at all. What’s going on? Are you bringing an update or what?

Some of the cams are just recordings , and a fair share don’t even work . Just don’t expect to much, the ones that do work are very good.

Privacy?

I’m not sure some of these cameras “chose” to be public. Some are inside people’s homes and showing their privacy! Seems fishy.

Every cam is only a black screen

No cam will open. The icon circles around but never opens. Why bother?

Like button does NOT work

Like does not work in this app. When you touch the the thumb up button Nothing happens. When turn the like toggle switch on It does nothing. It does not work right. Please fix this great app. From Jack

Great Optics for big urban centers!

It’s a travel app! I can check out the urban centers and decide if i want to go there by watching these videos! What an awesome idea. Hope those Cities show appreciation for the public image promotion that Live Camera is doing for them, and for the vacation money people will spend while visiting there, Cause Live Camera deserves it! My town should have one of these handy web cams so we can get more tourism revenue here! Great idea Live Camera, couldn’t of thought of it myself.

Police

Aside from the fact that it is BORING being a voyeur, the police should be made aware of the fact that many cameras are private cameras and the owners have no idea that their private lives are being broadcasted online. Absolutely nothing good comes from spending time in front of a computer spying on unsuspecting individuals. Get off-line, turn off your electronic devices and go for a run. The world is better that way.

I love it but...

I love it but can you add more countries and fix Jamaica Jordan and Dubai cams because they don't work and when you add new countries make sure you make the cameras work 👍

All Cameras Shut down Suddenly

❤️ Like this app, really fun for viewing worldwide scenery. 👍 🌐 While surfing main page, all cameras will be shut down suddenly, also it doesn't work while switching to "MAP" mode with no cams but buffering only, please fix the bugs, thanks.

Invasion of privacy

There is several cams that are seemed to be hacked , there was a old man in his living room and multiple other of people’s houses, this needs to be stopped
