Well done, Lulus! Beautifully styled, excellent functionality, and overall just a seamless user experience so far. Ordering was fun & easy (watch out bank account)! I love having the ability to shop at my fingertips, instantly recall past order details, and browse current available promos, filter for exactly what I’m looking for or casually browse otherwise. All in such a stunningly chic app! This is my favorite new app & has easily bumped Lulus to #1 as my go-to place to shop for affordable, quality, on trend styles <3
When you add items to your cart and go to check out it will say a higher price subtotal. For example, I added a shirt that was $36, when I went to check out the total price was $65. I tried deleting and re adding the shirt to my cart, closing the app, updating the app, no matter what the subtotal was always $65 even though the shirt, even in my cart, said $36. I gave up on getting the shirt after reporting the issue and not hearing back. I tried getting two more items and it was the same thing. I’m not sure if they are aware of this and trying to see if people will not notice that they are charging way more than the listed price, or if it’s a problem they are unaware of. I know this has been going on for over a week so I wonder how many people are not paying attention to the sub total and not realizing they are paying double the price than what is listed for some items.
I love lulus, so having an app is fun. It’s fairly similar to the site, but you can save information regarding your account and discounts more easily, in my opinion. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is just because there are some small bugs they should fix. Sometimes when I’m scrolling and want to preview a color, those little buttons don’t work correctly. Also, sometimes on the product page other color options don’t always show as an option. It’s just some small stuff I’m sure they will refine over time!
My favorite boots - my friend wore them to work, so I ordeeed some, and I legit get nonstop compliments and they are my absolute favorite! The app is super easy to use. Quick shipping and great sales, just love this company and the app. You should buy Lulu! And no I wasn’t paid to say this lol - I just truly can say my favorite things for looking cute come from Lulu’s and I use this app anytime I need something cute for a everyday wear or special events. Love love love lulu’s
I love lulus so much and them making this app has been dangerous for my wallet. I like the ways it’s organized and how you can add items to your love list. My only feedback is that I wish you could filter your saved items from your love list for items in stock. I have liked over 300 items and some of them are from years ago that will probably never be in stock again. Hopefully this is something they can add since they do have other filter options.
I like a lot of clothes in this store so I went and made an account to make a “love list.” However, when I went to look at it, the app requested I log in and out again, so I did. Then the list was empty. I tried again, and was asked to log in and out a second time. Additionally, I placed an order using a PC and I am unable to view the order I placed because the hyperlink to look up the order number does nothing (or I get asked to log in again). It’s very frustrating to use this app for anything other than browsing.
This new update of the app is just not working at all. Every time i add a promocode during check out, the page contents move up such that i can only see apple pay option. I cannot scroll down, cannot see the total money, cannot add items to the cart, Nothin!! Even the other pages become completely blank and i have to re start the whole thing only to go through the same issue. I have lost so many promo codes, so many items that went out of stock because this problem bas been continuing for long. I uninstalled and re installed the app but to no avail . Extremely disappointed.
I ordered a wedding dress and it was too big, but it was great quality!! I usually wear L-XL, but they were out of stock in XL so I thought I’d try the 1X. Aside from being too big, it was really beautiful, great quality fabrics, and just like the picture. I returned it and received store credit. I placed another order for another wedding dress and can’t wait to see it!!!!
I am a long time user of the Lulus app and have made various orders over the past couple years. Lately though the app keeps crashing as I am viewing things and overheats my phone. I have updated the app itself twice now and my phone software is up to date, so I cannot fathom why it continues to do these things. If these problems persist I may have to give up using the convenient app and go back to online ordering.
I do a lot of online shopping. I often shop the “sale” section. Most sites have “filters” so I can plug in my size and only the items that will fit me will populate. It is frustrating to see an item and it’s not available in my size. Other sites allow other filters such as sweaters vs tops or skirts vs pants. And I have seen tons of items that are listed as “no longer available”. Why is it even on the site? Nice selection and reasonable prices but the site could use some work.
