Greatest shoe app

I have the best of shopping and shipping with the app. Sets up easy for quick check out. In the shoe game being able to get through checkout is half the battle.

Worst customer service ever

One star is too generous. First of all, the customer service here is the worst. There’s no live chat, and you can only communicate via email, which is very slow. I ordered an item and paid $14 for express shipping, but the item took forever to arrive. There’s no point in paying for express shipping, but there’s no other option, so I had to pay. I didn’t include my apartment number, so I contacted them, and suddenly they applied for a return on my item without asking me. I was planning to retrieve it myself even if it got lost, but they returned it without my consent and then said it was my fault and wouldn’t refund the shipping fee. I didn’t request the return; I still want my item. I told them I would pay again to have it sent, but they didn’t understand and kept talking about a refund. Never order from here. The customer service is the worst. In this day and age, there’s no live chat, and their email response is extremely slow. While I’m getting frustrated, they reply only once a day.

Great but two little things

It’s literally good because there’s a bunch of brands to buy from. 1. When you go to the “brands” category and you click “Gucci” for example, when you go back it takes you right to the top, to the A category. 2. You can only have 50 items on your wish list. I put stuff that I like there so I have more than 50.

Used to show available sizes!

What I loved about this app was that it showed you what sizes were available on the main screen. Now you lost click optimization, I have to click on the individual listing AND click on the drop down to see the sizes. Go back!

God awful

Quite literally any limited release this app just crumbles. Never ending story of errors, loading screens, payment issues, shipping issues..you name it. Never once have I had any success on ANY drop on there. Absolutely 0 bot protection except when I have to submit my request multiple times and then it thinks that I am a bot. What a joke. Get your act together

False shipping information

I ordered an item and the only shipping option was 1-2 days however my item didn’t ship until 5 days later and it was not received in 2 day even after shipping. I though me placing the order a week and days in advance and using 2 days shipping my order would’ve arrived on time but it didn’t

Order status is still ‘processing’ after 5 weeks

I ordered an item 5 weeks ago and the status is still “processing” but they took my money the day I put the order in. I have contacted Luisaviaroma multiple times but no response, no refund and no item is being shipped. Ho! Don’t worry, PayPal is just as useless with their guarantee program.

Use the website, don’t bother with this App

Downloaded, deleted and reinstalled it numerous times. Re-started my phone as well and it still didn’t help. It either locked up on the first page or then took forever to load the second page and then locked up.

Store credit

If I have a store credit AND I have a LVR credit from points I redeemed I think I should have the right to use both when I am making a purchase.

Not that great

While the items are great and the quality of the merchandise is super, the app is poor. Filtering is not very user friendly, and I often get a red message balloon on the app icon but I cannot find what it refers to.

Feel like being scammed

They fool you with their lvr points and you can’t ever use them and if you there such high shipping fees.. this site is my super last resort if an item i want is sold out else where
