I’m standing in the middle of the Lucky’s Market in Columbus Ohio, (it’s open for business and I’m allowed in here) and the store locator insists there are no stores east of Colorado. Nuts.
I just now downloaded your app as a way to easily check your weekly deals in your supermarket. Once I download it and attempted to create an account I found that your app only recognizes two stores, which are both in Colorado. When I checked your other reviews for your app I was surprised to find that people over a year ago were complaining that the store in Columbus Ohio was not listed. Does it seriously take you more than a year to do a basic update for your app? I’m deleting your app and going back to just using your webpage to check your weekly deals. Maybe I’ll check back in a year to see if you have bothered to add any more locations to your app. You really need to be embarrassed about this. Edit: 5/16/2024 - I see morning I’ve gotten a notification that you’ve finally gotten around to answering everyone’s complaints about your app. In my case it’s showing I posted my review a year ago, others it says they posted their reviews 3 years ago. Finally taking a few moments to address this after 3 years? Again, you really should to be embarrassed about this. 1 Star again for your lack of caring of your app and customers.