I ordered my daughter a beautiful white graduation dress. With everything being closed due to the pandemic; I was so worried about where I would find her a dress. I ordered her dress and within 4 days it arrived. She loves it! I love it on her! I am so pleased with the size and style of the dress. I highly recommend LuLu’s to anyone. I’m thankful that my two daughters enlightened me with the store sight and will for sure be ordering more outfits for them:-)
I already basically spend all my money at this store, but now it’s going to be worse since this app is so easily accessible! I will have no regrets though. The clothes are gorgeous and so worth every cent. The quality matches the price and now with the easy convince even you will be spending your paychecks at this wonder store.
In general, this app is functional. However, it seems to have a different issue that renders portions of the app unusable almost every time I log in. In the past, it was glitchy when scrolling and sometimes closed on its own, but I could access any page eventually. Now, I can scroll with very little lag and the app hasn’t quit on me (yet) but I cannot access anything on the lists page (wishlist, waitlist, etc).
I think it’s definitely up there. I love lulus and have been waiting for an app to shop on it for forever. I just saw they finally had one and downloaded it - it glitched instantly. I went to one of my “loved” items to see it again and the page has all the sizing/color options and Love button jumbled on top of one another. It’s been freezing constantly even after restarting the app. I’ve had it for one day and have had the hardest time getting it to stay open and not crash within 5 minutes - this app is full of bugs!
Shopping at Lulus is an enjoyable experience. I thought the app would make it even better. It’s well designed, it gives access to everything one needs and easy to keep track of Loves and Wish Lists. But it doesn’t look good on iPad. The right half of the display is partially hidden. Finding things gets harder.
Prefer to shop on the app but have issues constantly with the app crashing even when my device and app are up to date so I’m forced to shop on the website instead. After browsing for a period of time it crashes and when opening the app back up it’s back to the home page not where no I left off. Please fix this!!
Doesn’t show whether items you’ve saved for later are in stock or not. Also if you go to your loves list to click on an item and view it in full screen, it unsaves it!! Extremely frustrating! Hopefully you’ll remember what it was called because it’s nearly impossible to find it again once you’ve lost it! Really hate this app. On the computer it’s so much better.
Awesome app! Easy and fast to use. Only thing I’d really like to see is the inseam info for pants. This info is on the website but not on the app and is really important to find the right fit. Please add the inseam measurements to the app and not just on the website!!
This app even when it’s the only one open on my phone, makes my shopping experience less than ideal. It is extremely slow after browsing for 3 minutes or more, and makes the back top section of my phone overheat, even too hot to touch! Even if I get to the point of checkout, the prices don’t adjust when items are removed from my cart. I love Lulus, and hope this gets resolved soon.
I love the Lulus app, however I found that browsing on their website is easier. For eg - the website shows appropriate recommendations based on the product you’re on. That is not the case in the app. I’ve also had difficulty looking up some items even though I know they’re in stock.
I like the app, but it’s difficult to save items for later. So if you have items in your cart that you like, if you want to save them for later you have to go back to the item and LIKE it, then go back to the cart to delete. (And I still haven’t been able to locate all the items that I liked) This app badly needs a way to save items for later.
I’ve literally loved nearly everything I’ve ever bought and tired on from Lulus. I simple love, love, loooooove the quality of fabric & sew! It’s looks and feels as though it’s made with love & it makes me absolutely beautiful and confident in my outfits! Thank you Lulu! 💋💋💋
Overall I really like it. The main difference I noticed is that the app does not tell you what size clothing the person bought when they've reviewed the clothing. Online it does. When I feel like I could be an xs or s, I always read the reviews and saw what size fit which way. It was much easier to order.
No matter how up to date I am on the app updates, this app always crashes. I will view one item, and add it to my bag or wishlist list, then the app goes blank and I have to restart it in order to keep shopping. Save space on your phone and just use a browser
Words cannot express my excitement that Lulus now has an app!! Literally my favorite store of all time - so many cute styles, great quality & reasonable prices. This app is going to make me go broke...Apple Pay just makes it way toooo easy. Seamless shopping experience, fast & easy checkout, quick shipping. Love love love Lulus.
I downloaded the app, to use the coupons they have exclusively for app users, however you can’t use them. Once you are in the app, it will give you the message that the coupon codes can’t update. The coupons are current and when you add to the normal page it says valid only on the app. However the app is unable to apply coupons to your order. So it’s not worth it.
So dangerous that shopping on my fav site is just got that much easier. Love the styles and unmatched variety. I can pretty much find something for every event in my life on this app (weddings, holiday parties, work, brunch). There’s a ton of cool content on the app as well. From formal dresses to beauty tips and (equally dangerous) recipes, Lulus has me covered!
I love Lulu’s, but this app just stinks lol. It crashes almost every time I use it, and sometimes won’t even open at all (just gives me spinning wheel of death). Also, it logs me out regularly which is annoying. Love the convenience, just wish it worked better.
Previously, I’d been having issue with the app constantly crashing despite updates and etc. , but we got it resolved ! Love Lulus and NOW, I can enjoy it from my phone again!
Love the dresses, not so much the app, I am working and checking out stuff on the side, don’t have patience to keep looking at the loading spinner. The web experience is way way better!
This app is so user friendly, simple, yet has everything and anything you could ask for in a easy to navigate app! Plus the quality is amazing for any formal, casual, vacation, and any time at all clothing! My favorite hands down!
Great app except sooooo frustrating when you are looking at reviews for an extended period of time it freezes on the “loading reviews” page and then you have to close it and open it back up. Looking for my bridal shower dress I had to do it 15 times!
It’s a great app and everything looks so flawless. Minus one star because it only displays a few items of your wishlist at a time and everything else gets pushed away on the app and only displays the recent saves. If you go on the website, everything gets shown.
I love everything about this website I only order here for clothes the quality is amazing customer service is amazing and if something doesn’t fit they exchange with ease as well as returns! So friendly and their discounts are insane!
While I like having the app to shop and save items, it can be frustrating to use at times. For example, in my Wish List, I can’t filter by what’s in stock. So, when I want to buy something from my list, I have to comb through everything to see what’s still available. I also don’t understand the purpose of a Love List vs a Wish List. It seems like these could be consolidated. The app tends to crash or “get stuck” fairly frequently—like when I zoom in on a product photo—I sometimes can’t close the window and get back.
I love Lulus clothes but the app is glitchy to the point where it’s just easier to shop using a browser sometimes. If not for the way the app sometimes freezes and button/functions just disappear it would be 5 stars. I hope they fix it soon.
The app is designed beautifully, easy to use & I love being able to save my favorites. However, it’s constantly lagging to the point where I can’t click on anything without it bugging out on me! I also didn’t see the AfterPay option available on the app- perhaps I missed it but with the constantly lagging, I could barely click on items I was trying to see.
I have purchased all of my school related dresses from Lulus. Not because I haven’t tried any others but simply because Lulus continues to outcompete every time. My only complaint is how glitchy the website is.

I’ve shopped at Lulus for a few years now and I used to love the app, but the past few weeks it’s been glitching and it’s impossible to use. You can’t save things to your wish list, it doesn’t allow me to log into my account, and it doesn’t save things in my shopping cart. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one with these issues but I really wish they would fix the app!
I love that Lulus has an app finally. The experience personally is better than shopping on their website. It’s beautiful designed and very easy to use. Love that the checkout is so simple too. Lulus is the best at everything!
Good app but sub totals are not calculating correctly
The app interface is easy to use and appealing. The downside is that whenever I try to check out, the so totals have been way higher than when I manually calculate it. This has been deterring me from using it as often since I don’t want to pay $400 for a $200 order.
Trying to check out and it’s just not responding at all. I entered my shipping address and contact information and cannot continue on through the checkout process. When I click the button to continue, nothing happens. I’m on an Apple mobile device (10) if that helps your dev team. Not sure what to do from here so I guess I won’t purchase…. Wanted the app discount.
I’ve been trying to remove an item from my cart and no matter how many times I delete the item or try to save it for later, it won’t actually be removed from my cart. Seems like there’s issues with the app.
The app is terrible after the recent update. I can’t even place an order in-app (which is how I’ve always placed my orders) because it says an item in my cart is out of stock but then it won’t remove it no matter how many times I try to remove it. It also keeps crashing and there’s no way to remove items from “saved for later.”
Overall it’s a good app it’s just that some things aren’t on the app but if you go on a browser they are there and you’re able to order them. I’m confused as to why the app is missing some items or doesn’t have them?
This app needs some serious work. The interface is not that easy to use and there’s always a lag. It’s not nearly as accessible as the website is. There also isn’t an option to pay with afterpay through the app. I feel like if anything, the app should be more user-friendly than the website.
